Staff are very friendly and helpful good place to shop

Good store but often a wait. Only one self checkout seems to be working at a time. It's frustrating to see staff doing shop floor tasks when there's a large queue... No doubt because there are not enough staff on a shift.

The place is ok and beautiful and I buy the things I want there

They need to drop their prices, as they are over charging on the basics

Perhaps you should get your staff to do some work instead of standing around chatting and disappearing outside when there are items unpriced and no one has a clue what the price is and one poor woman is left going round working alone.. shocking

No moans here, small store which seems to have most normal items you would require. Good opening hours too!

Bad workers clearly can't count as my daughter gave then £2 and bought a water for 55p and the worker gave her 45p back and when my daughter said that she gave her £2 she kept saying that she only gave her £1 so i asked if they can check the cameras and they said that none of them could see what coin it was so its up to the worker. Its not about the £1 that i still do not have its that they are accusing my daughter of lying and only giving the till lady £1 in 50p's.

Nice and handy as on my doorstep but a lot of the items on offer they don't have. Staff nice and friendly and clean shop.

Ok food and good Range or products and services but a bit expensive and can get some foods cheaper and better quality from Asda or Aldi or Lidl or Sainsbury's or Bargin buys or Iceland stores so if you are on a budget not the store for you

The shop itself looks much nicer and the American sweets' shelf is a great addition. The main issue with the new layout is that it takes so long to pay for your items and leave. When there were seperate tills it moved so much faster.
