It is comfortable to dine in, good customer experience and the food prices are reasonable. Food is prepared fresh so might take a while to be ready.

Saturday club here was great, though Sunday DJ was not good, amapiano Sunday it was called but was so boring

Eagle restaurant is a place for everyone to visit at least once in their life time and trust me you will definitely go again. The smiles of the waitress at the door is very welcoming, letting you decide a sit that is comfortable for you. The waiters patiently describe the menu to you no how matter how many times you ask. The choice of music and environment is very much enjoyable. The dishes are nothing but heavenly, please you have to try their tilapia fish oh my amazing. They are very much organized and have something for everyone. I don’t know why this place has some bad reviews but I had an exceptional experience. They have fair and affordable prices for the quality of food and drinks they sell. It is well secured and it’s indeed great value for my coins.

I had a really nice time at eagles with my friends. The food and service was top notch, they have very nice staff and the manager of the restaurant kept checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. In all it was a great service.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Pros: - the waiters were polite throughout. Cons: - we pre-ordered food and it still came out late and cold - drinks were so overpriced for the quality of drink. They're charging the same as other established deansdate bars but not delivering on flavour and aesthetic. - the flavour of food was also lacking - there's no front of house staff coordination - they refused to refund and cancel pre-orders even though they would tell us our pre-ordered food was not available - I never received my dessert at the end after being there for OVER 3 HOURS. - women's toilets don't have basic necessities like hygiene bins, toilet roll, hand wash I want to support black businesses but this place is a sham. Will not be returning.

I don't think I could rate this any lower. Firstly, we arrived early and waited for the remaining party members. Once everyone had arrived, we were assigned to our tables. After being seated, we ordered drinks. I would like to point out that the prices are outrageous. A Heineken, which came in a can and not a glass or even ice, was listed on the menu as £5 but we were charged £8.50! . I'm sorry, but I could have gone to Asda and picked up a pack of six for less than that! It's robbery! My partner had paid £15 for a cocktail that was okay more sugar than alcohol. We waited probably over an hour before our starters came out, and when they did finally arrive, the food was cold. When my main course finally arrived, after waiting again for maybe 45 minutes or more, I had ordered a steak with fries and Tenderstem broccoli. First, the steak came out. Ten minutes later, the fries arrived, and about 15 to 20 minutes after that, the Tenderstem broccoli came out cold. The waiters remained calm throughout, but the coordination was nonexistent. They didn't know who was sitting at which table and asked multiple times if a dish was ours. Jumping from one table to the next bare in mind our tables had names and what meals were ordered on cards.. The meals had been pre-ordered well in advance. This isn't the waiters' fault; whoever is managing is clueless. It was a shambles from the beginning. Many people in our party was complaining and left confused as to how poorly it was being ran.. People were tired and fed up at the end having been here for 3+ hours! My partner's meal was the last to arrive out of everyone's. By the time it arrived, the appetite was gone. It was poorly organized. Bear in mind we had paid a lot of money for this meal! We was also told our deposit was to be refunded back into our accounts? Why I don't know as the people next to us was first charged more than what they should have paid for the meal. As for desserts, when my partner's banana cake came, let's just say my 5-year-old could have made a better dessert. It wasn't soft at all, and the custard was lukewarm. At this point, my partner and I were ready to leave. You simply cannot charge prices like this for bang average dishes I'm sorry it's not acceptable. I waited another 30 minutes, but my dessert didn't arrive at all. We had to complain to the manager multiple times until we were beyond tired of waiting and left. We were told we couldn't cancel orders or get any refunds, which is ridiculous! You cannot offer services like this and expect good reviews. It was a shambles.

It is one of the best places I have been. Everything was on point if there is more than 5 * I will easily give this, please 🙏 thanks to the staff and management for an amazing experience.

We came here for my birthday on Saturday and had a fabulous time. The staff were really nice, music on point and atmosphere was great. The door staff were also lovely, a few of my group were a little drunk and the door staff were really nice and understanding. Thanks for ensuring my birthday night was amazing.

