Only drinks and desserts delivered. Rest of order missing. Couldn't complain as no one answering the phone.

Very friendly staff who serve great food at a very decent price you. I would recommend this place to everyone.

1/4 cans of drink were delivered and as usual the shop never answer

Vegetarian sausage rolls were disgusting and inedible. They had an overwhelming amount of herbs, definitely not the usual recipe. They had to be put in the bin!!

Had to be the worst tasting food ever bland and dry and tasteless, only good things where the cakes wont order from here again

Delivery has not been made. Driver delivered full english for another customer, wrong address. Despite shouting him and making eye contact, he drove off laughing I have delivered the neighbour's food. REFUND

Soft hash browns muffin made of steel and plastic in the cheese on toast which was nice.

It's not terrible. Whenever I make the long trip to Manchester, I go to Pound Bakery for an economical breakfast or snack. Six years ago, it was great. 20 chicken nuggets for, I think it was 4 pounds. That's unheard of in Canada, and the chicken nuggets were really tasty. There was always a variety of pastries. On my most recent second trip, I was saddened they did not have chicken nuggets nor the English toffee muffin I had been anticipating.

Absolutely disgusted by the rude delivery driver who was rude and ignorant and I was told to sort it out with the restaurant! Very rude! I have two items that haven’t been delivered so have put in a refund

Called in here for the first time in a few years. £1.70 for a traditional pasty. The pastry was fine, but the filling was just a mushy pile. Now I know why I haven't been in for a while, truly yuck.

I ordered 2 sausage and beans and gingerbread men. Only the gingerbread men was right.

Good customer service and variety of baked pastries, drinks, sandwiches and sweet treats. My kid loves the place and we go there regularly when in town for a day out.

Went in here for the first time for a breakfast snack after a long flight into Manchester. Half way through eating my pasty I notice there's a strip of blue plastic baked into it! Pretty rank and did nothing to abate my hangriness... Staff in the shop were ok and took my number so customer service could give me a call but still waiting...

You know when your pregnant and you just crave something for only one of the items that you ordered for yourself came fums.

Food is good for it’s price.Although they need to stock more often,it’s frustrating going to the shop 3 times to check if the pizza is there and it’s still not arrived.

I ordered: 1x pizza, wedges, drink; 1x pasty wedges drink; 1x carrot cakes and 1x ring donuts. We did not receive the cakes or donuts, I was given some kind of criss cross chips instead of wedges, and everything that did arrive was stone cold despite delivery time being quick

Excellent service. Food arrived on time and still warm. Bacon roll was delicious. Bavarian slices an extra special treat.

Lovely food big breakfast was lovely and big shame u forgot the tinned Tom's and u don't offer toast with it though but realy enjoyed also the sausage egg on toast and the breakfast stack sub was a nice nice and lovely too will be ordering again soon👍

Paid for a sub only got a soft roll it says three bacon only two and not even full rashers and to top it off it was cold ,never again! I should have gone to greggs

This place was a treat when shopping in Wythenshaw, and I understand with the cost of living would be the reason for the prices not being a pound any more, however, why has the fillings of their sausage rolls and Cornish pasties halved at the cost of £2.15. I had a flat sausage roll, and half the filling in my Cornish pasty which was also flat. The amount of filling should not have changed when the price goes up, absolutely discussed with the products.

Order was incorrect. Sandwich was wrong and they also missed an item which I paid for

I’ve ordered from the Pound Bakery a number of times and each time the order has been perfect! The customer service and professionalism is of an excellent high standard. Will definitely be ordering from here more often. Keep up the excellent work!

Not the pound Bakery anymore its the £1.30 bakery

So after having covid for the first time and having a terrible time with it, pound bakery made my partner cry because they sent us a gift with our order and a note saying hope we feel better, bloomin amazing. Thank you very much appreciated

Food was cold and few items missing people going without food and others eating cold food discusting

all the hot food was cold when it got here and they missed off half my order and replaced it with a bunch of random stuff of their menu

It is appalling that items have such an increase in price when purchased for delivery! £2.60 for a sandwich, for it to arrive with a £1.75 price label on it!

Brought some of the wrong things without explanation. It was fine I got a refund but annoying that nobody was bothered to explain the errors. Also, annoying that you can not pick 2 bacon or 2 sausage in the breakfast because the choice only allows one of each. What’s the point having choices if you cannot make any choices. Please sort the menu out

To receive two freezing cold bacon barm cakes and a missing item (chicken salad) from my order to only get a response over a week later and only had one issue addressed is shocking if you are going to use just eat be aware that items are always missing, your dispute is dealt with so much later and you only get a credit on your account so you have to spend with them anyway it’s really poor

Arrived very fast but won't be ordering again. Food was freezing cold, tasted stale. All the sausage rolls were soggy and undercooked. I had to put them in the oven for 15 minutes.

Great service, however my gingerbread man suffered a broken arm in transit.

Very odd!! We ordered four bacon turnovers and got two, 4 custard slices and got none, 4 eclairs and got 6 and randomly had two custard tarts, two Manchester tarts, carrot cake and 2 strawberry tarts we didn't order at all?! Complete mess.
