Easily the best restaurant in Medway alongside its sister restaurant, Gurkha Fire - but here you get a different vibe. It’s cosy, laid back, canteen style home cooking - but most importantly completely authentic, delicious, fresh food. Cannot recommend enough!!!! Here’s the only photo I took of Samosa Chat which was absolutely delicious.

Fantastic spot with an owner who prides himself on food and service. I eat a lot of indian food, and this place hits the spot. Very fresh Lachha Paratha, fantastic samosa chaat and the daal mahkani was superb. Highly recommend for a fairly priced great meal.

Such a delicious treat right on our doorstep, the food at Dylan’s is always delicious and never disappoints. We very highly recommend!

A quiet midweek evening meal. Service was very pleasant and the owner came over to introduce himself. The food was extremely nice and good quality. Lamb Momos to start with a nice dipping sauce. Chicken Dilwala and basmati rice for main which was well presented. Portions were a good size and quality chunks of chicken and a very tasty mild sauce. Thoroughly enjoyable and recommended.

Excellent friendly service and delicious food. The mutton rogan josh was spicy and flavoursome and the chapatis were an excellent accompaniment to mop up the sauce.

Lovely Nepalese restaurant, greeted by the warm aroma of spices and the hum of soft music. The cozy ambiance set the perfect tone . I started with lamb momo, perfectly steamed dumplings bursting with flavor, paired with a spicy dipping sauce. For the main course, I enjoyed lamb Gorkhali—tender lamb cooked in rich, aromatic spices, served with fluffy rice. Very tasty food and great customer service , looking forward to going back soon. Had a fantastic takeaway from Dylan’s with friends. The food was superb—authentic Nepalese (not your run of the mill Indian takeaway!) and bursting with flavour. Highly recommend!

We went there for dinner and were served only an hour later as they chef assumed we had already eaten and the servers didn't even bother to check. We ordered for Vegetarian Noodles as I don't eat meat but we found pieces of chicken in the Noodles. Very bad service.. really disgusting behavior and disappointed by the servers especially after making multiple requests for a glass of water and for the food. We still only got served an hour later.

Another great meal at Dylans. So much flavour. The chef came out to explain and show us the different spices that make Nepalese food unique, really lovely attentive staff.

Went for dinner here with an old friend and had a really lovely evening. I tried a peanut street food dish to start - never had anything like it anywhere else before and will definitely go back, even just to have this again. It was full of flavour, packed a punch and was just a brilliant dish. I'm vegetarian and was spoilt for choice, while my friend was full on carnivore and telks me the meat dishes are all fantastic. His particular favourite was the momo lamb. We both followed with divine curries - the waitress and the chef were so polite and friendly and despite me being the clumsiness guest and spilling my drink everywhere! It was a Monday night, so the atmosphere was quiet and that's why I dropped one star - but that's probably unfair of me since we had exactly the night we wanted - excellent food and lots of conversation and catching up. Nobody made us feel we had to rush to leave after finishing our meal and so we were allowed to talk for ages. A lovely place, lovely people - thank you. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely delicious authentic Nepalese food. We particularly loved the chatpate which was crunchy, fragrant and spicy - haven't seen that in the UK before. The chef was incredibly friendly and came out to talk to us after we'd finished.

Wow!! The food was exceptional!! Really good quality lamb chops, and the chicken wasn't the cheap, plasticy stuff you can find in many other places. If you're looking for decor and pretentious service, go elsewhere. But if it a good Asian meal you're after, in Rochester, you won't find much better than this.

Been to Dylan’s a few times now and it never disappoints! Friendly hospitality and a good atmosphere, only exceeded by the quality of the food. Personal highlights are the paneer butter masala and samosa chat.

Amazing food. Tried things we’ve never had before and the staff were so helpful to make sure we picked a good range from the menu. They made the evening really special for my brothers birthday. Loved the momos and the lamb ghorkhali ❤️

Excellent service and Good food. I would recommend their momos. Lamb was well cooked ; however didn’t quite blend with spice well,that’s y given them 4 star. 3 piece lamb for 13.49 seems a bit pricey to me. Overall, good experience. Would visit again.

We were recommended this restaurant as they were having music on a Wednesday and Friday running up to Christmas. After we booked we noticed it was a cafe restaurant, which made us wonder if it was what we really wanted. The place is a bit more like a cafe, but wow. The food was amazing. I had Peanut Sadheko to start and my partner had Samosa Chat as a starter. Both were wonderful. I’ve never tasted anything like it and the flavours were delicious. We then had a Chicken curry and lamb curry. Both were excellent and the meat just melted in your mouth. I would highly recommend this place. Plus the family are really friendly and helpful when choosing what to eat.

