Escape Lounge in North Somerset

We booked the lounge before our trip to Belfast. On arrival we were greeted by the most friendly and helpful team member, Michelle. From our arrival to our departure at every interaction with Michelle, she was friendly and helpful. She couldn’t do enough to make our experience enjoyable. The food and drink was great as well. We had a very enjoyable experience made even better by Michelle.

What a lovely way to start a holiday. This was the first time we have used the Lounge. All the staff were so helpful and made us feel at home. Would definitely use again and recommend.

I have been to a lot of lounges across the world and this is the best, maybe not the most glamorous given some of them but good food, unfailingly friendly good service and nice wine. Thank you!

Best service in any lounge by a country mile. We were given a warm welcome by the fantastic Michelle, and the rest of the staff looked after the customers really well. Great food and a nice place to spend an hour or so before a flight.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us whilst our flight was delayed. In particular Michelle was a true star.

Really improved since it was the Aspire lounge. Really friendly staff and efficient service. Good location and all the facilities you need. Would definitely recommend the lounge. X

Perfect space to relax pre flight at what is normally an extremely busy airport. The staff are very welcoming especially Raul. On arrival the socket in our booth did not work but Raul quickly fixed the issue for us. The only improvement would be to mention the free wifi on sit down as we didn’t know so was trying to use the free airport wifi.

Great service from all the staff, and very comfortable. Special shoutout to one of the staff (unfortunately didn't manage to catch his name) who was lovely to us throughout and then went out of his way to help me find my bag and make my flight. Legend.

Worst lounge I’ve ever been to. Prosecco on tap! No champagne, dire choice of wine. No A/C really hot! Staff were nice not their fault drinks poor quality

We always use the Escape Lounge - the perfect start to any getaway. Good food, good selection of drink and a relaxing atmosphere … Perfick!! Ruby was my host in the 1903 lounge on 13 Dec 24 and she was amazing. Ruby welcomed me and everyone I could see with a smile and a warm “good morning”. Ruby kept the food stocked up and cleaned away dirty plates etc from tables promptly. Well done !

Nice start to the holiday. Mince pies and mulled wine was a nice touch

Raul and David made our 2 hours stay at the Escape Lounge prior to our flight departure really great. The service and atmosphere were second to none. The quality and choice of food could be improved but for the cost paid it isn’t that bad. Will definitely use again.

Louise the waitress was excellent, friendly, efficient, giving advice wrt keeping an eye on the boards etc and made using the lounge a lovely friendly atmosphere. Such a nice start to the holiday. Louise is an asset to u, her customer service was excellent.

I travel frequently and use different lounges esp across Europe. And I can honestly say Bristol Escape is excellent. The food is always quality and filling. I have always had great hospitality and kindness from the staff. It could do with a little nicer decor but I have never have a bad experience. Well done team!!! 🤗

A terrific experience at the Bristol lounge. Staff were excellent and in particular a lady called Michelle, who was welcoming, friendly and took time to show me round the lounge and all done with a smile. Great customer service. I will be back.

It’s the first time we’ve visited the lounge and we were very pleased with the whole atmosphere. It was great to be able to go to the toilet or bar without worrying about someone snatching your seat. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast and several glasses prosecco, and fantastic service from Raul, it just made the time fly!!! We are definitely going to book the lounge again in future :)

After a lengthy delay this was a very appreciated treat! Staff were attentive and sociable. A very nice way to pass the time.

I occasionally visit the Escape lounge at Bristol Airport. Exceptional service provided by David, Alun and Ruby and the rest of the team. A big thanks to Louise who offered me a more comfortable chair as I was initially squeezed in on one of the stools. The food was lovely, sausage roll and mustard mash. Thank you so much once again.

Staff and food were great, felt very taken care of. The only downside was a very loud woman with her phone on speaker phone. Misha and Louise both took great care of us

Unbearable rude staff I’m surprised they have haven’t got more bad reviews about how difficult it is to be admitted to this lounge it’s like there’s an attitude problem at the front desk for having customers, bare in mind they have the right to refuse you if you mention the staffs behaviour to another passenger.

Raul was absolutely amazing with our children, such a kind person and made us all feel very welcome before our family holiday to Lapland. Merry Christmas Raul

We had a booking for the lounge courtesy of On the Beach, but when we arrived we were told the lounge was full. We were a party of 6, including 2 teenagers, who were very disappointed. However, enter the lovely Michelle, who overruled the guy at the desk and made sure we were accommodated. She absolutely made the beginning of our holiday very special. She is such a valuable asset to the Lounge Team and we were very grateful for her warm and friendly approach! I’m sorry this review is late being submitted - we actually used the Lounge on Thurs 24 Oct.

Louise was very helpful & advised me that I could order vegetarian sausages for breakfast, wasn’t advised this at check in stage (this the only reason I’ve marked down on food) Louise was chatty, attentive & very professional.

Louise was fantastic she made sure we were comfortable and was very knowledgeable regarding flights etc Andy was also extremely helpful and courteous we will definitely use this lounge again.

So I've had the pleasure of visiting the *903 Lounge* at Bristol Airport a few times now. Each time, the staff have been incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. Today, we have the lovely Ruby, who has also made today's visit a great start to our holiday! The food, service, ambiance is all wonderful. Thank you to all the staff, especially the Chef, who delivers wonderful food each day.

Great welcome, polite professional and friendly. Great food plenty of choice (breakfast) Clean environment. Louise the host was fab, very chatty and knowledgeable.

Firstly David the concierge was so lovely. Sorted out my entry issues as the system wasn’t updating. Made sure hubby was comfortable as he’s in a cast for Achilles rupture. Went above and beyond. The staff especially Alan the barman was so funny and great at his work. The service was amazing and really enjoyed our relaxing experience. Will be back

Louise is is a complete asset the lounges were not good. The second lounge was terrible moved back to main one. No power sockets working in either. Louise was so nice it may our stay ,100% better was about to walk out. She is what I need in a business

Very nice welcome from staff and plenty of seating areas to choose from as it was a Saturday evening. Downside of day/time was terrible food. It had been sitting under a lamp for an extended period and had become tepid, dry and inedible. Also there were quite a few fruit flies in the bar and seating area.

Very welcoming, especially Raul. Food and drink were plentiful. Only downside sockets kept tripping and we were unable to charge our phones for use on the plane.

The staff here are amazing, they were all happy and accomadating! It was refreshing to have amazing service. The only thing that would have made the food a 5 star would be toast with my breakfast! Thankyou Raol for starting off out holiday with a sunny smile
