Great food curry is really good

It's the best Chinese in girvan

It's take out only but the food is excellent

I really enjoyed the chicken fried rice chips and curry sauce but daughter found it too salty. The curry sauce is a reddish colour but tasted really good

Great takeaway in Girvan, friendly staff. Food is delicious, good portion sizes at a reasonable price. Prompt service and always freshly cooked.

Website says that it’s open until 10.00pm TripAdvisor says it’s open until midnight We arrived at 9.50pm on a Thursday night and it’s closed!

Had beef oyster sauce and breast chicken curry both delicious and good size portions, decent prices would highly recommend.

Salt & Chilli chips are not as good as another Chinese takeaway in town (88), but the curry sauce is superb.

Not good, that was never chicken

Ordered a sharing platter. Very disappointed. Don't think the prawn toast had ever seen a prawn. Also over cooked and not sliced up. Resembled a burnt slice of toast with some sesame seeds scattered on top. Chicken skewers also overcooked. Solid and chicken was bone dry. Same goes for the deep fr wun ton. First visit here and can't see us returning

Food is a bit hit and miss. Chicken curry was lovely, chicken was good quality and sauce was tasty. The fried rice was poor, really lacked flavour. Chips were undercooked.

Had a great meal here, service was excellent. The surroundings were also very good. Menu choice was very extensive too.

Ordered special curry with fried rice and on returning home, discovered I was served with a pork curry. Who on earth eats a pork curry. Won't be returning.

During this pandemic era, were are living at Turnberry South Ayrshire and had to go shopping in the nice little town of Girvan. We stopped off at Eddies Curryout also known as Eddies carryout located at 201 Dalrymple Street Girvan. We were looking for some take away food for the evening meal (essential journey). We were met with an extremely hostile, nasty, ignorant and rude woman who told us she would not serve us because we should not be out!! Try and explain that, the shop was open they were obviously expecting customers (they could be out and about, but we were not allowed out???? We saw a range of pre cooked food on show. She very rudely told us she would not serve us so we left. Just down the road we found the Bombay Cuisine who provided a very warm and friendly attitude. They took our order and the food was cooked to requirements. The food was plentiful, well priced and tasted superb. Moral of the story, if you wish to have good value quality food served by nice people stop at the Bombay Cuisine at 104 Dalrymple Street Girvan. If the woman at the Eddies Carryout was a business owner, she should be ashamed of her behavior and does not deserve any business, if she is an employee, the owners should know of her behavior because she is losing money for them!

We were staying in Brunston Castle lodges last Friday and enjoyed the most delicious Chinese from Eddie's. My husband and father said it was the best Kung Po chicken they had ever had. First class food
