Undoubtably the tastes are amazing but my issue is with the takeaway. Lots of noodles and minimal meat on beef teriyaki so definitely not worth the price. Same with curry - lots of juice but minimal meat and vegetables. Looks great when it arrives but once you get passed the top layer, really disappointing. Don’t get me wrong, the quality is lovely, just the price versus content isn’t great

Great family run business . Food is excellent , service was great and staff were extremely helpful. Prices are affordable and definelty value for money . Recommend to anyone wanting to try Asian/ Thai food in the area :)

Ordered for the 2nd time tonight. Food was was spot on as always but had to wait 1hr20 for delivery and when food arrived it was cold and had to warm in microwave.

Food is amazing and the quantity is satisfying. First time ordering from here but definitely won't be the last time. The extra fortune cookies which we got made my day even better.

Food served is repackaged from supermarket goods, arrived greasy and 3 out of 4 dishes were inedibly so. Bao are simply two buns cut open and stir fry dumped on top rather than cooked inside the bao. Really, really avoid

I was really excited to try this place but was majorly disappointed. I had a beef bao bun and it was so tough I had to take the meat off.

Will definitely order again! Everything was so fresh and delicious! My picky eating husband rated as stunning!

Been twice now (had to make sure!) And delighted with the service both times. Options to sit in and eat but I've ordered online and picked up on both occasions. The portions were generous and the flavours were delightful. Staff were really friendly too! Try it out!

Very disappointed starter very salty and no sauce to speak of on the sweet and sour chicken the box was full of rice with pieces of battered chicken on top and some vegetables it was a special treat for me but we couldn't eat it I just giving one star for the prompt delivery will not go there again at all

Absolutely love Asian food so i ordered 2 noodle boxes with various things and asked for Szechuan sauce and got one stupidly spicy box woth no sauce and the other one tasted like washing up liquid with veg didnt ask for in there and again no sauce, ribs were cold even though it was here within 20 mins of ordering, the chips and duck spring rolls are nice but i doubt ill order again i was really looking forward to eating from here and was massively let down :/

Delivery was quick. Small portions and wasn't good quality. The veg spring rolls were basically just cabbage. The noodles were dry and had a burnt taste to them. Only had 2 prawns and those were really salty as was the duck. Had high hopes for this place but have been left very disappointed

My favourite takeaway! We are based in Frodsham but it's worth coming a little further out to visit, as a veggie and a fussy eater, I love that you can customise every aspect of your order, and that you can have tofu! The flavours are always spot on and the veg is lovely and fresh. Very affordable considering the great quality. All of my family love this place and the staff are really friendly. It's a hidden gem. Would be 10 stars if you guys considered doing bubble tea because that's just so good with Bao buns! But either way I'm obsessed 😍

Was very disappointed this time a they had 3 young girls cooking no customer skills at all !!! Waited almost an hour for my order I would of appreciated it if I'd known they had a lot of orders to do but no communication from these 3 young girls !! Wraps were being handled by 2 of the girls an on top of a fridge so would question if they had hygiene skills at all so sorry won't be coming back !!!

Don't be fooled because they don't have a shiny restaurant- this can be some of the best food available in the area depending on who's behind the counter.

Just ordered from here on their own website (I think they are also on Runcorn Eats) and it might be my new favourite place to order from. My son has had their bao bun meals a few times and loves them, so he recommended E&W to me - I had a rice dish with fried tofu, broccoli, spring onions and cashew nuts and it was absolutely delicious. I love how many combinations there are so even my vegetarian self was spoiled for choice. Definitely recommend.

We come here most days for lunch, the food is always amazing and customer service is excellent. would highly recommend!

Tremendous food every time, we often take a few people from the office every week to grab something and with the menu changing slitghtly each week, its always good if you want to try something new. Would highly recommend

Runcorn needs more places like this. The bao has a very soft texture and it's full of flavour. Will definitely come back.

Just had our first takeaway from East and West, it was absolutely delicious will definitely order again. Love how you have so many combinations. Very quick delivery too. Not massive portion sizes but there is enough without any waste. Recyclable packaging another plus point. Highly recommended.
