Food cold not much of a salad and pitta half cooked still doey round edges normally very good food not really had a problem with these but a let down tonight

When calling the restaurant 90 mins after ordering. They hadn't even started the order, as you can imagine crying kids and a ruined evening.... Finally arriving a further 45 minutes later (for context it's 5 minutes drive away)

box meal 1 was overloaded with wrong sauce and was therefore ruined was un eatable.

Had a chicken shawarma with chips. I have had shawarma from almost all shops in Sheffield and this was definitely the best!

My order was late, tried ringing the restaurant and after 15 attempts a man answered and was very rude on the phone and put phone down, said he would call back in 5 minutes but didn’t. No need to be rude to paying customers who are waiting for their food!!! Won’t be returning to this restaurant

Just a heads up!!! the topping was nice. chips a bit soggy but the pizza!!! the dough i could have rolling back up and made another base! not baked right. sorry for the review! but just to help out.

Food was lovely and arrived early. Took one star off as o order a shawarna and donner wrap and there was no donner it and for the price it was a bit small. It's was still good quality and very tasty though.

2 hours later & no food, phoned the take away & they said the driver has gone missing, I went to collect it, when I got home it was totally the wrong order & was cold! Won’t be ordering again!!

Ordered from here before. But today was ridiculous. An Hour Late for delivery and everytime we phoned they said it will be soon. Then when the food did come it was stone Cold.

The food came at 7:33 it was meant to come at 6:55 the order was missing two cans of pop a pizza didn’t have dinner meat on it and another didn’t even have sauce

waited 2 hours. when food arrived it was cold had to rehead. the grilled peri doner did not even have the taste of peri tasted stale and like normal doner. absolutely disappointed

Chips was cold, asked for sweet chilli and got chilli instead. The burger was cold with chips. My children vomited after eating one slice of the pizza.

Nice shawarma wraps and they got best chicken nuggets and chicken strips. Definitely give it a try, you won't get disappointed

One of the best takeaway in firth park a very hygienic and clean shop and food is absolutely nice for the price it’s worth it I would recommend this place to everyone that’s looking for quick quality fast food. Customer service was absolutely amazing in helping me out very polite respectful staff

Once my order was ready, I was asked by a member of their staff team whether I required any sauces on the food, he did not understand English and made a commotion about me asking about what sauces they had. He then proceeded to put extra sauce all over the food in a angry manner. His colleague had to step in and tell him, that he shouldn't act like this with the customers. The man was so rude for no reason and then attempted to blame me for his behaviour when his colleague challenged. He did not understand English and this clearly frustrated him. Very bad customer service and food was average. Will not be going here again as did feel threatened by the rude staff.

The most tasteful enjoyable takeaway we have ever had (3 adults, 4 children, and all had a mixture of food), and the waffles and desserts are 100% amazing. Best takeaway food around here. Ordered food and placed it for the wrong location. Told me I had 5 mins to cancel order. I had phoned after 5 mins of placing order and they had already made the order so I couldn’t get a refund or transfer to the right one. So cost me double for a takeaway. Didn’t know I could request a refund from just eat now I think it’s too late

Supplied the wrong item but corrected it really quickly and even the replacement arrived within the estimated delivery window.

Food took 1hr30m to come, which just isn't acceptable when similar local places take 30 to 45. I had a smash burger meal which I was really looking forward to and figured with a price tag of £10 just for the burger then an extra couple of pound to make it a meal, that it had to be something of quality. I was hoping to find a new takeaway to call my regular burger place so to say I was let down was an understatement. I'd get better quality from macdees and get more for money I spent. I doubt I'll be ordering from here again.

Food was very late, one item was wrong, garlic pizza bread was squished and stuck to lid, restaurant claimed to send something for free but did not get anything

Delivery driver callas you when he's outside so you can come and collect your food, because he can't be bothered to get out of his car. When highlighted to the restaurant, they don't care at all.

Tastiest food with quick delivery 5 stars!

My Doner Kebab box (with fries) took 1 hour and 20 mins to come on a Sunday. If I had known it was going to take that long I wouldn't have bothered. However good customer service but was let down by how long it took to come as I was mega hungry they were either mega busy or they forgot me. The kebab meat is actually tasty but seemed a bit dry, fries seemed a bit undercooked, the chilli sauce is hotter than average (although very nice) the naan bread was good, decent salad. Compared to other places was probably a less portion of doner meat here. Won't have them for delivery again, I might order again but will go down in my car (I couldn't tonight as had a few pints). Was £7.99

quick delivery but the food quality is awful chicken was hard bits was like toe nails no chicken just hard pieces, pizza had a odd taste think sauce is a cheap one or needs replacing could not evan eat chicken took it all off and eat the bread. Shame

We had the mega box to share with doner & shawarma meat with double burger cheese fries and chicken wings was really tasty and hot! The meal came much quicker than the estimated delivery time. This is only the second time I’ve used this restaurant and both times food has been excellent. The burger was really juicy sometimes you get burgers from takeaways and they are quite dry but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Also like that you can customise all the accompaniments in the burger as lots of restaurants don’t allow this and even when you add notes don’t get what you want 5star

Food was cold when it arrived, pizza dough was under cooked, bbq sauce on pizza tasted off and when it came it was all folded over in the box. Paid for cheese sauce which did not come. Very disappointed, majority of the food got wasted.

Waited 2 hours for food to be delivered cold and in broken packaging. The delivery driver didn’t even knock at the door. What are we psychic?! What a shambles of a ‘restaurant’, ‘takeaway’ will not be ordering again.
