Starter OK, but main lamb massala was actually mutton, tough as boots! Sauce can be OK, but not clear that the curry was freshly prepared at all

Ordered via the let’s eat app and was confirmed at 18.07, Margarita and a meat feast. The order came to £27.90 inc delivery and service charge, 2 x 14” Square Pizza. The order was delivered at 20.04. I’m no expert but I’m struggling to see how 2 pizza takes 2 hours to make and deliver (less than 800m from the take away) Well at least they would be hot I thought 🤔 Both Pizzas were cold, not warm not even lukewarm they were cold. The meat feast should have had salami, ham and pepperoni. Praise the lord the margarita only had 2 ingredients but they couldn’t be bothered to cut it into pieces so I had to cut it for her. The Meat Feast was less of a Feast more of a skimp, if there was 6 pieces of pepperoni I’d be surprised 😳 no ham no salami. However at this point me and my daughter could have chewed our own arm off so we tried to eat them. Both pizzas had been in the oven too long. They had caught on the edges so were burnt and rock hard, the tops were browned and a sour taste. My Daughter had 3 pieces and gave up. I had 4 pieces and was on my 5 when I bit into sharp and hard. On closer inspection this appeared to be a piece of bone (picture taken) this made me feel quite sick so I threw the towel in as I was unsure as to what else I’d find in the pizza. Disgusting is the only word I can use to describe this in Price, product and service. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES MONEY AND FOUL EXPERIENCE DONT USE THIS TAKE AWAY

Ordered at 17:00pm. Estimated arrival time 17:.50pm. Actual delivery time 19.25pm. This was despite phoning twice and being advised food had left the building. (Live 4miles away) Food was luke warm and had to reheat. Very dissapointing won't oder from them again.

Not really sure where they get these good reviews from. Absolutely the worst curry I have had. Couldn't even get a simple order right. Missed the rice off and the lamb was like chewing leather. Never again. And getting the money back for missing items was more hassle than its worth.

Great food made my night I look forward to it every weekend and twice on bank hols! Getting a little peckish thinking about it now, the chicken succulent yet tender and the sauce is rich and creamy 💦.

We went to the Epworth Tandori and made our order via telephone to a man who had no clue about customer service. We repeated the order 3 times over the phone and he still asked us to repeat it, after repeating the order that many times we expected as anyone else would that the order would be correct. On receiving our order it happened they missed off a curry, rice and a naan which is fair enough and mistakes do happen. We then went on to call their number and explain our issue to the man who took the order, he then explained that we would receive the missing items and they would be delivered as soon as possible. We felt that was reasonable and would have left it there. 45 minutes later we phoned to check it was on its way and the same person on the phone told us we never ordered it even though we were told it was going to be on its way. He then passed us onto the chef who told us we never ordered the food and we were left disgusted by our treatment. The moral of the story NEVER GO TO EPWORTH TANDORI, there are far better establishments in the town to go to.

Really disappointed, ordered at 19.20 through ‘Just Eat’ our order due at 20.10 rang at 20.30 as not delivered and informed it had left for delivery, considering we’re only 5 minutes away, no knock at the door?? rang again at 20.50 to be told our order had been delivered, they rang the doorbell? Which I don’t have! Our £40 order had been left on the doorstep, was cold and chicken tikka masala was definitely a tomato korma 🤮 won’t be ordering again 😔

It was fantastic experience to epworth tandoori specially stuff of the takeaway are really friendly. It can be best choice for chicken tikka masala👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Yesterday had take away from Epworth Tandoori it was fantastic food. Really enjoyed my meal specially chicken shahi Bhuna and their pilau rice really yummy. From me it’s 5* food.

Very good food.My children really love the chip masala and the staff are really kind and friendly.We reccomend thisto everyone.We will obviously order again.

Disgraceful! Reoccurring customer for the past few years. Today ordered a takeaway for delivery, when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The lime pickle from the pickle tray was covered in white mould. The salad garnish was wilted and brown on the edges. The peshwari naan was raw around the edges. The mixed shashlik which should contain lamb, chicken and prawns had no prawns in it at all. Very upset.

used the kyber a lot in the past and liked the service and the decor but the food was never great - however tried again with the daughter and 3 grand kids and the food was excellent , I will definitely be going again !

Ordered 7.45 and arrived at 9.00. Despite having our number, no one called to say it was going to be that late. Food was good but barely luke warm. Not again..... ever.

Delivery good food good even out extra popadom in for us korma a little sweet but very nice will use again

Been ordering from here over 7years now on and off ...always been hit and miss for flavours in the sauces cooked out and the tenderness of the lamb...ordered from here tonight for the first time in over a year and was a total waste of £40!! Chips and garlic nan were freezing,sauce was bought in,husbands a chef,We have standards! And the lamb I only ate one piece as it was as tough as old boots!! Don't waste your money!! Pick up from The Khyber and keep warm in the oven!! Nothing in Epworth comes close!!

Last night my husband and I ordered a delivery meal. Being allergic to onions I made sure to ask if there were any onions in the egg & peas rice. We were assured that there weren't any and we ordered that making sure that they understood that NO ONIONS were to be in the dish. I also ordered the butter chicken to go as a main. After waiting over 1 1/2 hours (on a 45 minute assured delivery) the meal arrived cold, the chicken was hard and guess what? The Egg & Peas rice dish was laden with onions!!!! I could not eat the meal at all. Terribly disappointed with the lack of service from this establishment and we will not be ordering from them again.

Me and my partner usually gets this on a Sunday when he picks me up to take it back to Barton where he lives. Lots of taste and flavour, staff are great except once when I rang up and arrived 5 minutes later and the guy was rude and said that it wasn't ready yet why was I here yet and I'll have to wait, which was fine but didn't need to be so blunt about it. This however doesn't change how it's the best Indian I have had and after trying the ones in Barton and they are not up to scratch worth travelling to pick up and take back.