Absolutely amazing. Waiters so polite and attentive especially Oyida. Food was out of this world and there's something for everyone. Nigerian, continental, English, tasted so good. Got stuffed so couldn't eat anymore...lol. Honestly give it a go and u won't regret it. Will definitely be coming back.

Best spot for African diversity in Deansgate, I went in for a dinner date with my boyfriend and we both had such a good time. Great food, excellent wine choices and the service provided by the staff was amazing. Thank you Eagle we will come again

A group of us reserved a table at this restaurant and here's how it went: Initially, the service staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Had drinks and food ordered and the drinks arrived shortly after. 2+ hours after we ordered our dinner, the food was yet to be served. We made a point to ask for updates but were dismissed twice. After escalating this to the manager, he proceeded to makes excuses citing that the restaurant only had one chef (two bailed that evening) and that they had overbooked the restaurant. *I rate these excuses at 0/10 as they had nothing to do with us customers and everything to do with poor management; not to mention the countless number of empty tables that surrounded us.* 5 minutes after loud complaints, our food was served. Majority of us at the table ordered lamb chops, whose fat was not rendered properly and meat was as tough as leather. An aside: The 'roast potatoes' were basically steamed and split in half so take that into consideration if the option looks appetising. The server then went on to collect our utensils in an aggressive manner and refused to split the bill - as if they weren't the problem. They have a club upstairs which we had hoped to attend but the literal bad taste they left in our mouths made us want to leave. Lo and behold; they held our jackets hostage so we weren't able to exit. To make up for this nightmarish start to our evening, they offered to provide us free drinks and a booth for our group in the club upstairs. We obliged, not that we were given many options. The initial DJ was terrible, maybe was learning how to turn tables but boy were they failing. Later on the music got better so we got to grooving to forget our troubles. So tell me why they started adding randoms to our table? Our booth could only fit 4 people but they added 2 extra girls who got uncomfortable and left, then they brought us 3 more people who obviously couldn't fit so they also left. So I guess their 'good graces' had limits and we reached it. We left disatisfied and vowing never to return. This review is based on my personal experience, feel free to have at it yourself. Maybe you'll receive different treatment.

The restaurant were aware of our 8:30 pm booking and how many people were dining, they also knew our food order ahead of time yet, we were made to wait 2 hours before even an apology for the delay. We ordered drinks which was also often incorrect or tasted funny. This was a birthday dinner and they severely disappointed us. After we complained and explained we had to leave, the manager said “so should we stop cooking?” Meaning the food was still nowhere near ready after 10pm! The other frustrating thing was the fact that other people were being served food continuously whilst our party sat there with empty plates and drinks we didn’t want. 0 stars

Bad customer service and rude staff. I could not get my refund after not using the service. I would not reccomend and surely wont be coming back

This place is a 5 plus for me. The food is so good with amazing cocktails. The chef and the bartender did a good job. A good service from Valentina. Good music with the blend of Afro beat and Pop / RnB. It is actually a cool and relaxing place to spend time.

The best T-bone steak in Town !! Beautiful Ambience and the service is incredible. Oh and the creamed spinach too 🤌🏽👍

This is a 5+ for me. The food was so good I had 2 mains. The chef did a good job. A good service from Roberta. Good Nigerian music too. It was a cool and relaxing atmosphere. After dinner, we experienced the lounge which opens at 11pm. The vibe was good. The Dj's play could be Improved.

The nightclub was great. Great DJ and atmosphere including the girls who work there made it a great night out.

This place is amazing, excellent flavoured food, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, the ambiance was just perfect!! Thanks to Valentina at the bar for the perfectly made cocktails. I would Highly recommend!!

This restaurant is very nice, the environment is chilled, classic and modern. The food is amazing, well seasoned. The Staff are very professional, friendly and attractive.

Arrived 3am, told it closes at 4am. Closed at 3.35am. So we were lied too and charged to get in. Questioned it and asked for a genuine refund based on false information being given. I was told "are you going to give us our 35 minutes back". Very rude and extremely unprofessional. Won't be going back. And as someone with professional influence and a large network i will be informing all of my contacts of this rude unprofessional and disingenuous service.
