Great takeaway, win one of the best burgers in Sheffield. Having lived in Sheffield for 13 years have tried our fair share of takeaway burgers. These guys are definitely up there. The bread is something else and the toppings were fresh and delicious. A mountain of chips to accompany, which were on the cold side, but will let that slide! Definitely recommend!

Chicken burger was delicious, probably one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The let down was the beef burger (steak slices were amazing) but the beef patty was hard and chewy.

Part of boxed meal was missing. I received a phone call to let me know. I asked for the missing items but so far i havent ŕeceived them. As some of the items were missing it was expensive meal i wish i had just ordered a burger and not a boxed meal

Food was Luke warm could not eat it so waste of money

Dell very was good, very nice polite driver. We found the price too high for quality, just not worth it in our opinion. Others may disagree try it for yourself and see.

Always get burgers from here, the best ones in Sheffield . Staff Always helpfully, especially when I mistakenly ordered from the Chesterfield branch instead of the crookes one online . I just went in, and when I told them what a muppet I was, they quickly phoned Chesterfield and swapped it to here. No grumbling or nothing, and I can't praise the staff enough . 👍👍👍

We’re staying in Sheffield just for a couple days and have arrived with no knowledge of the area or anything. We looked on Deliveroo for the highest rated burger house in the area and it’s one of the highest for a reason. Without a doubt the best burger I’ve ever eaten. From the pretzel bun to the thick cut beautiful tomatoes (I don’t even like tomatoes), handmade complimentary chipotle mayo (I think) and the packaging was brilliant. Custom ordered solid box with custom wrap as well, normally your bog-standard takeaway would never go for this level of standard. £10.50 for the vegan chicken burger with fries. Nowadays you’re aren’t going to get more value for your money when ordering food online. If you’re thinking about it, stop. I’ve made up your mind. Order it.

Don't order on deliveroo. Ordered on deliveroo, wrong order arrived. When called to try and get a replacement they admitted they made a mistake, did not offer a replacement or discount code. They only offered an extra of what they messed up in the next order. Bonkers.

Food arrived just in time with literally a minute to go before it would’ve been late. Food was okay, slightly warm, and the quantity of chips was really good. The burger was very tasty, although I think it is expensive for what it is. A steady enough place, but I’m not going to be expecting bells and whistles from this place.

We come from Liverpool for treatment in Sheffield children’s hospital on a regular basis and the one good thing about coming is brill burger 😃 always fresh, amazing quality and just delicious. Thank you for the kind hearted “get well soon” note left with our food. It brought a huge smile to my daughter’s face. Food was amazing yet again 😋

Ordered two lots of fries and chicken strips but only received one . Delivery driver wasn’t interested so had to submit a request for a refund.

Really tasty burgers and we love the spicy chips too. Presented really well in branded bag, box, napkin, just a bit pricy but you know you get what you pay for. If it was slightly less expensive we would order more times but this way it’s a nice tasty treat.

Burger was made wrong and instructions in note not followed, steak stacker burger had one slice of steak on, not exactly as described. Milkshake completely melted as Delivery was late and didn’t show until he’d dropped off another delivery a couple of miles away from the restaurant. No fault of the driver, just given too many orders for one delivery

I ordered a burger with some fries, but they added extra onion rings which was so sweet of them. Very lovely staff, and really nice food.

The driver rang the door bell and two seconds later banged mightily on the window to which I asked him not to do again once I’d opened the door. He didn’t seem bothered and just walked away. Furthermore, the food was cold upon arrival which we’d never had from grill burger ever. Hoping it’s just a one off as we will probs order again at some point.

