A gem of a place. Not very big 8 tables inside and some outside where can sit with your dog. Lovely scones made o site. Fresh crab baguette fiiled to overflowing

A lovely Cafe serving great quality food. Highly recommend the crab and hot Mackerel cobs. Ample tea with hot water. Beautiful place to stop.

Avoid if you don't want to get scammed! Our mistake was not to check the details of the bill. You might think that in a small, lost place like this café you can trust the staff... Even if the food was good, being ripped off leaves a bitter taste, really bitter. Too bad because we had a great time. The prices on the ticket do not correspond to those indicated on the menu. Despite having ordered the same dessert 3 times, we ended up with 3 different prices (and no, we did not confuse it with the drinks or the main courses)! A shame ! We can think that the staff took advantage of the fact that we were tourists who did not speak English well... We lost at least £15 or more! To avoid!!!!

Cracking wee cafe with a good selection of seafood and vegan/veggie dishes.

This is a belting little cafe that gets absolutely swamped with people if you arrive at a busy time (usually best to go when it's quieter so you can sit down). But busy or quiet the young girls who serve are always on the ball and really friendly. Food is also lovely and needed after a long walk around St Abbs. Thank you!

Had a lovely lunch in here, jacket potatoes and my son had a burger. Great service and lovely staff. My only regret was not buying some brownies to take away

Great spot for lunch relaxed and informal serving tasty food

We just grabbed some take away coffee, but it was the best mocha I’ve had in ages! I didn’t see it on the menu but only realised after I’d ordered, but they made it no hassle. The staff were young and friendly, and the cakes looked unreal!! We’ll definitely be back again to try some! ☺️

I am local to the area and on the occasions that I visit everything is 1st Class. Today the young girls were outstanding in all areas. Thank you. Went above and beyond to accommodate me and my two friends.

Wonderful cullen sink and crusty bread

Magical café with a breathtaking backdrop. The Angus burger was very good and the cafe tasted great. The sandwiches are also prepared with love and very tasty.

Lovely wee cafe in a lovely wee village. The staff were efficient, pleasant and the Cullen Skink was better than good and served with a warm 1/2 baguette. We had a pleasant walk along the coastal path finishing off in this fine café. Superb.

Geeat little cafe in the wonderful village of St Abbs. Fresh seafood sandwiches and excellent Cullen Skink. Traybakes and cakes to die for.

A quick lunch was served promptly. Usysllt have Cullen Skink but this time had the seafood salad, which was delicious.

Went here by recommendation, and wasn't disappointed....it well known for its Cullen Skink, In my opinion is one of the best I have tasted. The only down side is when its busy, you are so close to other tables, everyone is competing to be heard.

Specials board, full of locally sourced produce, kipper's were superb. Cakes look and taste lovely.

This is a jem of a wee place to eat! The Cullen Skink is the best I have ever tasted!! All the staff are so cheerful and have a get knowledge of all their items and can give you allergy advice on any of the products on the menu!!! I can't recommend this place highly enough!!

Had an outrageously good Cullen Skink and a magnificent slice of white chocolate and raspberry pie. I forgot to take pictures before but the after pic speaks for itself. If you visit New Asgard a stop at Ebcarrs is a must.

Just grabbed a bacon roll for breakfast but it was delicious. Sat outside to enjoy the view.

Lovely cafe, although some of the seats outside need replacing. Food was excellent, great choice of desserts, toilets clean. Harbour is a nice place to visit. Carpark charges apply, free to blue badge holders, limited spaces

Worst mochas coffee ever! No explanation given by staff ("I don't know how the coffes are made" I was told when I pointed it out). Tables were not clean. And no mention of mustard seeds in the cheese scone so be careful! Very disappointed

Wonderful rich collen skink (smoked haddock chowder), mussels, crab sandwiches, and homemade baked goods (including a superb banoffee pie that was not over sweet). Friendly service, outdoor and some indoor seating, reasonable prices

Atmosphere what's not to like I'm at a fishing Harbour. Looks like they have a very good walk through custom. Busy why I was there. Good 5 stars. 👍🥳

Such a cosy little place with a warm atmosphere. I tried a traditional Scottish fish soup. Not like we prepare it at home (in the Mediterranean) but a good starter if you want to try something from Northern cuisine.

My partner and I vist St Abs every year and Ebbcarrs is a must! The perks of having a cafe right on the harbour, lots of fresh fish/seafood. Keep doing what you are doing! See you next year 😄

This coffee shop has my heart I visited last year as well both of the times was amazing very friendly staff and tasty food reasonably prices and dog friendly . Panini with Brie bacon and cranberry my recommendation 10/10

The only place for lunch in or around St Abbs. Amazing location, wonderful outside seating area (can't beat it when the sun is shining), really friendly and efficient staff and cracking food (the tray bakes and cakes are worth the trip to St Abbs alone 😋).

Visited today on our way to Berwick-Upon-Tweed. As big Marvel fans we wanted to stop by St Abbs and see the filming location. Lovely hot rolls and the cakes were to die for! But the real 5-star service for me was when I slunk back in 5 minutes later and asked- "okay sorry to be an annoying tourist but what happened to the Asgard sign?" The ladies gave me a good laugh by telling us the sign was stolen within a week and offered one they had for me to take pics of. Would absolutely recommend! Food=awesome. Location and views=gorgeous. The staff=amazing.

It staff are friendly and helpful, food and hygiene is excellent and the price is very good for what you can have. Comfortable and relaxing.

Great wee place adjacent to the harbour and carpark, tea and coffee were excellent and the cakes were delicious. Staff were really nice and friendly. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Reasonably priced. if i am in the area again this will be my venue for, breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea which ever is appropriate. It is a busy place but do give it a try.

Ebbcarrs is an excellent little harbourside cafe which specialises in fresh local crab and other fish dishes, comemented by an ecellent range of cakes. One of their signature dishes is their superb Cullen Skink which is thick, chunky, and certainly the best I've tasted! Highly recommended.

If yar here then give it a go, apart from the speedboat trip it's the only thing here, and the prices are quite good apart from the little icecream tubs, which are extortionate at £4 for the tiniest tub imaginable.
