The Tiramisu sweet treat was yum as was the Espresso Con Panna ☕️ Toilets a bit of a maze to get to not quite like Wetherspoons but a baby steps version

Mocha is great and restrooms are clean. They really wanted to sell me whipped cream though, was asked 3 times if I wanted any.

Baked to perfection, these flaky pastries were a testament to the skill and dedication of the pastry chef. Whether enjoyed with a steaming cup of coffee or savored on their own, they were simply irresistible.

The coffee and snacks are very good but the attitude of staff and cleanliness could benefit from a visit from a supervisor. Its a shame to see a lovely coffee shop go down hill.

Quick visit: I had tea and scone with jam and cream, which were okay but not great. Good selection of cakes.

The staff are very good and welcoming.

Coffee shop shop opening to 6pm. Our family is come 5.30pm. Front of me closed fridge. We are tell we are would like something to eat and cold drinks. Staff is mood , not friendly. When we are would to seat. Told we are closed ,but is have more 30 minutes, a give to us take away cups ,not is normal. I am understand you are soon closed, but customer is priority. I am head Chef is known that.

CAFE NERO - THE BEST FOR HOT CHOCOLATE! Starbucks hot chocolate is terrible. Costa Coffee's hot chocolate is good. But Cafe Nero always has the best! The clean-up crew seems almost non-existent in Aberdeen branch, so it's often difficult to find a clean table. But other than that...Hot Chocolate...try it! (Hot Chocolate at halloween and Christmas are especially to-die-for)

The coffee there is delicious however last time I ordered a decaff latte and it wasn't decaff. Couldn't sleep at night

Caffè Nero has great coffee and other hot drinks. There if a wide assortment of drinks to pick you up. Food and snacks are ok they could do with a revamp. The seating area is the best in town. Good choice of comfortable seating consisting of chairs, sofas and armchairs. Staff serve you swiftly and are pleasant

Ordered a ham and cheese croissant in store and the staff member immediately tore it open to go heat it.. I never asked for it to be heated and I left with it open packaged. I feel like I should be asked first?

Very friendly staff women that sever me and my partner was friendly it was clean and tidy the toilet are very clean they have charing points easy access if you are in a wheel chair or have a buggy only reason why it not 5 star is price you are paying top end what you expect when going to a coffee stop but will diffently be going back to this place and would recommend this place to anyone

Two pm coffee for a group of four. Service pleasant, timely and efficient. Cafe was quiet, a rather dull environment but certainly better coffee than the overhyped Starbucks outlets.

I normally go here while my son has oiano class next door and it is very relaxing on a Saturday

Went in yesterday afternoon 29.9.20. . no atmosphere. no friendliness. place is dirty. no one bothered to clean any chairs and the table got a token gesture. no one washed or sanitized their hands and staff with no mask telling everyone they HAD to do track and trace. Not for takeaway you don't. coffee ordered was latte but more like a floppy cappuccino. luke warm and coffee very wish washy. I have 15 years Barista experience. .. and will not be going back there again. very poor covid standards... however Cafe Society was just fab

We were served in disposable cups but the coffee was great as usual. I put our cups in to a bin before leaving.

Un excelente café servido por un personal amable y el croissant de albaricoque realmente hicieron que la mañana fuera buena. Buena disposición de asientos, especialmente las mesas junto a la ventana.

Yummy fruit scone with butter and jam (so rich!). Coupled with an excellent two shot flat white it made for a pleasant break and refuge from a chilly late afternoon on Union Street. Nice staff too.

¡Benji es asombroso! Visité aquí hoy con mis 2 hijos y Benji fue muy atento al tomar mi pedido y me lo trajo a la mesa, ya que tenía las manos llenas con un bebé y un niño de 4 años. Realmente fue genial y se le debe reconocer por esto. En general, mi experiencia fue excelente, buen café, buen pastel, personal amable y servicial, instalaciones limpias. Definitivamente visitaría de nuevo.

Tomé un café aquí con mi esposa. Teníamos cafés Americano que eran buenos, también teníamos muffin de cuajada de limón que era muy sabroso y húmedo. El servicio fue eficiente y amable.

Good coffee, compared with Starbucks nearby IMO they have better coffee and older furniture but more comfortable seating.

Well I have been coming and going here for a few years and as such i would consider the cafe to be my local. My Cafe Nervosa. The coffee is naturally excellent as is the service, and the furnishings lend to a very comfortable and homely atmosphere. It's also not as large as the other Nero cafes on Union Street, which make it more laid back. Definitely recommended for a quiet coffee.

Went with a couple of friends for a coffee over the lunch period. The staff were very nice, service was pretty quick despite it being lunchtime.

Absolutely a great surprise to try the Espresso & Tonic summer drink! People looking for a refreshing and uplifting coffee alternative should give this one a trial. Non alcoholic for those that think the Tonic involves gin. Thanks to the young barista for recommending this to me! Cheers!

Union st/market street shop is a disgrace, looks filthy, sofas , flooring and tables time to renew, toilets require attention.

This is a nice Café Nero - big windows so you can look out. Friendly staff . Coffee is consistently good.

The coffee is always good but the place itself is drab and draughty. The back needed remodelling so the toilets don't open onto the main space, and the whole place needs a makeover. Sad!

Standard great cafe Nero coffee. However yesterday (Thursday 14th) was the first time I used the toilet facilities and oh how disgusting it was, absolutely filthy and the floor extremely wet. Vile. Definitely one of the 2 guys on duty knew the state of the toilet as he had been in there himself. Put me right off the place .

I have visited quite a few Nero cafe's in Scotland and have never been asked to pay extra for a squirt of cream, but today in the Aberdeen cafe, I was told cream is extra - really?

Pretty standard Caffe Nero but is the cosiest in Aberdeen. The staff are always friendly and it is a really good place to get some work done because there are a lot of plugs and there is a comfy and quiet atmosphere.

My girlfriend loves the coffee here

The same good coffee that's available in every Caffè Nero and a nice seating area with plenty of windows to watch the world go by. I will say however that I rarely come to this one as I find the one further down Union Street near the music hall more to my liking.

Went christmas eve service was good but not offered loyalty card when i purchased 3 hot drinks and 2 cokes.

Not the greatest breakfast in the world. The croissant wasn't very fresh the service was slow and the coffee not the greatest either.

Conveniently placed and always great staff on. Has an upstairs which is quite nice to escape union street.
