Excellent meal no.5 . Delivered hot and tasty by a friendly driver. I know where I will go after a night out in town 😀

Very small portion of meal and cold

Ordered mixed kebab, salad was good, crisp and fresh. However, doner meat was thin and dry, lamb and chicken was ok, flavour wise good diced far too small. Chilli sauce was consistency of vinegar, didn’t coat the meats. Dipping sauce that dripped off, if I’d attempted to eat it as a while kebab it would be impossible as too wet and end up a soggy mess. Flavours are there but production not so much, portion size not great either for the money paid , other takeaways far better

Amazing food !!!!! Chicken pakoras perfectly cooked,lovely and crispy batter and the chicken also really good. Doner pizza & extra chicken was also amazing nice and hot and very tasty. Highly recommend !!!

The food is usually outstanding from here but tonight it was extremely substandard. The munchy box was that soggy the kebab had almost fell through the box by the time it was delivered. Very cold too. Although this could have been the fault of the driver and his equipment, and not the restaurant.

Order didn’t arrive, very disappointing won’t order again

not the restaurant's fault, ignore the quality score as the food is usually very good, but on this occasion I never received my order. The App showed delivered, but it was not received by me and 30 minutes later still no food, filed for a refund.

Delivered on time but the chips tasted like they had been reheated and were rock hard and inedible. Complete waste of £10 worth of chips.

One little tub of chilli sauce was dry needed more.

Chicken was amazing, Wrap was rank, couldn't eat it, if I ask for sauce, I expect it on the side, sorry, went in the bin, inedible

Hey guys, I ordered a kebab today plus extras, and, first time it’s happened - an item was missing from my delivery!? Haven’t been able to contact by phone (this was suggested by Just Eat Need Help button). Haven’t attempted an email… I’ll take a look at this option. Absolutely no complaints about the food and was delivered quickly.As long as I can order the missing item again and not be charged, this will suffice👍🏻 Thanks❣️

Food arrived late, cold and soggy. Driver had made 2 deliveries in Mastrick before dropping the food off in cove. Both boxes damaged and spilt in the bag, not edible. Refund requested.

Pizza was cold and very squished to one side of the box. Also mozzarella sticks were cold. Other food was warm though! Weird!

I ordered a koftah wrap, they send me a pitta bread instead i will never order from them again

Placed order for delivery 90 minutes later, received notification it had been collected - then a further notification my order had been cancelled. I would then have to wait a further hour to reorder! Ridiculous.

Absolutely loved it nicely fresh and hot plus proper amount what you paid for chips where hot and fresh. The kofta meat was cooked to perfection and the righ amount this time I been ordering 5 days in arow the same food and only 3 days out of 5was😋

The meat absolutely perfect the kofta was fresh and grilled absolutely amazing food as am very fussy with my food. I couldn’t fault the meat or the fresh salat but the only downside it was the chips not fresh batch double fried but still hot.

Ordered a chicken doner kebab and while the taste was good, I was really disappointed that it was served cold. Not what I expected.

Great service and good tasting food

Just had the effes king kebab, salad and garlic sauce. Highly recommend, meat had plenty of flavour and juicy, not to salty either. You could split this as a meal for two with another side dish. You'll need another pitta bread. After eating half the meat I still couldn't fit the rest of salad in the pitta. Cheers guys

Absolutely shocking kebab. The worst in Aberdeen - overly salty, sloppy, cold, and of such poor quality that I wouldn't even consider serving it to my dog.

3rd time poss I’ve ordered from EFES, and once again, good food, delivered in good time by a friendly guy☺️❣️👍🏻 These are more than decent kebabs, and my recent orders haven’t failed to deliver❣️ Nicely marinated chicken (more than enough if you go large), fresh and crisp salad, and the sauces are as good as they were years ago, when we would drive into town every Sunday evening for a treat👍🏻 No humous/purple cabbage, but those are personal preferences - one issue - I’ve eaten too much☺️

this is our favourite on pay day. we pre ordered for delivery no later than 1730. 1810 I get a call from the driver saying he was at the end of the street, I went outside and he waved expecting me to go meet him. I called and he met me at my front door. HE WAS ON A MOTORBIKE!!!a 30sec trip to my door was inconvenient. while tracking my pre order he was either lost or doing something else. never had a problem with this place before but our food is cold, the boxes are smashed and I'm very upset

I ordered skewered lambs and chips the first time and it was splendid, I thought about giving it another try and I regret the choice. The meat was already bad to the point it had me almost puking. I believe it is my last time getting anything from them.

The doner was ok but what was supposed to be chicken in 2 mixed and 1chicken kebabs was just fat it was disgusting

Usually a good kebab shop but will never order from here again, ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken was pink! Like the outside had been cooked but not the inside at all

First by mistake this order gone as collection after 20min the system said for ready for collection I was there and they just started to prepared the food absolutely joke

I've been ordering from EFES for a number of years now, and have honesty never had one bad meal. The quality of food is always fresh and plentiful in taste and would never dare waste my money anywhere else. 10/10

I have more meat than I do chips I pay for a large and I got a kids portion of chips that looks like it came from McDonalds for the price I pay I would have expected a tray full of chips not full of meat and a few chips

Normally high standard, but not tonight, chips cheese and curry sauce delivered as just chips. Pakora just normal batter and bursa cold. New chef?

If you order and have had a few drinks, you get the worst portions, if you come sober, they are nice and polite, you pay for the set while drunk, you come home, open it and half of it is gone, you have to watch their hands.

Wanted to order a kebab, the usual place wasn't open so I thought I'd give this place a bash. It scratched the itch but, not sure I'd order again. There wasn't much doner meat in the munchy box, the chips were really good tho, and the burger was nice too.

Wrap quality is different. Sometimes excellent, but this time was not properly wrapped and lack of salad. Usually very happy with this place, but this time was not good at all. Delivery was great. In time, food still warm.

never got my food, driver waiting on the other side of the road, never phoned or anything and left with out delivering. last time i ordered from just eat and from efes.

Do not order from them. Its second time food wasnt delivered to my door. When phoned to ask what happened with my delivery they were so rude and said its my fault. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Doner kebab was decent size for a large but salad was a lot to be desired. Just a handful of shredded lettuce and a slice of tomato that’s not exactly a salad lol. Tiny tub of garlic sauce not near enough. They want to charge £1.30 for extra tiny tubs of sauce I’d suggest putting enough over the kebab in the first place. This is what we are paying for!! Then a £1 service charge above that! For what exactly I’m unsure. Just a rip off so won’t be back.

10 out of 10, with delivery there can always be an issue on busy nights , usually spot on with good food , no complaints 🌶️🌶️🌶️

The app was never updated to say it would be late , it only seems to happen with this place, I ordered the food 55 minutes prior to my delivery time, think the restaurant needs some advice/guidance on how the app works, but, food excellent as usual.

Won't be using these guys again. First time I've ever still been hungry after ordering a kebab. The portions were tiny. The chips and curry sauce were a joke, over £5 for what is likely 30p of food at wholesale prices is shocking. The pizza was OK, but of course it was crushed as was placed in the bottom of the delivery bag. On top of this the whole order was stone cold....they might be having "a bad day at the office " but for the prices charged compared to other kebab shops I can't accept this. I'm a first and last time customer at EFES. Avoid!!!!
