Ellie's Cake Creations in Wigan

I have came to the shop several times to buy her delicious blondies in particular, but this Valentine’s Day box I bought for me and my partner was absolutely stunning (presentation and taste wise) would highly recommend any of her treats and especially the seasonal gift boxes! :)

Ellie & her team are fantastic! My little girl especially loves the cup cakes and frosting! Haha! My favourites are the brownies and blondies... I've just spotted 'Freddo millionaires brownie' on one of the social media pages that looks fantastic! Portion sizes are awesome and great value for money! Ellie and her team have always got time to chat too, very friendly and great customer service! Always very busy, you'll have to get there early to get your choice as everything is baked fresh and once it's gone it's gone!

I regularly come here for brownies and blondies and they’re the nicest treats! The prices are so cheap for the size you get, especially as the brownies are huge and I’ve previously paid double the price for bakes half the size at other places. Sometimes I travel from the other side of Manchester with my boyfriend just to pick up a brownie and travel back because it is so worth it! I would 100% recommend coming here.

This place is literally heaven since discoving it in March I’ve been 3x and each time it has been fab

I dread to think how much weight I've put on since Ellie's opened, but I've enjoyed every mouthful! The selection on offer is amazing and I can highly recommend the Jammy Dodger Rocky Road and the White Chocolate and raspberry blondie.

We first tried Ellie’s brownies in March 2020 and as a family we were hooked! Since then, Ellie’s Cake Creations has been our go-to for treats. We celebrated our Daughter’s 18th with a celebration cake this year and it was amazing! I sent an idea for the cake; Ellie brought it to life and it looked even better than I imagined!

Ellie makes the most amazing cakes and brownies! Definitely recommend her😍 they taste amazing and are always perfectly presented!

Beautifully 18th birthday cake designed by Ellie’s Cake Creation. We ordered the cake last year well in advanced because we know how busy she can be. I picked the cake up on the Saturday and fridge it ready for Sunday. Lovely, tasty, fresh, numerous pieces were given out to friends and family and they all commented on how much they enjoyed. A worthwhile visit to Ellie’s Cake Creation in Atherton.

The carrot cake is always my go to cake. This one is the best around. As always, customer service is excellent and there is always a friendly welcome.

Cannot say enough good things about this bakery. Delicious . Brownies and cookie dough are my favourite. Every Thurs at 9:59 I'm on her pre order page waiting to see what she has to offer. Get yourself down. You won't be disappointed

I’ve been shopping at Ellie’s for nearly 4 years and never once been disappointed!!! Her cakes and treats are absolutely amazing, her creativity never fails to surprise me! Ellie is my ‘go-to’ for any occasion, wether it’s a birthday cake, tray bake, brownie stack or a festive specials.

We have bought cakes multiple times from Ellie's Cake Creations, good sized portions for the cost, favourites raspberry white choc blondie lotus blondie rocky roads, and the amazing millionaire shortbread .

Cannot recommend Ellie’s Cake Creations highly enough. Her cakes are a work of art and taste truly scrumptious. Any design/theme you have in mind for celebration cakes are never too much to request. I cannot walk past the shop window without popping in to buy something especially the Millionaires Shortbread! Reasonably priced too!

Ordered from the shop after hearing rave reviews from my brother. I ordered a biscoff cupcake and biscoff cookie dough and they were both amazing. Definitely recommend trying them. Can't wait to come back and try more!
