PERSONAL FAULT. We sat on the terrace to have a beer. It took them a long time to serve us and the poor girls had to run to serve the tables. You could really see the fatigue on his face. HIRE STAFF, rats.

First of all, I ordered my poke with not too much rice. What did they deliver? Three-quarters of the bowl full of rice. Second, they tried to phone me to let me know that they’d run out of kimchi, but the phone number showed up as a scam, so I didn’t pick up. Third, this isn’t the first time there’s been something wrong with my order. Last time, they cancelled my order at the last minute. And finally, fourth, it wasn’t tasty at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This hotel was a total rip-off. We "booked early" to save, only to find the rate we paid was TRIPLE the cost of a last-minute booking. Receptionist "knows nothing about costs" (?!) and corporate punted to bs about flexiblibilty of rates dependent on time of booking, anticipated demand, phases of the moon, etc. etc. They sit right next to a VERY LOUD nightclub that went on late into the night followed by drunks and homeless in the street until dawn. The shower knob fell off, and other rooms' showers' steam were setting off the fire alarm at early hours. We will never use Travelodge again.

The internet connection which is for Cineworld doesn’t work properly and every 5 minutes it disconnects !
