Etci Kitchen in Mendip

Had a wonderful time at Etci, as always since this was my 4th time visiting.The food was 10/10 it tasted as good as it looked and service was speedy and welcoming with very friendly staff. greatly appreciate our waiter named Feti who gave us an exceptional experience as he took good care of us and made sure we were satisfied with everything. On top of that we were offered tea and turkish delight on the house after our meal. Inside had a really nice atmosphere and beautiful interior so i would Highly recommend!!

Came here for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. My husband is Turkish so he knows good Turkish food when he tastes it! We both thought the food was the best we've had in the UK. Further to this, the portions are generous, the cocktails are great, the decor is awesome and the service fantastic. We will definitely be back.

The meal I had here was excellent. Service was attentive and friendly and food was of high quality. I had the Kuzu Sarma Beyti which was maybe one of the best tasting meals I’ve had anywhere. Lots of the other options on the menu looked great too. Will definitely be back when I’m next in Brighton. The prices are very reasonable and portions very generous.

I stopped for a quick meal. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice. However, the food was just okay and didn't quite meet my expectations. The flavors were a bit lacking and the portion sizes could be better. It's an alright spot, but there's room for improvement

We were lucky to walk in off the street and get a table early in the evening. We were sat in front of the kitchen. It was impressive to watch them work. They’re ruthlessly efficient. Service is excellent. I have to say everything was delicious. Even the lettuce, I don’t know what they dress the salad but it was great! Complimentary bread with yummy dips. I had a veggie pide with egg and feta which was gorgeous and my partner enjoyed his grilled sea bass. I think it was very good value for money. Highly recommend

The waiter Ercan was fantastic ! So friendly and so nice, and very charismatic and friendly. the actual food is easily the best and the service and seating is incredible! this is our 4th time coming and easily our favourite 🥰

Where to start… Amazing service, incredible food and a brilliant experience all round. Went for my graduation meal, we had the family platter, we were stuffed but wanted to eat more! My dad isn’t the easiest to impress so I was a bit nervous. He walked out of the restaurant saying it was exceptional - never have I heard/seen him do that. Thank you!

A group of nine of us visited after the Brighton Half Marathon, family and friends. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food and drinks were great. Just perfect, complimentary tea and Turkish delight. Would happily revisit next time we're in Brighton.

Chose this as a spot for our regular boys lunch and was not disappointed. Great place the food was superb and boy so much of it!! Staff great and a good selection of well priced wines. As good as you get in Brighton for this type of food and we have tried a few. will be back soon!!

My wife and I had a lovely meal together here tonight and the reviews were correct!! The food was hot and tasted fabulous the lamb shish was so tender. The staff were very polite and the food came out quickly. I highly recommend giving it a try and I will definitely eat here again, thanks to all the staff for a lovely evening.

My husband and I had a brilliant experience at Etci from the moment we walked in right up until we left. The interior is sleek and stunning, and the service throughout was top tier. Etci is definitely our go-to place. We have tried so many restaurants but nothing compares to Etci. Never disappoints. Great service from Ercan tonight. Amazing grilled chicken and lamb ribs, lahmacun, spices on point and even side salad is to die for.
