Lovely food and big portion sizes. Delivery was very fast!

The order was 45 minutes late, I had to contact the restaurant twice after I received a message saying the food had been delivered. The food was slightly cold which was very disappointing, I would not order from here again.

how do I tip to the delivery driver, brilliant service and patients considering the flat was a nightmare to find

nothing delivered . They could have cancelled the order if they were not going to deliver won't use again

The chicken balls batter was soggy on the insides lots of carrots and the prawns didn’t taste fresh

Older review but relevant to post: Came here on Xmas eve and service was atrocious. Taking orders and not dealing with the ones they already had and nearly an hour late for ours - I actually felt sorry for them when I left due to the amount of unsatisfied customers asking for their money back. Our order was warm and tasty however the order before that was questionable with possible undercooked chicken a few weeks earlier. Due to this we haven’t been back and don’t expect to in a hurry. The older woman on the front desk (owner?) is often cold, abrupt and dismissive so don’t expect any smiles or engagement on the phone or in person. Go to Ocean Pearl instead at the Nook.

The food here is always lovely without fail and good portion sizes too. I would thoroughly recommend.

Chips flat cold. Everything else was very average

Delivery times are getting ridiculous nearly 3 hours third time now won’t be ordering again chips are re heated and not nice shame as rest of food is always lovely going down hill

Ordered at 18.36 and food arrived at 21.32. Shocking! Food was ok but the spare ribs container lid was off and the paper it was wrapped in was soaked in sauce. Complained to Just Eat but that was a waste of time!

Ordered food via Just Eat, having a new kitchen fitted so no oven, and built in microwave not fitted yet,,,,,,delivery took almost 2 hrs, an hour more than promised,,,Phoned to ask where meal was and was told abruptly it’s on its way…it arrived 25 mins later Stone cold…We live a five minute drive away.Food was binned as no way to re heat it. Complained to Just Eat to be told they don’t compensate for cold food, but gave me a good will reimbursement of just under half the cost, £9.80… meal was £22.00 inc delivery.

Good food, good price. The prawn toast is too thick for my personal preference but the spring rolls are perfect and the crispy chicken is highly recommended.

It’s an hour and a half later and it still hasn’t arrived.

foodcwas cold and over and hour and 25 minutes late called the restaurant and said sorry very busy would be another half hour .which then turned out to be an hour and 20 minutes longer this was after waiting over 1 hour and 20 minutes.absolutly terrible service today .

Part of my order was missing along with being over an hour late

My order said it had been delivered but it hadn't, I went to the restaurant to see what was going on and they said they hadn't even made it so I waited for it and took it home myself. I shouldn't have to pay for delivery if I picked it up

Totally wrong order received spent£44 eventually got through to shop had to pack wrong order up give it to the delivery driver when the rite order was delivered would definitely consider not ordering again as I had to warm food up

I placed this order at 17.22. The delivery time was originally estimated at 18.20-18.40. It eventually arrived after 7.30pm having been sent to the wrong address and having to be made again and after i spoke to the restaurant at 7.15 to chase it up!

Really nice and tasty maybe add a couple of more prawns in to make u stand out from the rest

Food took over 2 hours to come! chop suey rolls are just a wet soggy bag of mess with no meat in them at all chips are a bag of soggy steamed chips. This place used to be great but it's now the worst Chinese take away around. overpriced bottom of the barrel rubbish

Sorry to say the meal was mainly hot and salty. Website states you get free prawn crackers if you spend over £20. Our bill was £22 with delivery so we didn’t receive any. Website should stipulate that because I would have ordered them had I known

Ordered at 19:20 and didn’t receive it until 21:15 - first estimated time was 20:15-20:35, call up at 20:39 to ask what’s happening as message is saying delivered, told on way then new time for 20:55 shoes up. Call at 21:00 then again at 21:14 the last call it showed up and then the quality wasn’t even worth the wait. I understand people get busy but nearly 2 hours for somewhere 15 minutes away is a bit much, won’t be using again

The food was lovely but unfortunately we got boiled rice instead of fried and not satay sauce for one of the dishes - bit disappointing but we did enjoy it
