Great food and good gluten free options. Bad customer services rang to find out where my delivery was (20mins after was due to be here) to be told its only just leaving the shop now with a attitude and then put the phone down on me too.

Rude customer service. Doesn't speak properly on the phone and just hangs up when they don't understand your request

I recently visited this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. I specifically asked for 4 leg pieces in my order, but I only received 1 leg piece, with the rest being different parts of the chicken. To make matters worse, the chicken wasn't even hot, which took away from the overall meal experience. What frustrated me further was that I was charged for 4 leg pieces, despite not receiving what I ordered. The service was also poor—staff didn't seem attentive or concerned about getting the order right. This is unacceptable, especially when you are paying for something specific. Definitely not a place I would recommend based on this experience.

Reasonable price and sweet taste

Pizzas are really nice Tandoori and meat feast.

These guys are legends, we made a mistake on our order and they took back the pizza and gave us a new one free of charge - despite it being our mistake. Great food, eaten here a few times it’s always excellent. 10/10 recommend (Especially for gluten free food) 👍🏼

I ordered first time from this pizza shop but my partner said his mighty burger was ok but I didn't enjoy my pizza at all.kt was taste less , very bland ,I am very disappointed :-( and sad.And delivery was also late 10 min without letting me know ....

The cheese sauce Spilt in the bag as shown in the picture it took like a hour to come so before you say I should have phoned up what's the point the food would have been cold by then if I rang them it would have taken ages to get a replacement plus the chips went in the bin they was rubbish the pizza was OK but because of the sauce this isn't good enough

GLUTEN FREE! A great takeaway, but one in Sheffield my wife can order from, ordered several times and she has never been poorly from it, food is always tasty! Great food and service from good lads in the shop!

I usually get a Chinese takeaway but they are still cash only. I thought I’d give Duke’s a try. It was the best chicken, chips and salad I’ve had. And also the best value. Better than anything from The Wicker or Spital Hill. The proportions were good, sauces just right. Even the delivery guy was good, with no fuss. Usually delivery people try to make me meet them outside, but not this time. I’ll 100% be using Duke’s again.

Was told food would be delivered by 5.49. Rang at 6.34 to be told ‘on its way’. Wouldn’t mind if I lived miles away, it’s a 10 minute drive. Wouldn’t have even minded if someone rang to say ‘sorry we’re busy n running behind’. Charged £3 for a bottle of lemonade, which arrived with a £1.19 label on.

Absolutely over the moon to have found this place. My gluten free pizza was amazing, and the normal stuff was also incredible which means we can order as a family. Large portions , fast delivery , great value. Can't wait to order again 🙏

Lovely pizza the best I’ve had in a long time.

Normally dukes is alright, friendly staff and alright food. Today tho the man that was serving was miserable, the chips was undercooked and not even hot. Worst take away chips I have had tbh. Least my dogs have a snack for when I get home as that or bin them. Not fit for human consumption. Yuck.

Just ordered a spicy hot pizza and a vegetarian pizza both with cheese crust. Also had the southern fried chicken and wedges. The food was hot and absolutely fantastic. Cannot recommend enough. I have a child who is a fussy eater and he absolutely loved the food. Would definately recommend and i can honestly say this is the best takeaway in sheffield and i will be a customer for life. Had a great experience. Ordered a big order for lots of people and everything was just right - generous portions, hot and fresh food, sorted quickly. I am coeliac and the confidence dukes have around gluten free was really reassuring. My pizza and chips came with gf stickers, all delicious. We all really enjoyed it and thought it was great value. Service at the shop was friendly too. Thanks Duke’s - we will be back! PS if you ever look to expand your menu further, it would be great if you could do a veggie gluten free version of the chicken tikka wrap, maybe using quorn or tofu! :)

Best pizza I've had in a while and the kebab was very good as well.

Prices not as listed and are considerably more than listed. The size of the chicken in the burgers is half what it was before the prices increased, and 7 wedges hardly constitutes a portion As a local I have used this place a lot and have normally thought it was okay but this will have to be the last time

Absolutely stunning! Great service! Have used this twice now. Gluten free options have made our day! Im a celiac and now me and the rest of us all enjoy a takeaway from the same place, before this place we would have to order and collect from 3 different places. Please dont ever stop. Sorry no photos this time as we were so eager to tuck in!

