The staff were all so welcoming and warm hearted. A staff member that really stood out was Anjali she was so helpful and kind throughout our whole stay. I would definitely stay here again

Great location, good value. It's basic but that's what you pay for. Spotlessly clean, really friendly reception and cleaning staff. Comfy bed. Only downside was the plugs one side of my bed didn't work and one side of the shower door didn't work as it had come off its runners. Didn't detract from the stay though and I'd definitely stay again.

I have been here for two days and I really like the hotel stafft they are very helpful. And especially Anjali She was so sweet, and the hotel near of the centre next time I will be back.

Had a great stay at EazyHotel Birmingham! The location is ideal—right in the city center and close to everything, including the train station. The room was compact but clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay. Big thanks to Anjali at checkout—she was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Had a lovely stay here. The check-in was smooth and the receptionist, Amit, was super friendly and helpful. Definitely not my last time staying here.

Room was so so small. The shower screen is see-through which is super awkward if sharing the room. Single beds seem smaller than a standard single bed. The shower cubicle is really small. View was directly into the building...very awkward. Nice smelling hand and body wash, very clean rooms

Wonderful little hotel just what you need would definitely use it again. Right by city centre. All hotel staff we met were fantastic. Many thanks Kim and co workers .

Stayed here 3 times as I had to be in Birmingham for exams. Staff were so lovely each time! The hotel is very central and easy to get to. The rooms are small but do the job and reflect the cheap price. The only thing that slightly bothered me was that I could hear music thumping until 11pm on Tuesday, I’m guessing because my room was above a bar. I had to be up early the next morning which wasn’t ideal, if you are in the same situation I would recommend asking for a room on the second floor instead.

Anjali was lovely to us and was really accommodating on our arrival. She was very helpful and ensured we had a good stay. Great experience, Will definitely be back.

Hotel is in a good location, being only a minute away from New Street station. Rooms are very small, but clean, tidy and well presented. All the staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly, including Violeta.

2nd stay in a month and we came back everything about this place worked for us! Both occasions we were met with a warm and friendly welcome by Violeta and the check in was so smooth. The rooms are 'compact' but they are just ideal for what we needed. The location of this hotel is just perfect, we'll be back again for sure.

I had a great stay at easyHotel Birmingham City Centre. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from New Street Station and close to everything I needed. The room was compact but clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout my visit. For the price, I thought it was excellent value and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Birmingham

The room was clean and provided with all necessary, it is really close to the train station. The check in and check out were really easy and fast, thank you the the receptionist Violeta who was really kind and helped us with the luggages.

In all my travels. I don’t think I’ve gotten as great sleep as I did here. Location is also great for shops. If you like a great Pub. There is many local places to choose from. Great accommodations from staff. Like Violate who was very informative in the surrounding areas.

Went here with my boyfriend for 5 days and we enjoyed every second of it. It was our first time in Birmingham. The room was very clean and neat and the perfect size for 2 adults. The hotel is also in the perfect spot, right by the train station and not too far from the Bullring mall either and multiple other spots to visit in the city too. Biggest highlight of the trip was that we were able to check in early and check out late without any costs as the staff were super friendly and kind to let us off :)! Sadly we weren’t able to catch any names but big shout out to all the staff there for making our stay worth it!!

I had a fantastic stay at easyHotel Birmingham. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short city break. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay—especially Kim. The location is another big plus—it’s within walking distance from Birmingham New Street Station (use the Wetherspoon exit for the quickest route), which made getting around really convenient. Overall, everything was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham!

Booked via booking.com... where it showed a room with plenty of space in the room with a window and breakfast for £57. When I got there... receptionist lady was very kind and friendly (she deserves 5 stars!) But the room I got (not her fault) had no window, then she mentioned the roof window was in the room (again, not her fault). I had no breakfast, even though breakfast was mentioned to be included. I was able to remove the shade from the window to have some light, but there was no chance to open it. Stuck with A/C. No quality air. Felt like a luxurious prison room. VERY SMALL ROOM - everything very compacted. There is no way to move around. Not even a toddler could go around the bed... that is how little room it is around the bed. There is just enough space to fit in the bed. Shower, toilet, sink all compacted into one space. Although, clean, tidy... It's not worth £57 for 1 night. £30 max! I feel the images on booking are deceiving!

Loved every single moment of staying at easyHotel Birmingham. The room size was great for 2 adults and I loved how neat everything was. The bed was super comfortable and the perfect size for 2 adults. Big ups to the cleaning team! The place was super clean and cozy. Another special mention to Mina for the amazing service during check out! She was super kind throughout the process of checking out and also provided great assistance with the luggage storage service. I will definitely be returning to the hotel on my next visit to Birmingham.

I absolutely loved it here, I don't usually go to England but I was having an amazing time walking around but also amazing time going back here. Service was amazing and the rooms were spotless, beds were comfy and all in all just a very pleasant stay 😁

Great central location for a night. Compact rooms but very clean and efficient. Lovely shower. A bit of a squeeze for two people but fine for a night. Would be ok with 1 person for a bit longer.

Basic hotel that does the job! Great price, no thrills and simple place to put your head down. The main part and best part is how great and friendly the staff are! They deserve all the raises for that alone

starting off with the only positive - reception staff were lovely and helpful. we needed more towels and pillows for our room and when we asked the staff on reception they were extremely friendly, approachable and made sure we had exactly what we needed. our poor experience was by no means the fault of the staff, who were wonderful the entire time we were there. while this is a budget hotel, i had a massively different experience than the manchester location with the same room type; we booked a double room for two and if i’m honest, there’s barely enough room for one. there’s absolutely no walking space and nowhere to store a suitcase without having to walk on top of it to get to the glass walled bathroom, which also had a leak from the shower that caused a puddle on the floor of the main portion of the room. we unfortunately discovered this leak when one of our suitcases got wet and some of our belongings suffered water damage. the room was also unbearably hot with the temperature not going below 17° and absolutely no cold air coming out of the vents when the air condition unit was (allegedly) on. it was an absolute sweatbox. it also kept turning itself off at night constantly despite the sign on the door saying it wouldn’t after i believe 6pm, to the point where it was disturbing our sleep as we kept waking up due to the heat. while being close to the train station was convenient, being surrounded by clubs and bars was horrible and we were concerned for our safety travelling to and from the hotel as we were followed and harassed on both saturday and sunday by rowdy drunk men. would NOT recommend for travelling females, especially if alone.
