Escape Lounge T1 in Manchester

Very nice bar and food. Could have used more choice for food. Mo was very nice and friendly at the bar

Been to the escape lounge at Manchester airport and had no complaints apart from more variety of food but apart from that drink selection was great and great service. Will definitely be coming back x

What a great start to a holiday, so much more calm and chill than the main airport where there’s usually panic and chaos. No queues for the bar, lots of nice food to choose from. Staff were helpful and on top form 😁 thanks!

This is a great alternative to aspire, we came mid afternoon so was very quiet, food was lovely, the staff are really friendly. The lounge looks a little tired, but overall good value for money.

Service is absolutely outstanding

It's like a 70s Bond villain lair, dingy and dark with terrible designs. Service with a forced smile. Food is like school dinners. Dress code is a joke. Not worth paying 30 quid for.

(Relates to Manchester airport (I realise there are others!)) - Service great, and the bar is adequately stocked but if you go for the warm (not 'hot') food I'd steer clear of the mince and onion pies - the filling seems to be a tasteless purée! The food is basic and unadventurous and let's the overall experience down.

I recently visited ESCAPE LOUNGE and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jenny. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel instantly welcome. What truly impressed me was her attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond. She took the time to explain the lounge amenities and even made personalized recommendations based on my preferences. Additionally, Jenny handled a busy environment with grace and professionalism, ensuring that every guest received the attention they deserved. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service made my experience truly memorable. Thank you for having such a fantastic team member! I look forward to my next visit.

Even though it doesn’t have much of a view, we always prefer to use Escape Lounge in terminal 1, as the quality of the food is much better than it’s alternative. The staff are very polite and accommodating, especially Mo today, who was very chatty and interested in where I was going.

Nothing spectaculos, but still better than nothing. No natural light because no windows in the lounge, food is basic selection and desserts are almost non-existent. Definitely need a big upgrade for cutlery. The size of fork/knifes are similar to "Kindergarten"size. During my stay of aproximatly 30-35 minutes, I heard another 3 clients talking about the cutlery size:)

What an incredible experience we had here! The food was amazing and so were the drinks but the customer service was even better. Special thanks to Camilla, she made our visit incredible. Another fabulous visit to Manchester T1 Escape Lounge, lovely friendly welcome. Fresh hot cooked breakfast with sausages bacon scrambled eggs tomato’s beans and little hash browns, compliments to the Chef. Great selection of delicious pastries. Lots of cereal, yogurt and fruit to help yourself too. Self serve hot and cold drinks and bar service for all ur alcoholic drinks 🍸 love that Prosecco is on draught unlike the competition 😎 staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble x really carnt believe how anyone could complain. Looking forward to another visit next month 🥰

Quiet and relaxed. Good drink selection, could be a slightly wider range of foods but good experience overall. Took a lot of stress out of travel! Would recommend.

The reception staff are wonderful. The food is good. It’s more of a social lounge than a work lounge so there isn’t enough desks and power points but there is plenty of space even when full

Millie very good with patrons, as we are on a holiday, it's good to have a friendly smile. She has a good personality. Miller May..lol.. well what can I say about Charlie........hmm well ask Millie... lol Place not impressive. It cost a few quid, the service very good, but the lounge not all that. I prefer a window, or a large TV. Escape Lounge Manchester not all that as a place.

Hot food selection poor and not topped up very often. Sweet selection non existent - toffee or plain muffins which were dry. Great bar service if you just want to get drunk? Probably best to just buy food and drink in the concourse.

Absolutely fantastic time in the Escape lounge the staff were amazing, especially Reena, she was a total star. Food was fab and made the start of our holiday great. Thank you all involved at escape.. see you all next time
