The food here is horrible left a weird after taste in the back of my throat.

The food is excellent, all freshly cooked. Best fish and chips in Tadworth area. Kebabs very good and very large. Kids meals available. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Am well impressed with both food and delivery, has this was second time of using this fish bar when visiting chessington world of adventure and staying at the Epson downs hotel. The food was delivered perfect and I would highly recommend the fish bar and delivery service to anyone. Can’t even get this service when back home in Exeter has always either late or doesn’t arrive or part order missing and back home I am only about mile and half from all food outlets, so am very well pleased with your services while in Epson area, many thanks

succulent fish,crispy batter,chips were perfect,no soggy batter here,had gerkin&savaloy as extras,all absolutely perfect.

We’ve had lots of takeouts from elite before and they have all been good but unfortunately this time all the food was pretty much cold!

Usually good from here but this one was awful. Dried out funny tasting chips, threw it away.

Only thing wrong was didn’t deliver kids meal fish cake and chips only got fish cake.

Used to be good but portion sizes have gone down and prices have gone up. Needs new management to sort it out. Drive past it to go to another chippy it’s that bad

Fish was ok. Kebabs were cold. COMBINATION KEBABS ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF. YOU GET MORE MEAT BY ORDERING A SINGLE KEBAB AT AROUND £3.00 LESS. CAN BE GOOD BUT THIS IS THE END OF MY RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS LOT. PHONED A COMPLAINT TO HAVE THE RESPONSE ‘IT IS COLD AS YOU ASKED FOR SALAD 😤😤😤

I wouldnt even rate a 1 star. Absolutely disgusting and rude service and I even barred my self from the shop. That rude. Everytime face to face, to my kids n over the phone. No please or thank you and not even a goodbye. The guy with pony tail from flames banstead was only reason y I came bk n gave that shop a another try. But now he gone never rather walk or dive to kings kebab or flames. Would love to hear from owner who ever that is.

Chicken kebab was freezing cold I ordered no salad and it was full of it and no mayonnaise which I had ordered

Large portion of chips are not as large as they used to be, neither was the fish. Disappointed with the tiny pot of sauce for 70p that was not even full.

Do not waste your money the food is absolutely disgusting uncooked the batter from the sausage was like rubber the chips with so uncooked it was like eating soggy oil I must go out tomorrow and buy some toilet roll because guaranteed the people in my household are going to have upset stomachs and diarrhea

For a very simple order to take 1:30mins to arrive is a dreadful service. I contacted the restaurant to ask for an update to tell me that the driver had already left. This call was over 10mins later than the expected arrival time. Shame, food was ok but will not use again as the service was dreadful

Burgers that should not of had salad had salad and were cold

The food was not hot at all and the fish was smaller as was the portion of large chips. Disappointed as the 1st time it was delicious hot and the right portion size for a large fish and chips.

Tonight, we ordered our usual kebab from Elite, but it became a special moment....when paying on delivery, my husband accidentally gave our delivery guy 2 x £50 notes instead of 2 x £10 notes. He shut the door, not realising his mistake. Moments later the doorbell rang...he'd brought back the money! What an honest and kind man! Wish I knew your name, but thank you...you restored our faith in humankind!

Great food but 2 items missing on initial delivery. Had to phone restaurant and was finally delivered the missing items 30 minutes later. All other food was cold by that time and not so nice warmed up.

Food is quick and decent, just what I want when I can't be asked to cook last minute. No issues with service, atmosphere it's just a take away shop so can't go wrong with that.

The food was cold, and from order to receipt was over two hours 15 minutes not good. I rang the restaurant half an hour after it was due. I was told it just left it but it didn’t turn up for over 30 minutes.

The food was 2 hours late, rang the restaurant 4 times and they kept saying it was on its way when it never was. When the food arrived it was stone cold and un edible.

10/10 as always can’t fault anything, food it always piping hot quality is amazing will highly recommend

Amazing customer service, order error was resolved quickly. The chicken burger was nice and juicy and great flavour same with the kebab, good amount of salad not too much and perfectly cooked chips

I have used Elite many times and had great service. Not so good today as food took longer than usual and was only warm on arrival despite them being 2 minutes drive away. Won't stop me using them again just disappointed.

I’ve had better from here, the doner meat was a bit dry and the chips are usually nice and chunky but today they weren’t great. Maybe it was just a bad day

The size of the kebab was too small it was meant too be a large but was tiny no too happy tasted nice but felt ripped off

If zero was an option, that would have been selected. All reviews on here that are positive are evidently false accounts… the place is dirty, run down and I wouldn’t feed the food served to my dog. Not to mention the disgusting attitude of the stuff whom swear, shout, kiss their teeth and shortchange little children! Station fish and chips wins every single time.
