easyHotel was perfect for our two nights in Birmingham Center. The customer service Krishna and Steven was very helpful and kind.

Just stayed for one night in one of the windowless rooms - considering it was the cheapest available in Birmingham, it was pretty good! Literally just needed a bed for the night. Staff were brilliant and have to say that Steven on reception was exceptionally welcoming and friendly - providing us a later checkout free of charge! The room was on the small size, but for the price, can’t go wrong. Thanks!

I had to get a hotel very last minute after severe disruption on the trains left me stranded in Birmingham very late at night. Krishna at reception was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and made made a very stressful evening slightly less stressful! Thank you, Krishna!

I always choose easyhotel. Because of the staffs; they are all nice and accommodating. And the hotels are clean and location wise, much convenient and accessible. Definitely will book again here.⭐️⭐️⭐️🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Great location by Station and city center. Shower was excellent however could hear a lot of noise from corridor. Staff were all very friendly including Amina.

Did exactly what it said on the tin. No frills, all basic necessities available. Perfect for when I attended a concert in the city center. Small piece of feedback, guests need educated on needing to use the room key to access their floor and also need guidance on how to use the room key to enter the hotel after hours. This would cut down on confusion. Thank you!!! Anjhai

I recently stayed at EasyHotel Birmingham for three nights and had an overall positive experience. The location was excellent, allowing me easy access to all the main attractions in Birmingham. The rooms are small but clean, which I expected based on the budget-friendly pricing. They had everything needed for a short stay, although if you're traveling with a lot of luggage, the space can feel a bit tight. A special mention goes to Miss Anjali at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming and professional, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Her friendly attitude really made my stay more enjoyable. Overall, if you’re looking for affordable, no-frills accommodation in Birmingham, I’d recommend EasyHotel. Thanks again to Miss Anjali for the great hospitality!

The rooms are alright if you're just after a place to crash. The best bit is easily the location. Staff are lovely, Anjeli took especially good care of us.

Every experience I have had at this easyHotel has been absolutely wonderful. The rooms are always clean and ready on arrival, it’s very centrally located and the staff have been absolutely lovely (particularly Amina who went above and beyond helping with some challenging logistics on my last visit)!

My partner & I Originally booked for just the one night as we were dining out in a nearby restaurant. During our stay we decided to enquire about extending our stay for an extra night. We were told we would have to pay full price. However we later asked the night receptionist, a lovely kind, helpful young man called Krishna, who very kindly sorted it so as we stayed the extra night. He was most helpful & we can’t thank him enough!

Very central and very useful. Very close to the train station and Chinatown. A little noise if you are on the first floor, but nothing exaggerated. I arrived a day late with the reservation canceled but Hani and Violeta resolved it immediately. Great. The perfect deal. Recommended.

Got an excellent service from Steven and Krishna at the front desk. Lovely place to be, right at the Central and closer to all the places I need to visit.

This hotel has everything you need for a short stay in the city centre, great location, friendly staff, especially Eliza and her colleague. The rooms are quite budget but for the price its got the basics down to a tee. You do have to leave your things on the floor and you can see into the shower, so if you need privacy it may not be for you, however for a couple it was no issue. The aircon was quite poor however the room wasn't particularly hot as it had no daylight anyway. Would stay again for the price, definitely.

I stayed at this hotel during a train stopover in Birmingham. The location is conveniently close to the station. While the rooms are compact, they are adequate for a short stay. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Served by Smile and Hony. They were very friendly and engaged in conversation. Room was clean and neat, served the purpose. Good for the price. Check in and check out was quick and efficient.

So to start with, I arrived early, I was supposed to arrive at 3:00pm but I was in at not even 2 and they still took me for my room which is very nice! Then Hony and Smile were very helpful and friendly so that is a very good point. To talk about the room, it is perfect for one person and tidy/clean so nothing to say about it. Overall a very good hotel! Would recommend
