I came with my three kids to eat as few places were open and prices seemed reasonable. We order the 9 dumplings mixed appetizer (which it turns out only had a variety of 2, shrimp and pork) 1/2 duck appetizer, braised pork belly, 2 soda’s and a beer. Well after we ordered off the menu my check came for an eye watering $156.00 No where was it posted they were tripling prices because it was Christmas Day not were informed of this once. Just a surprise bill for triple the amount. Stay far day far away from this place who clearly has no problem ripping people off.

Was in London on a Friday night in March , for a business-pleasure trip. i.e. self employed paying hobby sideline being indulged! Was the Friday I flew in later and had no meeting up plans so found this at the end of Gerrard Street. Good quick solo or couple option almost on the hoof without the occasion of the large restaurants on Chinatown. Tsing Dao bottles of beer, default hot & sour soup and bao buns Food at takeaway prices, really what I was after.

It was only when i stepped out of the restaurant that i realised that i had been overcharged on the service charge. So i went back into complain and eventually they gave me my money back. I ordered Jamine Tea.I got a teabag in a mug for £2.10.Prawn wonton noodle was ok if a bit pricey at £9.90 The seats are very hard.Toilet was unpleasant and the hand dryer didnt work. I shall not be returning.

I’ve read other reviews and have to agree that the attitude of the staff at times leaves a lot to be desired but in their defence it’s a busy restaurant and some of the clientele were a little challen

Amazed this place has bad reviews. £10 each all you eat in the middle of London. Expected to eat out of a bin and wee in the street for that. Well done Mr Wu. Ignore any bad comments - must be from pe

The food is not bad but the service is horrible. The waiter accidentally split a lot of soy sauce on my jacket when taking the dishes away and when we called him back he said we did it ourselves!! He

Rude staff , who couldn’t be bothered to explain muni then served my food on a wet tray . Food was tepid and the rice was flavourless. I regularly use this food hall but I won’t be returning.
