I had a fantastic stay at easyHotel Birmingham. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short city break. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay—especially Kim. The location is another big plus—it’s within walking distance from Birmingham New Street Station (use the Wetherspoon exit for the quickest route), which made getting around really convenient. Overall, everything was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham!

Loved every single moment of staying at easyHotel Birmingham. The room size was great for 2 adults and I loved how neat everything was. The bed was super comfortable and the perfect size for 2 adults. Big ups to the cleaning team! The place was super clean and cozy. Another special mention to Mina for the amazing service during check out! She was super kind throughout the process of checking out and also provided great assistance with the luggage storage service. I will definitely be returning to the hotel on my next visit to Birmingham.

Booked via booking.com... where it showed a room with plenty of space in the room with a window and breakfast for £57. When I got there... receptionist lady was very kind and friendly (she deserves 5 stars!) But the room I got (not her fault) had no window, then she mentioned the roof window was in the room (again, not her fault). I had no breakfast, even though breakfast was mentioned to be included. I was able to remove the shade from the window to have some light, but there was no chance to open it. Stuck with A/C. No quality air. Felt like a luxurious prison room. VERY SMALL ROOM - everything very compacted. There is no way to move around. Not even a toddler could go around the bed... that is how little room it is around the bed. There is just enough space to fit in the bed. Shower, toilet, sink all compacted into one space. Although, clean, tidy... It's not worth £57 for 1 night. £30 max! I feel the images on booking are deceiving!

Great central location for a night. Compact rooms but very clean and efficient. Lovely shower. A bit of a squeeze for two people but fine for a night. Would be ok with 1 person for a bit longer.

Basic hotel that does the job! Great price, no thrills and simple place to put your head down. The main part and best part is how great and friendly the staff are! They deserve all the raises for that alone

starting off with the only positive - reception staff were lovely and helpful. we needed more towels and pillows for our room and when we asked the staff on reception they were extremely friendly, approachable and made sure we had exactly what we needed. our poor experience was by no means the fault of the staff, who were wonderful the entire time we were there. while this is a budget hotel, i had a massively different experience than the manchester location with the same room type; we booked a double room for two and if i’m honest, there’s barely enough room for one. there’s absolutely no walking space and nowhere to store a suitcase without having to walk on top of it to get to the glass walled bathroom, which also had a leak from the shower that caused a puddle on the floor of the main portion of the room. we unfortunately discovered this leak when one of our suitcases got wet and some of our belongings suffered water damage. the room was also unbearably hot with the temperature not going below 17° and absolutely no cold air coming out of the vents when the air condition unit was (allegedly) on. it was an absolute sweatbox. it also kept turning itself off at night constantly despite the sign on the door saying it wouldn’t after i believe 6pm, to the point where it was disturbing our sleep as we kept waking up due to the heat. while being close to the train station was convenient, being surrounded by clubs and bars was horrible and we were concerned for our safety travelling to and from the hotel as we were followed and harassed on both saturday and sunday by rowdy drunk men. would NOT recommend for travelling females, especially if alone.

Perfect location for the train station. Central to the city for bars and restaurants, yet very quiet on a Saturday night. Clean and basic! Free coffee in reception is a nice touch. For the prices this place is very economical. Staff are very helpful and accomodating in case any extra help is required. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The atmosphere is quiet and ideal for a night stay for business trips. It is very close to the train station as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and found it convenient and comfortable.

Anjali and Vel, in particular, stood out for their warmth and effortless ability to make guests feel welcome. They weren’t just polite - they were genuinely engaging, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. It’s rare to experience service that feels this natural, especially during a short stay. :) Even the housekeeping team was incredibly kind and friendly! If I ever find myself in Birmingham again, this will absolutely be my go-to. A truly wonderful experience.

I like the Easy hotels as they do what they say on the tin. Simple no frills cheap accommodation in a modern room with a new bathroom and bed. Just wish they'd fit a desk into the rooms as I stay for work and would be handy. Krishna the receptionist was get and very friendly. Will be staying here again.

Stay at easyhotel was good. We had few queries and issues but Krishna there helped us a lot. He's polite and kind. He helped us with almost everything we needed. Would recommend everyone to go there and ask for krishna is help is needed.

The room was of great value and the location is incredibly convenient as it is a short walk from Birmingham New Street Station. Anjali ensured that the Check in and Check out process was smooth, and provided assistance when storing my luggage for the day.

Located just around the corner from Birmingham New Street Station, this is a little gem of a place and great value for money. Now, let's start off with the basics. The hotel is, a standard Easy Hotel location so you get what you pay for. When I see ppl complain about this hotel chain, it baffles me because you know what you are getting so why expect anything different? What I got at this venue was a clean and tidy room with all the basics. Perfect. I was even allowed to check in a little early which was great as it allowed me to shower, eat and relax for a bit before heading off to a match at Villa Park. I had to get on a train early the next day so didn't get to enjoy a sleep in but will definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to the city.

I arrived the gentleman on the desk Steven was very welcoming I helped me up in the lift with my luggage anytime I need to go up and down what a credit to the company but the room I stayed was very clean I feel that the room is very stuffy without having a window which I never checked when booking i feel tea and coffee ☕️ should be available on request of the reception not to buy adding more expenses I think this is compulsory in every hotel establishment I also waiting over a 30 minutes for a hairdryer otherwise from that I'm happy my upmost respect to Steven appreciated 👏