Gonna give you 5 stars purely because the amount of times I’ve ordered it’s been amazing.. but last 2 times the pizza base as been hard, crust hard.. hardly no toppings on Unsure if it’s a diff chef on but over all best pizza please don’t go backwards lol

Really pleased to have discovered this place - I'm coeliac and gluten free and they have lovely gluten-free pizza! My partner isn't gluten-free so it means we can both get what we like from here. Will be ordering from Duke's again!

The food in this place is bang on, they offer a gluten free option which is bonus. The gluten free pizza was just amazing, it tasted just like a non gluten free pizza. I would say these guys are 1 of the best places in sheffiled. Great customer service and highly recommend

This was our second visit and just like our first visit the was amazing. The fact that dukes is also gluten free is a bonus. My twins and husband have coeliac disease and also have family members with coeliac so they are really clued up on gluten free and cross contamination and would deffinatly recommend dukes pizza

Absolutely FANTASTIC! Heard about the gluten free on our Ceoliac face book page. Very nervous to order GF from an app but it all came clearly labelled and was delicious!!! It cost over £25 but that was delivery and Uber charge that bumped it up. Will definitely recommend to all my Ceoliac friends as I haven't had a chicken tikka pita from anywhere in 17 years ! Thank you Dukes keep doing what your doing x

Oh my! 3 years since I had a half decent gluten free pizza. We travelled from Barnsley to get pizza. Wow! It was beyond worth it. But not only did I get excellent pizza, I got delicious cheesy garlic bread, curly fries and onion rings 😋 I won't have to wait 3 months, let alone 3 years for my next perfect pizza. Honestly if you have coeliac disease like me, spoil yourself. You won't regret it! And as an added bonus the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I can't thank them enough

I'm coeliac and for 11yrs for takeaway iv either had to have a briyani or pizza hut and since I tried this place last week iv had my first wrap takeaway in 11yrs and the best pizza today ever. This is now my only takeaway as I have loads of choice . And the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and I very highly recommend anyone that has coeliac disease to eat here

Had a deliver through Uber Eats. Food was deliver by the food vendor themselves in a timely manner. Prices are cheap. We got the meal deal. Pizza's were alright, fairly average. The wedge was a tad soggy, and onion rings were over cooked hence the fairly average rating.

As weird as it sounds to focus on, really need to try the wedges from here, taste incredible. Pizzas are great too and all for a good price

I ordered a mixed kebab on a naan bread. The only thing mixed was a bit of salad I got with it. No chicken just doner meat and it's not good to warm naan bread in the microwave as it was tasteless and rubbery. i don't know what difference it makes whether it was collected or delivered as I am reviewing your food. It was collected.

Very nice family-friendly feeling in the takeaway everyone is very welcoming and the food is great. I would recommend the lovely juicy southern fried chicken and is probably one of the best i have ever tasted

By far the best takeaway in S2 and fantastic lovely lads serving too. I arrived early on a cold Sunday when they were still prepping and the lads let me in to order while the shop was still setting up. Really appreciated with arthritis in my joints and the freshished food I’ve ever had which tasted soooo good. Thanks guys.

My partner and I ordered food from here last night. I had 4 pieces of chicken & chips. Chips were almost non existant and soggy, i have been up all night being sick. My partner had a mighty meat pizza. He has been up all night with heart burn we both have very bad diarrhoea.

Ordered a hot shot pizza for my son and I had a chicken kebab....it was chopped into small cubes asked for salad didn't get any? Asked for a pot of garlic sauce again didn't get it, the food wasn't nice at all the hot and spicy pizza tasted like cheese on toast with 1 jalapeno per slice, fries was so thin and full of Greece? Wouldn't order from here again waste of money. Only ordered because it's new and had good reviews but wasn't to my taste.all went in bin think I'll stick to toppolis in future, they need to learn how to make pizzas and cook properly
