Very accommodating, even though I called just after they closed for business. Haven't had my food yet, but I'm really impressed so far!

Should have taken photos . Gone so far down hill crumbly donner meat so cheap or just old . 6 quid for fillet burger size of a pub glass mat and as thick as it. Chips and cheese where nice . But would never order again back to delacassa for me .

I ordered today first time two kebabs , one with chicken other with lamb. The menu says that the addition to the kebab is coleslaw and fresh salad. Unfortunately in reality I got red cabbage instead of coleslaw. I was very disappointed. Nobody says anything that they are out of stock of ingredient. Propably I will never order again because I will be scared what they will give me next time.

Fast delivery , hot food which is good. Is my go to. Only had 1 bad item in 10 years, would recommend . Price has increased but so have ingredients so im happy to pay a bit extra

Ordered food and drink, never received drink called restaurant told it was with driver and they would call them, drink never arrived called again and got told the driver delivered 2. When I told them it hadn't got called a liar and they refused to deliver really rude obnoxious workers will never order again

Rude drivers, rude in store staff, got called a liar about things not being delivered. Absolutely no way to run a business cold flavourless food avoid at all costs

Ordered through their website, asked for bbq sauce on my pizza to replace the tom sauce. Food arrived and suprise it has tom sauce on. Called the business to explain the mistake to be told they ran out of bbq sauce. Nothing offered in return and no call to say they had run out. Why did I need to register on your website with my phone number. Poor poor poor. Used to be my favourite now very much not. WHAT IF I HAD AN ALLERGY AND YOU TAKE IT UPON YOURSELF TO DO AS YOU PLEASE. SORT IT OUT

Tasty and great value for money

Had a tasty kebab and was able to eat it inside their indoor seating on the premises. Friendly guys serving too.

Get a portion of chips after school and I go there every time I go out I never have any problems and the staff there are ever so polite

Pitta had blue mould on it. Put us off eating. They refused to refund us and a guy turned up to intimidate us!!! It took over an hour to arrive. Drinks were missing. Food looked abysmal. Worst kebabs on the planet!!!

although food was hot, on time and tasted ok there just wasn’t enough! we ordered a large kebab and it literally had 4 bits of meat in it?!! we couldn’t believe it. Only ordered as our usual take away wasn’t open due to weather so was very disappointing.

Honestly, I’ve been ordering from them for quite a while now and I’m very impressed with the food and service. The food taste wonderful and fresh all the time and I went there for collection today and one the guy didn’t manage to make one of my food, he apologise and taking the blame for it and proceed to make it for me while the other guy gave me chips while I wait. They are really friendly and nice. Btw the kebab is one of the best I’ve ever tasted.

The garlic bread was cold no tomato with the kebab salad. Very small portion of side garlic mayonnaise. The delivery was very fast and very lovely driver.

when ordered I asked for chicken to be well done but I would say it was only just cooked also added mushrooms to a garlic bread with cheese extra toppings priced at £1 per item however they tried to charge £2 for a few mushrooms food was very disappointing and not for the first time

Late cold and quite frankly the worst kebab I have ever had the privilege of paying 30 pounds for.my advice order a curry instead.

Waited over 2 hours for a simple kebab and doner meat with chips. All food was cold and dry, soggy,tasteless and not appetizing at all. Restaurant was rude when spoke with them and also hung up on me when tried to find out where my food was. Will not order from them ever again!

Food turns up v late and cold looks like it been thrown together an hour before delivered poor service wont be using again

i do have say we use this takeaway loads but this time i was way below par. For starters we had to wait 2hrs and 10 for the food. then our order was incomplete the drinks are missing. Also the food was ok and the garlic bread was cold. I feel cheated spending over £16 (£17.50 if you include delivery charge and service charge) i will rethink ordering from here again sadly

poor service due to food being an hour later than quoted with nothing from restaurant until I called after it was already half an hour late and when food finally arrived was over cooked and chewy.

After not recieving my order I called the restaurant which was very busy, they never answered my call, after calling from a different number I got a reply and was told he was on his way, 20 minutes later I received a cold chicken kebab literally no salad, a handful of chips and enough cheese to starve a mouse.. won't be going back.

medium chicken kebab was tiny not even enough for a child the large doner kebab was just as bad more like a medium when we complained we were told because we used a discount code the portions are smaller so whats the point you end up not actually getting a discount, they sent a pizza out over an hour later and were quite rude on the phone, we wont ever use these again

Spent 8 minutes on the phone with the delivery driver, whilst he argued with me about my directions being different to the map (it’s a new build), and him then getting out of the car (literally 4 houses away from me standing on the doorstep waving at him) to ask for directions, before totally ignoring me turning around. When we did eventually get our food, it was cold, and definitely not what we expected. There wasn’t even enough chicken to fill the pitta (8 thin pieces of chicken in a chicken kebab), and we ended up having to put something else in the oven to actually provide enough food for a whole meal! I now wish we’d just done this in the first place! Won’t be ordering from here again!!

Portions really small (4 pieces of chicken in a LARGE kebab which was the size of a small) and food was cold (cheese wasn’t melted on chips and didn’t melt), not good value for money

We received the wrong order 30 minutes late, rang restaurant who delivered the right order which was then another 45 minutes. Food was cold and hardly no chicken in a mixed kebab. Chips were soggy.

Disgusting food, cold, waited 2 houra for it. phoned the takeaway and got shouted at and then they put the phone down. Called just eat to complain and we wanted to return food for a refund. Told no, the restaurant don't want to refund so we are out of pocket throwing this mess of a meal away and having to buy something edible elsewhere. Disgusting service all round. Dont touch this place and the 'food' it sells.

Absolutely horrible disgusting deliveryman who banged on our door really loud while my wife was already on her way to answer the door. His rudeness carried on as soon as my wife opened the door and he started shouting at her for apparently taking time to answer the door and wasting his time. He carried on with this aggressive behaviour for the next five minutes before he decided to hand in the food. we could have have just said that he can keep it but because we already paid for it online. my wife decided to take it. My wife did not eat the food at all as she was still in shock with the delivery man’s unbelievably unacceptable behaviour . He has the most Disgusting , unacceptable rude behaviour.

Absolutely disgusting service ! We have just had a delivery man banging on our door at 10.45 on a Tuesday evening, to collect the money HE forgot from a delivery Saturday night ! This should have been arranged for a sensible time and day! Very rude man, and out of order! Would never order from the awful place again

Was ok. Unfortunately was late & the chicken fillet burger and children's chicken nuggets were not great. Small portions too. Chicken/Donner kebab was okay.

They gave me a small kebab when a large was ordered. There was too much sauce, far too much. It was poorly constructed, the salad was just thrown on top and not even inside the bread. The onion rings were soaking wet. The pizza had barely any cheese or pepperoni on.. pepperoni deluxe.. ha! Never ordering here again.

Food was late and by the time it got here was cold. And I mean freezing! Dont bother ordering from here. I certainly wont be again!. Worst takaway I think we have had!

Ordered here twice in the last few weeks. Had the large kebab feast both times. A large amount of good quality food for not very much money. Delivery drivers are absolutely lovely

First time we had ordered but overall disappointed. the food was poor. Very tough lamb shish and the onion rings were soggy! Won't be ordering again unfortunately.

Poor communication between restaurant and delivery driver. Security for a building site, so couldn't leave position to meet driver. Food was luke warm when it finally arrived. Driver argued about directions and I had to ask for the food. Won't be using again!

Great service, arrived early. Good amount of food but the doner meat was a little under cooked and the pizzas a little over done with some odd tasting toppings. That said I'd give them another chance.
