Me & my other half had a lovely non greasy full English breakfast from here, was absolutely lush! Speedy delivery & reasonable prices too. Will 100% be eating from here again.

My business partner and I had a regular ‘go to’ cafe not far from this place until he suggested trying it one day, we’ve been there every week from that day. From the bonkers ‘Over Energyze’ brekkie to the standard ‘Energyze’ this is a well prepared breakfast made with quality ingredients and made with love. This guy not only knows his way round the kitchen, and creates great specials, he is a great guy with a great turn of wit. I’ve tried the rest and this is one of the best. Well worth a visit in my opinion!!

I had a great full English breakfast at the Energyze Kitchen this week - good value for money and a large portion and it tasted good. Highly recommended!

Stumbled across this place by chance, the couple who run the business are very friendly coupled, the prices are cheap, the restaurant is very clean, great service, best of all is the cooking, I had a full English, it was Fab. Will definitely recommend to others.

I ordered the small brekkie! But omg... It was still huge!! And so so yummy!! Im fussy with eggs, you know hate it when people leave bogeys! But alas no bogeys and the best bacon ever!! Well done!! You satisfied a fussy eater!! Yummy!

This place is at the martial arts gym near screwfix, we popped in for coffee and hot mince pie’s to waste a few mins, whilst there I read the menu on the wall and was flabbergasted by the variety so I had pancakes with bacon and they were very nice, I will be going back to try the king prawn with segments of grapefruit with infused spiced rum’ I’ll get the wife to drive me home ‘ Cheers chef

Had few times food in there, food is cooked so well, is more delicious than most of coffee places in town, they have wide range food, as well healthy options too, in picture is a chicken with sweet potatoes and salads, I will definitely visit this coffee place again, friendly helpful stuff, if you run of ideas where to eat , come and try, you will like, I know 😇

Was passing by looking to waste some time while the car was in the garage and saw the cafe. I had my two year old with me who is not quite at the stage of understanding what waiting for food means!! I was greeted by the head chef/manager who couldn’t do enough to help, getting the baby a high chair and setting it up fo me then turning on the tv and searching for kids programmes to keep her entertained while we waited for our breakfast. When our food came out it was well presented, nice and hot and my requests for crispy bacon were well met!! The sausages were the best I have eaten in a long time and the portion size could not be faulted. The manager took the time to hold conversations with customers and just overall a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be returning and spreading the word about Energyze Kitchen.

Great selection of very reasonably priced freshly cooked food,speedy caring service,in a clean child friendly environment. Easy parking and access,I recommend thier steak and Guinness pie.

The food is amazing and all freshly cooked. I cannot praise enough. Always a huge choice on the menu and never anything left on the plate. Highly recommend to everyone.

Energyze kitchen provide great food in the same building as SD School of Martial Arts, Energyze Gym and fitness centre, Ultimate Ninja UK course and Essex Training Solutions. Good varied menu, freshly cooked, great way to refuel after all that exercise. Well recommended.

We are so glad to have such amazing food on offer in our local gym , where can you find all the usual family favourites or super healthy options cooked by a properly trained chef at cafe prices ? There is something for everyone here , this place is such a hidden gem , we now eat here at least once a week knowing we are getting super healthy family meal .