Dylan's is a hidden gem. Food delicious and service is good. We have visited several times and just have to keep coming back. We have also eaten at their sister restaurant, Gurkha Fire, which has a slightly different menu and vibe. We highly recommend both restaurants. Give them a go, you want regret it.

For some reason the drivers on different occasions have to call me because they haven't got our flat number. I've checked in my account and it is there. So I don't understand why they haven't got it.

Delicious food, wonderfully presented and bursting with flavour. With a varied menu that you will want to come back and try all that they have to offer. The staff were also very welcoming, attentive and friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Dylan’s in Chatham! The variety of dishes we tried—from the flavorful Prawn Diwala to the delicious Lamb Momo with Jhol—were excellent, and the meal was great value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. I also enjoyed the Kingfisher beer, which was perfectly refreshing alongside the meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Nepalese and Indian cuisine!

Five stars without questions! 👍🏻Came to Kent for Go Karting and decided to try this restaurant because it has a very good review on Google Map. My friends and I are glad that we went. Really nice food 🥘 - very good quality, good amount, reasonable price. So much better than I normally get from a restaurant in London. Really good service 👨🏻‍🍳- the wait time was not long at all, attentive manager/owner, nice background music in a moderate volume. There are three of us. We ordered three starters for sharing- Chicken lolypop, Samosa chat, Lamb Mono Jhol. All lovely!👍🏻 （Lamb Mono Jhol味道很像酸汤水饺，我们把饺子吃完了之后，我倒了点米饭进去，就是我喜欢的酸汤泡饭！） For mains we ordered two Prawn dillwala, two Lachha paratha, Raita Gorkhall lamb, basmati rice. Definitely recommend! 👍🏻 Drinks: Kingsfisher, Mango Lassi, Nepalese Masala Tea. Very nice! 👍🏻 We orderly a little bit too much but it’s nice to try various foods and none of them let us down! I went to Gurkha fire and the food was amazing. I know this restaurant is their sister company, and can I just say wow again. The food was so good! Yet again. Where have I been all this time?!

Really exceptional food, we enjoyed absolutely everything. Only complaint is that we haven’t been sooner!! The chicken curry was divine, as was the paratha, momo (dumplings), fish pakoda and homemade mango lassi. This will definitely be our go-to place for a curry from now on, couldn’t recommend it enough. And the staff and service were really great too!

Returned for lunch after a previous visit for dinner as the food was so good. We especially loved the Pakora chat starter which is absolutely amazing. Everything else we had was also very good. Service was very friendly and efficient and the chef came out of the kitchen to check that everything was OK. We would love to go back, especially for the starter 😋

Ordered panipuris, it is £5.50 a plate excluding delvry service charge, thats ok but in return you expect to get good food. We received out of 6 - 3 puffs were half cooked- they were hard enough that it couldnt be eaten. Had to throw them away. We wonder if the original dais are still managing the restaurant because the food has gotten worse! Sadly it is not a good Nepali restaurant and this is coming from a Nepalese girl.

As it had been my first experience coming here and the food did not disappoint. The dishes were all packed with flavour. The service was incredible as I was unsure of what to order the waitress had taken the time to consider what type of foods I usually like and had helped me order. First time coming here and it definitely won’t be the last, everything was absolutely lovely. The service was really good, lovely friendly lady with a big smile and good recommendations. Everything we ordered came out hot, full of flavour, the lamb chops were so tender, lovely prawns in the curry, chilli paneer hot and so tasty, dumplings perfectly cooked, the aloo paratha was brilliant, It all was superb! Will be trying the new Ghurka fire opened up at the old fire station, same people, if it’s anything like this then I’ll be happy! Can’t wait to return.

Brilliant restaurant, excellent food!

Popped in for a spot of dinner, it was such a friendly and welcoming place. Really friendly staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant was decent. Nice traditional music playing in the background. The food was sensational! We had chicken dumplings, karai and the house dilwale dish(nuggets and chips for the little one) which was all mouth watering (mango lassi was the best I've had in a long time). Proper authentic Nepalese cuisine made fresh and with so much love and passion. This was our first time here and will not be our last. Really worth visiting, easily one of the best restaurants in Medway!

The worst biryani I've ever had in my life I have a stomach ache and it gave me an incredible stomach ache. Also, the food was cold and was reheated.

When my meal arrived it was cold and very dry, half of my order was missing, ordered a popdom, and a drink, never received either. Won’t be ordering again and Wouldent recommend. Ended up having to throw most of it away. Complete waste of money.

This was my first time having Nepalese food and I was blown away by how good it was. The staff were fantastic and can't wait for my next visit. They catered wonderfully for vegans and the menu is very clearly labelled with a great selection.
