Have to say I've just bought the buy one get one free offer great value for money and just had the best meatball pizza ever 🙏🙏can't add a photo I've finished eating it.

Bought buy one get one free. Spent £17 on a 6 slice pizza. No options given for a 2nd online. We thought this would be 2. Only a small pizza turned up. Bad service. No explanations given. Bad customer service..

They said they tried to call us cancelled our order 30 minutes later. Our number was correct in just eat and we had no miss calls. No call was made to us. Unhappy.

worst service, pizza ordered at 9, delivery time 10:05 and it took more than 1 hour after delivery time to receive the order. worst part is that they were blaming just eat and just eat was blaming them, I don’t know what to say. please avoid order from them if you want to be happy and want to eat your dinner at time, ridiculous service. This place is simply Amazing, we have ordered dozens of times in different occasions and they have never led us down. They make the best Pizza in the whole London and even the kebabs are very nice and juicy with huge portions. Real value for money and real worth trying.

This place has the worst customer service, we ordered food and the food was completely wrong. instead of fixing the issue the owner said that we lied about what food was ordered. the staff shouted at us and the owner refused to fix the issue and or give us a refund. never experienced customer service on this level. stay away and warn others

Espressa is our preferred local Kebab/Pizza take away as we live close to Green Lane. The Kebabs are always nice, not too greasy, the pizzas are quite good too, obviously not the same as an actual pizza take away but they still hit the spot. Only a couple of tips. If you telephone to order be very clear on instructions for your order. They're always happy to customise anything on the menu, but I for example said the other day I just wanted tomato sauce and cheese on my son's cheeseburger, and I ended up with fresh tomatoes instead. (Perhaps I should have said Ketchup instead?) Also a word of warning, they get extremely busy with orders especially the later in the night you order, so if you want a home delivery be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour. If you can pick up rather than have it delivered I'd go for that option, or order in advance in case you are very hungry. I hope this helps!

Whilst being in there one of the staff gave MY food to someone else whilst I was paying via card machine. The guy who served me was not even interested in what actually happened. He actually refused to serve someone because he couldn't be bothered to remember what the customer ordered. Most recently waited 2 hours for a delivery and then the driver got lost.

Absolutely Phenomenal Service And Delicious Food. Pizza's Are Juicy And Great, Kebabs Are Hot And Spicy, Great Staff Too Really Kind! Three Thumbs Up 👍👍👍

Do not go near this place, stay clear... Shockingly awful!!! Late, loads missing pizza over cooked and chicken kebab under cooked!! So rude here too!!

Order was wrong. Took over 2 hours after the wrong order was delivered to get it correct by which point I had gone out. Still have not received a refund.

Use this service a lot. But last two order I've waited in excess of 1 hour 20 mins to today's 1 hour 50 minutes. 2nd time running fries are uncooked and inedible and nuggets cold. Doubt I will use this service again despite being a good customer for 4 years. Definitely gone downhill

Won't re-deliver or refund me for food which was accidentally taken to my old house! Horrible service especially after I was promised a refund over the phone. Don't order from them. They've lost a good customer. £30 wasted :(

Order was wrong. Took over 2 hours after the wrong order was delivered to get it correct by which point I had gone out. Still have not received a refund.

Took over an hour to deliver. My order was accepted by them on JustEat at 12.40 and supposed to be delivered at 1.15 by arrives at 1400! When I called them they said they were very busy. The food itself is average at best.

The food was fantastic. Lovely juicy burger and nice Donner. The mrs enjoyed her chicken shish wrap which was huge!!

It wasn't anything special. The chips were cold & hard & the pizza wasn't cut properly. Disappointing. However the taste was pretty good.

Delivery time is appaling! I have ordered three times from Espressa Pizza and two out of the three times I have waited about 2 hours for my food. As stated by the name of this place, they only specialize in Pizza. Their pizza is of very good quality but anything else you order from here is disgusting.

The food was rank. The potato tasted like they put it in the microwave for 6 minutes, took it out, put half a can of beans on it and put it in a box. I could've made that jacket potato at home. £4 for that? Ridiculous. Also, when I opened the bag, all of the beans were everywhere. I couldn't believe it, never ordering from here again. I don't even know why I ordered a jacked potato, but to be fair there was nothing else to eat. And I should've said this before but your potato skins aren't even potato skins. All you do is cut a jacket potato in half and put cheese on it. Also your pizza is probably the smallest pizza I've ever seen and you made me pay £3 for that ridiculousness. It was also burnt so bye. Never ordering from here again.

We have ordered from here numerous times and unfortunately the poor service has been the same all throughout. The food is delicious but the staff are not always aware of prices (!), mess up orders, forget specific requirements of orders and NEVER deliver within the expected delivery time. My most recent order was delivered 1 hour and 35 minutes after placing the order online, just ridiculous!

Order large but received extra small. Dont think ill use again

Delivery took 15 minutes longer than expected which didn't particularly annoy me... Until my friends chicken was cold & we were missing two portions of fries. Upon calling the takeaway directly I was told they were too busy to deliver my chips. Chips I'd paid for! After standing my ground they were finally delivered an hour later. I hate having to leave a bad feedback as these things do just happen sometimes but I don't expect to be spoken to like I'm hassling them when they've made an error not me.

Instead of lamb kofta received a plain rice not fresh with shami kebabs sliced into strips placed on top of the cold rice. The lamb rack turned out to be lamb covered with barbecue sauce. The chicken strips nor fresh either on the top of that cold too. Delivery took ages. Won't be ordering from them again! Waste of money.

I have been ordering my pizzas from here for approximately 3 years. Their pizza's are lovely. Reminds me of some of the pizzas I used to get from a particular shop in West Yorkshire. My favourite is the Indian Feast. It's got a spicy taste to it which keeps your taste buds alive. Also they have great offers too, for example you can get two 15inch pizzas for 15 pounds. Personally it's great value for my money.
