Brill Burger in Sheffield

Deadest much I had, chicken burgers taste plain and the milkshake just take like diluted Nutella in ice water, tastes cheap🤮 honestly digusting, whoever made that milkshake is stingy af, from all the places I tried food, I’ve never been let down as this one. It had a decent rating so I thought I’d try it. Never been so disappointed, anyways you live n learn and what I’ve learned is to never order from this place that sells milk water milkshakes and plane Jane burgers

Love this place absolutely fantastic food too as always.

Food delicious it was just cold, it didnt matter too much apart from for the fries. Delivery time kept getting extended so ended up arriving much later than originally expected. But we'd order from here again and just hope it arrived hot.

Driver didn't want to get out of his car because of the rain so had to get it off him. Fine otherwise.

Estimated delivery was on the dot food was nice and warm when it arrived. Loaded fried were amazing and the king clucker was super fresh and big. Fries were the best I've ever had nd onion rings were good too. Defo ordering again. Amazing service, thanks a lot!

arrived cold,and bread bun on both burgers was soggy and burgers were limp. they also forgot to include the Sriracha sauce which was a paid extra Delivery time was kept extending. original estimate was 15-30min estimate, took 50minutes in the end.

Expected more for the cost really. Nothing spectacular and quite expensive for what it was.

Burger was great and arrived hot would highly recommend the grilled chicken. Fries were cold and cardboardy. Mozzarella sticks were also cold and some had no cheese inside. For brill burgers usual high standards I’m afraid this time I was disappointed.

Over an hour late all the food was cold so we won’t be using this place again nearly £50 and food was cold wouldn’t recommend

Found a staple in my food rang the shop didn’t even apologise or anything didn’t know what a staple was when they use them everyday single day first when placed order we t after 45 didn’t even print my order had to wait another 20 min service poor don’t know how to speak to customers don’t know how to speak English properly don’t understand there customers I order from here 4 times a week and will never be back again

We ate two burger inside and had two burger takeaways. I really liked both of them, they were so delicious. I also liked the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. If you want to eat a burger that will stay in your mouth, try it. Highly recommended.

Over 2 hours late. Everything was cold - such a shame as quality was there. Called the takeaway not rude but not helpful either. The lady blamed the lack of Just Eat drivers - she also put the phone down on me when I asked for her name.

I ordered burger, chips and milkshake. The chips where freezing and the milkshake was really watery. Really disappointed

The driver decided to walk from a main road and due to this part of the food was cold. The burger was amazing though.

chips were cold and burger was just warm enough to eat. the burger was delicious it's just a shame about the temperature. if your going to deliver food when it's winter then at least use an insulated bag. a cardboard box inside a paper bag isn't going to keep the food warm. 1st time ordering. Although delicious, your cold food let you down.

BY FAR the best order I have ever made on Ubereats. Well worth every penny. I built my own chicken burger and added fries and a drink for +£2. Wanted something sweet so I added in an Oreo milkshake and it did not disappoint - creamy and delicious. Good portion of seasoned fries & the free signature dip it came with. Food was still warm upon receiving it which was a first. Everything came neatly packaged and nothing moved around. Will definitely order again! Support independent restaurants!!

All ordered as meals but missing 2 x chips. Can’t get a refund as it refunds the whole burger meal which seems as tad harsh. Other than that was great but very disappointed this time due to missing items

I ordered Brill Burger take away with JustEat four times, and it has always been excellent! Food arrived hot, the orders were always correct, and the burgers are simply delicious! Will keep ordering from them (I love the menu but also building my own burger)

The driver was unable to find the address and when I rang him back he wasn’t listening to the instructions - even though it’s not a difficult place to find - he just kept telling me to come out of the house - I repeatedly tried to explain to him he wasn’t on my road - this resulted int he food being lukewarm warm - I have reported this to the restaurant and they are pursuing a refund

Great takeaway, win one of the best burgers in Sheffield. Having lived in Sheffield for 13 years have tried our fair share of takeaway burgers. These guys are definitely up there. The bread is something else and the toppings were fresh and delicious. A mountain of chips to accompany, which were on the cold side, but will let that slide! Definitely recommend!

Chicken burger was delicious, probably one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The let down was the beef burger (steak slices were amazing) but the beef patty was hard and chewy.

Part of boxed meal was missing. I received a phone call to let me know. I asked for the missing items but so far i havent ŕeceived them. As some of the items were missing it was expensive meal i wish i had just ordered a burger and not a boxed meal

Food was Luke warm could not eat it so waste of money

Dell very was good, very nice polite driver. We found the price too high for quality, just not worth it in our opinion. Others may disagree try it for yourself and see.

Always get burgers from here, the best ones in Sheffield . Staff Always helpfully, especially when I mistakenly ordered from the Chesterfield branch instead of the crookes one online . I just went in, and when I told them what a muppet I was, they quickly phoned Chesterfield and swapped it to here. No grumbling or nothing, and I can't praise the staff enough . 👍👍👍

We’re staying in Sheffield just for a couple days and have arrived with no knowledge of the area or anything. We looked on Deliveroo for the highest rated burger house in the area and it’s one of the highest for a reason. Without a doubt the best burger I’ve ever eaten. From the pretzel bun to the thick cut beautiful tomatoes (I don’t even like tomatoes), handmade complimentary chipotle mayo (I think) and the packaging was brilliant. Custom ordered solid box with custom wrap as well, normally your bog-standard takeaway would never go for this level of standard. £10.50 for the vegan chicken burger with fries. Nowadays you’re aren’t going to get more value for your money when ordering food online. If you’re thinking about it, stop. I’ve made up your mind. Order it.

Don't order on deliveroo. Ordered on deliveroo, wrong order arrived. When called to try and get a replacement they admitted they made a mistake, did not offer a replacement or discount code. They only offered an extra of what they messed up in the next order. Bonkers.

Food arrived just in time with literally a minute to go before it would’ve been late. Food was okay, slightly warm, and the quantity of chips was really good. The burger was very tasty, although I think it is expensive for what it is. A steady enough place, but I’m not going to be expecting bells and whistles from this place.

We come from Liverpool for treatment in Sheffield children’s hospital on a regular basis and the one good thing about coming is brill burger 😃 always fresh, amazing quality and just delicious. Thank you for the kind hearted “get well soon” note left with our food. It brought a huge smile to my daughter’s face. Food was amazing yet again 😋

Really tasty burgers and we love the spicy chips too. Presented really well in branded bag, box, napkin, just a bit pricy but you know you get what you pay for. If it was slightly less expensive we would order more times but this way it’s a nice tasty treat.

Terrible service I ordered my food at approximately 18.15 and it was 20.00 by the time it had arrived and both meals were cold

Food arrived cold . Driver was in no rush at all didn’t follow instructions had Meals before from here and they’ve always been great but today was so disappointing.

Burger was made wrong and instructions in note not followed, steak stacker burger had one slice of steak on, not exactly as described. Milkshake completely melted as Delivery was late and didn’t show until he’d dropped off another delivery a couple of miles away from the restaurant. No fault of the driver, just given too many orders for one delivery
