A friendly a warm welcome awaits you and there is a family lounge or an adult lounge to choose from when you book in on site. Food always fresh and tasty with plenty of drinks choice. It’s comfortable and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main departure lounge. The adult only 1903 lounge is our favourite airport lounge. It’s all inclusive.

Came at lunch time, food and service were great. Kim in particular was fantastic making us feel very welcome and well attended

Lovely lounge experience! Escape from the hustle and bustle of the airport and find a little oasis of calm, with quality food and drinks. Louise, the hostess was helpful, smiley, positive and polite doing everything she could to make our stay in the lounge a lovely ecperience.

Louise was welcoming, friendly and happy to help and answer any questions. Will definitely return.

We travelled from Bristol today, the staff in the escape lounge in Bristol, Louise couldn’t do enough for you. All the staff were excellent, the food was plentiful and hot excellent in fact, the seats and tables were very clean. My wife and my self felt very comfortable and welcomed by Louise. Thank for starting our holiday so wonderful even though we were very tired. Chris morling

We went to the 1903 lounge at Bristol airport earlier this week. Service was great, lots of delicious food and drink options… Louise was an absolute gem when our flight to Antalya was delayed, she was keeping us up to date by the hour… would totally recommend paying the little extra more for this fab service!!!

Fantastic experience at 1903 Bristol airport, definitely with the money and a great relaxing start to the holiday. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially Louise who went above and beyond with flight updates.

Such a lovely experience, would without a doubt use the escape lounge again!! The people were so kind and the food was amazing. Louise especially, she checked our flight details after our flight was delayed and kept us updated throughout.

First time using the escape lounge and it was a fantastic way to spend the time before my flight. Louise was very attentive and sets a brilliant example for all other lounge's.

Great staff but what a shame all coffee machines were broken meaning the only coffee available was instant. Also no toast - only white baps 😑 which is disappointing after paying £38 per person

Just recently I was travelling from UK to Ireland and I had no idea to book the lounge. So I just headed since I was told that there are walk in bookings here. After I went a lady rudely told me to stay outside and book via QR first. Then I booked it showed time of 300 mins wait time. I just went someplace else and started eating but after 15 mins I got your booking has been confirmed. And it will be held for 10 mins. Really weird wait time estimations and the time I went there the booking was gone. Such a weird place

Excellent customer service from Andy, Max, Judy and the rest of the team. Our flight for our group of 7 was delayed by 8 hours and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and made our airport experience much more pleasurable. Thank you.

Visited on a very busy morning at Bristol checked in with a lovely friendly lady then got upgraded to the 1903 lounge love breakfast and after 7am had the lounge to ourselves staff so friendly lovely french lady and a very helpful blonde lady sorry didn’t get your names

Lovely time as always I can’t eat the food because I am coeliac but the rest of my family enjoyed it. Louise really looked after us lovely, very friendly and told us all about the future plans of the airport and new lounges.

What a fantastic service, we arrived at Escape at 03:00 in the morning of 16th July (sorry for the delay in getting this on) we werent able to book online for Dragon Passes until after 06:30 which was our flight time. The team on shift - Andy, Mackenzie, Luc, Raul and Kim, managed to find us a table at the back for my husband and I with 5 hungry excited teenagers. Nothing was too much trouble and they all looked like they loved their jobs. You guys are a credit to Escape. THANK YOU for helping a stressed mum make the kids holiday seamless from the start!!!1st Class.

Well we have tried to get here before but were delayed because of traffic jams! Managed to get her today as a treat from my bestie celebrating her Ruby Wedding Anniversary! We are flying out to Puerto Pollensa to continue the celebrations! The Escape has definitely been the escape to remember! We’ve been enjoying wonderful wines, gin and tonics and lovely hot and cold foods from the self service counters! Sandwiches, cheese and biscuits , muffin cakes and donuts also on offer. The staff were friendly helpful and welcoming! We were very well engaged in conversation with Louise exchanging stories of our travelling experiences! She was extremely friendly and certainly sold the Escape experience to us! We will definitely be back! Thank you Louise and all the Escape superb staff!!

This is a small stuffy lounge with squashed in food areas. They have opted for the ‘get your hand in and share your germs’ approach to food items (crisps and sour cream as examples, where everyone is digging into the same pot instead of separate sealed portions that other lounges offer). The food itself tasted cheap and bland. The chairs were uncomfortable with little cushioning and the tables too low down. The only positive really is the staff - they are polite and friendly.

Andy and the team were extremely helpful and accommodating during a very busy period, where we hadn’t reserved a table, but had a two hour wait. They were able to secure us a space and juggled times around to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

As a priority pass unlimited holder I have visited most lounges in Europe. This lounge previously ranked in my bottom 3, BUT something has happened here and I was greeted by friendly staff, an airy feel, a good selection of food and drink and I can now say the lounge has moved into the premier league in my opinion. I hope to visit again on my next trip from BRS. The only thing, which is not the fault of the lounge, is I still can’t pre-book via Priority Pass and so may end up using another facility in the airport if pre-bookings prevent me from entering.

A very relaxing and enjoyable pre-flight experience. The venue is peaceful, and comfortable. There was a very good selection of quality food and drink that I would definitely recommend. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful, particularly Aidan, which really made the experience worthwhile.

Ideal start to our holiday. Relaxed atmosphere without the choas of airport restaurants and crowds. Raul was particularly attentive, providing a smile and chatter to help pass the time away. Would definitely recommend for a great start to your holiday :)

Horrific. Prebooked for this for me and my daughter as she suffers severe anxiety with crowds so thought this would help, got there to be told it was full (even though we pre booked the exact time we arrived) and the wait time was 3 hours. Pretty obvious your flight will be gone in three hours. The man wasn’t too friendly or helpful and then as soon as we left a family of five walked straight in. Left sitting in the floor with a child in tears having panic attacks. Nice one.

Always very polite and helpful staff. Compared to other airport longes the food is good. It’s calm and relaxing before takeoff.

Incredibly unfriendly employees. Many empty seats that have been reserved virtually and no one is coming... the suggestion that I leave immediately when the reservation comes was blocked. All, really all of the employees are unfriendly and not service-oriented or helpful, let alone solution-oriented

I was seated in a lovely quiet area which is exactly what I wanted. The most notable aspect of this lounge experience was the friendly helpful staff ensuring that everyone had everything they needed. Raul was particularly helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and looking after people adding to the positive atmosphere . I would definitely use this lounge again when travelling through Bristol. Many Thanks
