Efes Kebab in Broxtowe

I placed an order just before 5pm and received it just before 8pm. The food itself is very nice with good flavour but the food arrived Luke warm and as above very late compared to the original order time. I would not recommend it at all even with the

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Starter and desert were both great but 2 of us ordered the seafood linguine and when it eventually arrived it was spaghetti with no explanation. I appreciate the food is cooked to order but it took 3 hours and we had to rush our deserts to rescue the car. The staff were apologetic and refunded a couple of glasses of wine but it spoilt a birthday celebration. As a previous poster has noted there is no way to respond to the reply from the owners other than editing this review. I really don’t want to get into a long winded discussion over this but neither do I wish it to be implied that I’m not telling the truth. We arrived at the restaurant at 7.50, our deserts arrived at 10.30 and we left at 10.40. Our wait for our starters was at least 45 minutes from ordering followed by a longer wait for our mains.

We went here on Saturday 22nd March and had a lovely afternoon tea. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. Overall great service.