On the coldest day of the year so far in January, we warmed ourselves up by enjoying a mouth-watering and very messy feast at Brill Burgers in Crookes. Fast food but fresh! The burgers were so juicy and stacked with great ingredients that you could tell were high quality. We enjoyed; STEAK STACKER BOX – Beef Patty, melted American cheese, succulent steak slices, crispy onion, signature Brill & BBQ sauce in a toasted pretzel bun served with seasoned fries, Brill signature dip, 3x chicken strips, 5x Onion Rings and a choice of drink. PROPER FEAST. Only criticism is the lack of steak slices to what we expected, but this box meal is great value for money and a hungry tummy!!(£15.50) MIGHT MEXICAN BURGER – Beef patty, Brill tangy salsa, premium jalapenos, crispy onion, garlic mayo and spicy Brill mayo in a toasted pretzel bun. – comes with lettuce, beef tomato and pickles and served with seasoned fries and signature dip. Loved this, the salsa had kidney beans which was a great addition. The chips, chicken strips and onion rings were just right and we loved the signature dip to accompany everything as well. Great experience at Chesterfield's Brill Burger! The fries were perfectly crispy, the burger was excellent, and the cheese rolls were simply wonderful! The entire meal experience was enhanced by the exceptionally cordial and helpful service. Looking forward to returning for more delicious treats. I heartily suggest Brill Burger to anyone in search of a great dish supported with friendly service.

arrived cold due to incompetent and vey rude just eat delivery driver, who couldn't find his way to the rear door door of a terraced house and blamed me for not texting him directions. i had to go outside to find him. i only live half a mile away from Brill Burger (3 minutes max in a car) so not sure why it arrived cold. Food was not particularly well presented either. Disappointing, not ordered for a while but wasn't as nice as previous times.

Absolutely DISGRACEFUL experience ive had from here! Do not ever order! I decided to order a takeaway as Ive ordered many times before and they never sent me my food! NEW RESPONSE! Unfortunately it won’t let me respond to their reply. I have always ordered from this restaurant and never done anything different..they think I’ve clicked something which I haven’t.. they didn’t answer the phone or help me in this situation, poor service if you ask me.. hopefully you’ll have better service than me A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

The best burgers we have ever had. All freshly made, the smoke taste from grill is the best. The combination of the burger is great, so you don't feel it is heavy and boring. The chips are good too.

Normally the food and service here are great but just waited a long time to be served a chicken burger which was inedible when I tried to eat it at home.

Food was great. Just eat driver let the restaurant down as for some unknown reason took 45min to get to me even though i'm only a 15min drive away.

Ordered twice now and just awesome both times

We placed the order which was received at 1735hrs. We were told by the app the delivery time would be 1820hrs to 1840hrs. The time got to 1840hrs and the app refreshed and said the delivery time had changed to 1920hrs to 1940hrs. I hoped the order hadnt been cooked when the order was taken or ready for the first delivery time, as we received delivery at 1920hrs. When the food arrived the chips and onion rings were stone cold and the burgers were at best tepid, so the food had been standing for a long period of time. We haven’t had a Brill Burger in a long time and were really looking forward to it. Very disappointed in the overall ordering and quality of the food. Not sure if this is down to Brill Burger or Just Eat delivery. We have collected a burger before from Brill Burger that was exceptional so i can only put this down to Just Eat. Once again, very disappointed in the service

Not had a good experience at all the takeaway driver was refuseing to bring the food to the gate when he was parked up the road was on the phone to him telling we're to go an he was still refused to.do it then marked it that he had delivered the food witch he hadn't. Delivery time marked at.21.15 not good at all.

Usually really impressed with their food but past 2 times ordered just not been upto standard. Rushed making of burger presentation, all squashed and no seasoning on the fries very bland.

Waited almost an hour on Thursday at lunch. Had to ask for a refund as I was going to be late for work. Chased up the food from 35 minutes up to 55 and then had to leave. Dreadful service and rude staff.

Pretty much everything was great (buns, toppings, chips, sauce) BUT the burgers themselves. We had a chicken and a beef burger and both were low quality, frozen and bland. Such a shame, after all the rave reviews we were really looking forward to it. If they hadn't cheaped out on the main components it could have been brilliant.
