Excellent coffee, great atmosphere and special thanks to Qasim for the hospitality, its my new go to coffee spot!

Closed 'on break' while they sit around for hours doing nothing. The guys that work there are insensitive jerks. Avoid at all costs.

I visited today with my daughter and I must say that the service I received was exceptional. It was just a simple order of 2 donuts and a can of drink yet the young girl offered 2 cups with ice so that we could share the drink. She was so friendly and eager to please. Well done 👏

Came into store today and it was the best service I’ve had from a UK Dunkin’, member of staff who served me was extremely polite, patient and approachable, an asset to the company! (Zeena - amazing!)

I was served by Zeena at manchester fort who gave me great customer service and made my drink very quick, will be going to her more often

Such a great experience at Dunkin Donuts. Dana went above and beyond to organise the best surprise for my son and daughter in law for their gender reveal (even going as far as decorating donuts herself!) We all loved them and they were the star of the party (apart from finding out its a little boy!!) Will be recommending dunkin at The Fort to everyone.

Good stuff. Doesn't taste as good as stateside but it's good for a coffee.

Emma was absolutely amazing recommended drinks for my partner and he loved it so friendly and spoke with her the whole time we even ordered another set of drinks we enjoyed it that much !! That’s the type of staff that will make me continue to go to that Dunkin’ just for how lovely she was and the quality

Convenient as there's parking at the Manchester fort but the donuts are a hype and expensive.

Not open as advertised. Travelled 30 minutes for my daughter to get donuts. Some women stood behind the locked saying were closed when advertising as being open.

I think I put a few extra pounds on and definitely sent some! But we'll worth the experience.

Good customer service from brother Qasim. Come here regularly always a happy guy. Keep up the good work.

Dunkin on The Fort is now my goto for coffee, much better than Starbucks/Costa in my opinion, the staff are welcoming and very friendly and willing to help with anything you need to know.

I must say Everytime I have visited this store, the staff are always so kind, polite and helpful. Really does make a difference and I always leave with a smile on my face!

My absolute favourite place for coffee and the doughnuts are the perfect medium between not too sugary and filling and just perfect! The staff and service is impeccable!

worked from here while my car was being worked on across the road. Clean, fast 5 bar Free wifi with no password, plenty of tables and chargers, super friendly staff, would happily go again

Wow! I've never had a worse hot chocolate in my life. Actually worse than a Cadbury instant you can make at home. The donut was alright but a bit dry. We had to throw away £6 of hot chocolate because it was so bad.

Always enjoy shopping at Manchester Fort, just 2 issues, No1, Parking is SO tight it's very difficult to get out of the Vehicle without touching the next vehicle. No2. The extremely Rude and Aggressive, Foul mouthed Car Park attendant who is suffering from "Power Tripping," he will get into a lot of problems if he keeps talking and behaving like that with Shoppers. Otherwise, I highly recommend shopping at Manchester Fort.

The lady that served me was lovely, really chatty, and welcoming, shame I didn't get her name, my doughnuts were lovely to.

Great range of coffee, iced drinks, teas and donuts. Good location and many spaces to park. Also many good places to eat at. There is many seats to sit inside and there is a couple of outside seating too. Clean and tidy inside and staff are friendly.

It’s my second time here and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The staff are friendly and the service is timely. There isn’t a large variety of donuts to be honest, however the range they have is delicious. I highly recommend any of the donuts with bavarian cream filling! The pineapple frozen lemonade is also amazing! With seating available and disabled access, its suitable for all. We didn’t use the kiosks on this occasion but they are available. The inside decor is bright and I always find it clean in store. Located on the Fort, you’ll be spoiled for choice with parking.

Visited 16/09/2022, very friendly team on counter who ran us through scanning the QR code to get the app to get a free drink with the order (with alternative milks available when we got the hot chocolate) Ordered the 12pk and as you can see from the picture they are amazing, I would even go as far to say these may be even better than Krispy Kreme’s for doughnut itself, the flavours and the fillings (love the apple crumble) Definitely coming again, highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A lovely place… was served by Qasim. Spoke so nicely and accommodated me by speaking in urdu language. Donuts were so nice 👌

Such a clean, well organised and chilled out coffee shop. Visited today for the first time and the woman who served us (didn't get her name but wish I did as she was so lovely and friendly) was the highlight of the visit. Nothing was too much trouble (I'm a Dunkin' newbie and didn't know anything about the menu.) Highly recommended, the coffee quality and price blows places like Costa and Starbucks out of the water.

Donuts are great, guess the place could be better. It is a DK so don't have high expectations of gourmet. Donuts are great and drink is good.

Expected more. Doughnut were dry, not even close to Krispy Kreme standards, closer to a Supermarket pack of 4 IMHO

Great selection of retail outlets, M&S Food, Nike Factory Shop, Clarks Shoes, Costa, Starbucks, Boots, TK Maxx, George, B&Q, Halfords, Specsavers, Card Factory and many more.

Says opening hours is from 8am but I'm here at 8:45am and it is still shut!

The parking is brilliant and child friendly with clearly marked pedestrian crossings. There are disabled and family parking bays. The parking bays are wide as well.

Delicious the American style donuts in Manchester

I love dunkin way way back home. Im happy Dunkin in UK already❤ but if you buy 1 donut staff doesn't know how to put it properly..the donut end up upside down and all the toppings etc goes to the paper..you can leak the paper if you want. Annoying

Having only been to a Dunkin in Berlin years ago, I was in the area and had to visit upon seeing the store. Overall, my impression was good, there is some great value coffee to be had (A large iced latte for 2.50 is great value) and I must say, the doughnuts were really good. The service by the lady at the till was also top notch. Only reason this is not 5* is because I feel the doughnuts are fairly overpriced. Krispy Kreme is of a similar quality and you can get a dozen for a similar cost to 6 from Dunkin. Something to consider but overall, this is a good doughtnut store!

Very poor choice of Doughnuts, took my grandchildren and they were gutted by the kack of choice. It is a very very small store though but having a printed list of doughnuts with half crossed out in pen ( the selection wasnt good to start with) just added to the feeling if dissapointment we all felt

Party delight, Asda, B&Q, Nike, TK Max, JD, Matalan and many others. You can also find pizza, burger or what you fancy as there are restaurants and McDonald's. The Dunkin shop is also available selling their high priced yet testy doughnut selections.

Been twice now, really good coffee there (strong coffee), they do a coffee (filter, latte, cappuccino etc) and donut for £2.50 unitl 11 am and for £3.50 after that. So worth going whilst on a shop!

Lovely, fresh and wide variety to meet all tastes

Was OK, clean and tidy inside, we used the pre-pay machine and queued up and then after about 5 mins got told there was no doughnuts available.. We had to wait for a refund etc, a sign on the door would of helped.. Apart from that staff were lovely haha

Allot of variety but for pedestrians it's a nightmare getting from one end to the other. It's quite a stressful experience overall and it's better to make a day of it than a quick purchase and go. I try to avoid coming here if possible. Go early in the day or later on for a better experience
