Ephesus Pizzeria in Swansea

Hopefully a one-off, but our order was nearly 45mins late and cold when it arrived. This hasn’t been an issue before and the pizzas are great so we’ll order from here again, but really poor service tonight.

Having somewhere as nice as this across the road from work when late night paper work is needed is so handy. Great staff , lovely food and best on the high street in my opinion

delicious hot food. chicken shish meal & coleslaw & chicken burgers were delicious.. the delivery guy who works at the shop too thank you for being so kind, polite, I'm sorry I didn't give you a tip but I promise next time to make up for that.

We just ordered a margherita pizza but unfortunately the cheese was a bit rubbery and it was just a bit disappointing.

The food was exceptional and arrived ahead of schedule.

If I could give no stars I would just been told not to order from the place again due to them messing up my order, asked for large cheesy chips got a medium, cheese bites were not cooked and our cheesy garlic bread was burnt to a crisp and had no cheese in it, they sent out the correct and properly cooked food after ringing to tell them about the first lot we had and then rudely contacted us hours later to tell us not to order from them anymore because apparently the first order was right even though they admitted at the start that it wasn’t, disgusted with the attitude we had off the guy

Kebab was a little greasy if I’m honest, and it normally isn’t when I order this. There was a small ‘pool’ of grease around the edges of the box. It’s normally really nice though.

Original deliver schedule was 6:50 to 7:10… arrived at 7:40 after having to chase via app… However, food was hot and fresh on arrival, so I suspect they were just overloaded for a Monday, but updates would of been appreciated. Delicious as always

Food arrived hot and it was delicious. Pizza was cooked to absolute perfection and more importantly, tasted fresh. Delivery driver was an absolute gentleman, highly recommended!

One of the best chicken sheesh wraps I’ve ever had. You know it’s good when you take that first bite and you’re instantly thinking if there’s any other wraps you can remember that were that good. So yea the chicken was tender and great flavour. Also had curly fries and they were still quite crispy which I find rare even when I make them myself. So will deffo order again, hope that wasn’t just a one off. Well done guys. Top food!

So me and a friend ordered yesterday 26/10/24 ..not only was it 40 mins late.. and the food was disgusting we've all been spewing all night 2 kids and 2 adults... bad stomachs feeling sick n then being sick.. the food was greasy, wasn't the best we've had not happy as we order regular.. gest way to start the holidays with food poisoning..

Even though about 10 minutes after specified time, worth the wait, food was spot on, really tasty, would highly recommend ☺️

Food arrived hot. We absolutely love this restaurant, the Pizza is flavoursome and the base is cooked to perfection. We also had hot wings and they were really delicious, highly recommended.

Great pizza with perfect dough and some of the options for topping were rather unique. Now that I know how good their pizza is, I'd be more inclined to try their breakfast pizza which I was initially skeptical about, given that I'd never thought of putting baked beans on pizza before now.

Food was delivered quickly and it was hot. This is our favourite pizza restaurant, the pizza is cooked to perfection and the spicy chicken wings were a delight!

Food was delivered 1hr early even tho it was put for a time I knew everyone would be home which was a little disappointing as I had to re heat everything

Chips and the chocolate fudge cake were great! The chicken kebab with the garlic sauce was not as tasty as it has been before.

Usually a 10/10 but today's order had hardly any salad or sauce . Chicken shish was as always Is great . Lamb donner and chicken just wasn't it's usual top stuff

Shocking service placed order and it was confirmed, waited 30 minutes after estimated delivery time when I called for update was told there was no order. Girl I spoke to was lovely and apologetic. The manager on the other hand has No customer service skills whatsoever and should take a leaf out of his staff’s book. Will stick to pepperonis down the road now, at least if there is a problem with your order there they sort it without an attitude.

I can't comment on the food, it didn't arrive. Our order, via Just Eat, went in just after 7 pm. Estimated delivery was 7.45 - 8.05. The last call I made was at 8.33 and still no sign of the order. The staff I spoke to all apologised for the delay but were unwilling or just not interested in my frustration about the delay. There was no acknowledgement that the issue was their fault, just an explanation that they were extremely busy. We cancelled the order and requested a full refund. The reason for this was that we had no update or offer of compensation / gesture of goodwill. Needless to say we won't be returning as customers.

Nice enough pizza. Delivered into random bedsit doorway. Guy left me standing in the wet while he re-read the receipt then had a go at me for 'shouting' at him. Won't use again.

Had a Cheeesburger and Chicken strips, very nice and reasonably priced. Delivery super quick and delivery person very nice and polite.

Not what it's like in the images, it's more kebab house pizza, delivery guy got annoyed because the house I'm in is split into two but you can't enter the second section anyways.

Ordered food at 7:20. Expected delivery time was 8:25-8:40. Food eventually turned up at 9:10. 1hr 50 mins after ordering. And pizza looked like it had been cooked and left for ages under heat lamp. Not best service I've had from this food outlet.

Didn't particularly like the way the older staff were shouting at the young girl working there. Food was satisfactory.

Sorry 4 stars. I have to be honest. No sauce means: no sauce on the lots of onions that get added. In my case was mint sauce. Normally great food but had to dispose of my burger 🍔

Ordered pizza this time with mixed kebab meat and chips, the chicken kebab meat is not like I’ve had before it’s normally stringy and fatty and chewy from other places. Best I’ve had again. Not fussed on donor meat that was more for my mate but it’s good meat. Pizza bang on. Chips could of been fresher but that’s nothing, still good enough. Plus the delivery drivers a gent 👊🏼

I love this place, the chicken sheesh kebabs and wraps are the best I’ve had. They cook the chicken so well. I may try something different next time see if it’s as good well done as what I’ve had so far.

That shish kabab was outstanding. Meat was tender salad fresh and that mint sauce was amazing. Please never change your recipe. Favourite chicken shish I’ve had by quite a stretch. Delivery driver is a gent too. It’s the little things that help.

Food was extremely late. Usually they are slightly late, which is tolerable however on this occasion the food was extremely late. The food wasn’t hot, luke warm at best… and the onion rings were soggy. I usually always order from here however I will not be doing so from now on. Requested a refund due to the food being so late and completely inedible, the restaurant denied the refund. Extremely unhappy.
