Went to the Friday night fun quiz, was an enjoyable evening, a quiz for adult of all ages. Enjoyed the food and beer. Dan and Stacey were the hosts, we were made to feel most welcome. We have since been back on a lunchtime, the food was first class. Recommend to anybody, worth giving it a try.

We had a jacket potato and a panini and they were delicious despite the long wait. However I do understand that they are fresh and to cook on order so I don’t mind waiting for something that is really nice the toppings we had were tuna and mayo and everything tasted fresh

First time visit to this cafe and I am glad we visited! Lunch date with my husband and our 5 month baby. Friendly lady offered us a high chair and took our order. We chose a bacon and cheese panini and a tuna and cheese panini with cappuccinos. Service was quick and both toasted paninis were yummy. The decor was up to date and airy with a reasonable priced bill at the end. Really enjoyed our lunch and will return.

A friend bought us some all the way to Leicester and have to say they are by far some of the best cakes/treats i've had.

Food great! Service excellent! We went on a quiet Tuesday night at around 7pm. The food was brilliant, the menu had something for everyone. We tried the chicken tenders (bbq sauce was sweet and quite nice), the prawn bao (really tasty, novel and had flavour. The dipping sauce was good too), pork belly (divine!), king prawns (subtle, light and tasty) and fries (maybe slightly overcooked, but very nice non the less) Reasonable price. With 2 drinks, 5 dishes it came to £50.00

Popular cafe close to train station, regular flow of customers eating in, take away and delivery. I was staying across the road at the Holiday Inn Express and was stuck for a snack so read reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Simple menu for food and a great selection of bottled beer from around Europe. The ploughman’s sandwich with salad and crisps was delicious, all fresh and served quickly, washed down with a bottle of Duvel. The only downside I could see was deciding on which drinks to choose.

Waited while four people who came in after me were served but thought they were cooking my fish so that was fine. But I was then served a piece of fish that had been stood there at least 20 minutes. I had seen the chips cooked fresh so expected them to be hot. Got home, cold, tasteless fish, cold bland chips, watery lukewarm mushy peas. Quite a small portion compared to other chip shops locally too. Will I return ? No.

A beautiful place for my birthday lunch, even the dog had a choice of meals. Great food and great service.
