FABULOUS! We were visiting Ely for the first time and getting a bit peckish! Walked through the market and stumbled across this place. Outside seating was full so we asked for takeaway. The young man serving was polite and welcoming. We ordered two bagels - Nordic and The pastrami one (whose name I’ve forgotten). They came beautifully presented in Eco friendly boxes with compostable cutlery etc, fresh and delicious garnish of salad plus a few crisps. I work in hospitality, often judging chefs, and these guys are awesome. The ingredients were of high quality and a simple Bagel was delivered with perfection! THANK YOU 🙏

We popped in on a quiet Friday in Ely for lunch. It’s tucked away off the market square with some lovely colourful tables and comfy chairs outside as well as a few inside. We chose a sandwich and a grazing board along with a couple of coffees and all of the food was tasty and well presented. Staff were friendly and very helpful- I wanted gluten free and there are so many options- they made up a gluten free board for me. If you visit this place you have to try the grazing boards- a wide variety of deli goods all of excellent quality as well as fruits and nuts. Best lunch I have ever had in Ely.

Have regularly walked past this place as it always seems busy. Was lucky on a Saturday to find a table and tried their bagels and coffee. We were really impressed with the quality and flavour of the bagels, and the coffee was really good. Will definitely return.

Wife and I decided to stop off in Ely on the way back from Norfolk. We found Ely Grazing by chance and were so glad we did. Exceptional food, the French Onion soup was as authentic as I ever had, the bagel was superb, full of flavour, fresh salad and staff were very attentive and friendly. Its not many places you remember when you go for a casual lunch, but this place I won't forget! Hope to be travelling by again soon!

This is a real find. We had lunch consisting of Hereward bagel and soup. Everything was delicious and fresh. The side salad with the bagel had some excellent flavours which really complimented the meal. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this place.

What a gem of a place. Had walked past many times but not been in until just before Christmas. Bagels were delicious and the rest of the menu looked great. Will be back and have noted the website for some foodie gifts.

This is our "go to" cafe when visiting Ely. The food and service are excellent. It is situated near the market square in a little lane. The staff are friendly, cheerful and welcoming and attentive to customers. The cafe is charmingly decorated and very clean. It's well worth a trip - just go !! You'll be glad you did !!

We were on holiday in England and came from Cambridge, looking for a place for breakfast in Ely. Found this lovely cafe with excellent food and excellent service. Even got to talk to Martin Meredith, the owner. What a great breakfast.

Found while visiting Ely. Really fresh and unusual menu. Sandwiches and bagels along with various grazing boards. Good blend of fresh drinks and standard soft drinks. Good value and very filling.

Wonderful little cafe in the heart of Ely (by the cathedral). Fresh tasty morsels and treats. Local produce on the menu and very flavoursome coffee. If you are really hungry- the sharing grazing board (for two) will make you very happy.

Well this was an amazing find - right in the heart of Ely and within a very short walk of the cathedral. I will admit that I have the arrival of a sudden rain shower to thank. I was wheeling my bike and spotted this place with covered outside seating and took refuge. As it was lunchtime, I had a look at the menu and spotted what turned out to be an amazing platter of cheeses, cold meats, fruit, nuts crackers and chocolate. It was brilliantly presented, tasted amazing and was great value too. The coffee was excellent and so were the fruit smoothies. I highly recommend the place and will definitely go again!

Excellent coffee; a fabulous, friendly team; great choice of music; lovely spot for people-watching; exceptionally reasonable prices (take that!, chains); and once you've ordered you simply find a table & wait for your order to appear. (Again: eat your heart out, chains!) I haven't tried one of their Grazing boxes yet, but once I have I'm sure I'll run out of adjectives to say how good they are, too. All in all, it's a truly happiness-inducing spot that I can't recommend highly enough.

Fancied a bacon bap and happened to be passing Ely train station so nipped into the Ely Food Station next door to the ticket office. Had. Breakfast bap which was awful. A cheap poor quality sausage, cheap poor quality bap, i was looking forward to having a fried egg in my bap but i got was egg mayonnaise which was not a pleasant surprise. Never come across egg mayonnaise in a breakfast bap. Cost me £5.75 which i would have been happy to pay if it was edible. Would not recommend this place. Overall the quality is poor.

I like the concept of this place, nice and relaxed vibe. But when you get there you have no idea what to do or how to order. When I booked online I couldnt book for our group of 12 so I called as advised and they wouldnt take the booking over the phone (?) but said book online for 10 people and write in the notes its for 12. Which I did....when we got there the table was sat for 10 of us but really you could only sit about 8. So we all squeezed in with our dogs and figured out how to order food and drinks (which you have to do at separate areas so its all a bit of a faff). Sadly the food took well over an hour to arrive at the collection point, we checked 3 times to ensure our buzzer was working and we were absolutely starving.....there was a sign stating a wait of up to 45 mins but our wait time was silly.....place was busy-ish but by no means heaving. The food was all fine for everybody, some of the options were unavailable, but we all got fed in the end. I personally think its overpriced for what it is but we wanted a casual, sociable meeting space for family so all was well. We didnt want to wait around again for desserts so went elsewhere for coffee and ice creams. An OK experience but wouldnt go out of my way to visit again. Have to say the limited amount of staff were friendly though!

We pulled up Google maps to find a place near to where we were for a bite to eat and drink. For lunch I ordered the scallops absolutely amazed by that meal. Sensational, perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. Service from everyone there was excellent. What a find it was. I only post when a place has amazed me like this place.
