As a visitor to the area, this was my first visit to Drusilla's. What a wonderful experience it was too. Much more than a Zoo, but also a mini theme park as well. No big animals apart from a couple of Camels, so more of the ground dwelling rodent types & small monkeys. What I did like was the brilliant one way system they have in the zoo (follow the arrows) so you don't miss any of the animals, which is a common occurrence at other Zoos. After you've seen all the animals, you can take your little ones to all sorts of play areas, inside and out. We had a fantastic time & if I lived closer , I'd certainly buy an annual pass as it's great value for money.

Family Friendly. Clean. Not too sure i agree with 5.00 charge for the big blow up slide. Feel if you pay entry this should be free. Food is also expensive however everything else and attractions and animals in park in my opinion make up for this. Would give 4 star. Would of been 5 if slide was free and food cheaper.

Absolute rip off, everything is so expensive and they only had each ride going for 15 minutes every hour so you couldn't go on much, if this is something they do in quiet time or due to lack of staff at least half the price of entry and warn people first... very disappointed and won't be going back.

It’s a decent day out for a family with little ones but I’ve always been put off by the prices. I was right to be put off as there are other local attractions which are as good, maybe better, for far less money and I resent spending £120+ for a day out. If it were cheaper I’d be much more inclined to go back.

Went just before Christmas so it was a cold day but it was great to have lots of covered areas to veiw the animals which I didn't expect. Nearly all of the animals could be veiwed, inside there dens (some didn't want to venture out), there is plenty to see and do to keep kids and adults entertained for hours and hours. The cafe's are spacious too with plenty of seating inside and out.

Good.. Fun for kids.. Bit pricey though.. Even with membership.. (standard) which I believe is enough to be able to play with everything at the zoo.. But they want gold membership to be able to do that. In this case it's very expensive!

this park is such an amazing thing and is HIGHLY recommended. there are penguins and a part you can see them underwater! the rides are so fun! there is a cheetah one that sends you really high and a twirling hippo. it has a massive fun maze with fun little surprises in every corner. my favorite part is the dinosaur animations. they felt so real and cool! unreadable park. visit it because you are going to have an increadible time! We love coming to Drusillas and do come often, as we have the yearly pass. My daughter loves looking at the animals (there are lots to see), the cheetah ride, the carousel and the jungle cars and loves the soft play too, it's nice they have a play section for the older kids and a little area for the little ones (my daughter is 1). It is well worth getting the yearly ticket (you need to go 3 times to make it worth it!), but it is great that it is open all year round and over school holidays. They have a good food selection across all the restaurants. It's a shame the farm section has closed, but it is exciting to see what will be put in its place 😀 Thank you Sarah and Ava x

First of all getting in was great no queues what so ever. Plenty of animals to have a look at. Luckily the animals were up and lively compared to the other zoos. The only thing that let me down was the food. The tables were not clean and didn’t look like they had been cleaned in years. Absolutely disgusting. Apart from that my experience was overall pleasant but would not go back.

Visited for the first time and had an absolutely amazing time! Let me start by saying we do loads of days out, experiences and have visited multiple countries and this is one of the best days out we've had! The choice of animals was amazing, really get a chance to observe them up close (we loved feeding the birds). My boys don't usually care for outdoor play areas as they've got older (9 & 10 years old) but they were entertained for hours, the rides were great and I personally loved that none of them were scary, perfect level of enjoyment. The splash are was really good when it was working we sadly didn't get to use it for long due to "technical issues" we waited hours but it was never turned back on. Would be nice to have include more healthy food options, the food was OK but I personally wouldn't mind paying a bit more for options other than fast food and sandwiches. Overall an amazing family day we arrived at opening and left at closing time, it would be good to offer a return next day half price like some other attractions offer as we would definitely book a hotel and come twice if there was an offer... Maybe something to consider in the future? We will be returning in a few weeks as we loved it so much!

Drusillas is good and practical because you don't get lost around. There are various activities but need investment and some changes. Needs more places to eat, more shops for kids, and more animals. Needs places for kids to get changed when using the paddling pool because toilets are not practical and clean. Prices for bouncy inflatable were a little bit expensive £5 just for one. A reasonable price for families is £2.50 max £3. The outdoor - indoor playground is good. Not was crazy busy, not big queue to wait for your next rides.

A mixed day of fun. The animals were great, a good range of games and activities. But the pricing is wild. £2.50 for a can of coke. 4.50 for a small box of chips. £3.10 for a cornetto. It's already a high price just to get in but then to have pay to do parts like the spark room. £3 per child and £3 per adult to enter a small room with a slide and interactive walls. Almost unbelievable to be charged £3 for myself when I'm there just to supervise my kids. Unless of course you don't want me to supervise. - (the kids couldn't enter without me.) Then they have a arcade room which is free to play. Such a mixed experience. In response to Drusillas comments. I'm very aware of inflation. Your prices are well above inflation and above being reasonable. Who are the customers who tell you they are reasonable. Charging a parent to be able to enter a room to babysit their child is crazy. There's no way of suger coating it. Maybe drop the charge for the parents. But yeah like I said the animals parts were great. Family had a good time. Just some bits that stop the enjoyment

Fabulous little zoo with a great variety of Animals. The cafe prices were also quite reasonable and the service was quick I had a hot chocolate and a big slab of rocky road cake which was around £5 and it was really nice. The zoo was busy but didn’t stop me from seeing everything. All the animals were out and enjoying the sunshine ☀️ there was a little train for the kids which went around the zoo and there’s a huge climbing/play park for them too, the views of the outside area if you stand on the bridge by the monkey enclosure were stunning the hills were covered in Snow. Well worth a visit I managed to get some money off my entrance fee too as I found an online voucher so payed around £16 to get in. Nice place to go lots to see and the Lorikeets were one of my favourites 🦜

Drusilla's is an excellent place to take young children. The range of animals is good but not overwhelming. The animals all look to be very well cared for. The playground and soft play areas are great and offer a distraction if the animals are not enough. Be aware that the rides may be timed on less busy periods with not all open at once. Also some food areas may be closed over winter. The food in the main area is adequate and not over priced.
