After reading all the excellent reviews for this place I had to check it out especially as I was in the area. First of all the staff are very friendly and let you try all the flavours. They even kindly made me a fresh cannoli ☺️. The gelato was OK nothing special I've definitely had better. Portion size good.

This is the best gelato I had since I came to London 10 y ago. 100% natural organic Italian ingredients coming from Italy . Brexit could not defeated it, it is still the place to go for the best of the best gelato in town. In 3 weeks I have been 4 times and this is my weekly treat now. I have tried gelato but also the small cake: the 7 layers pistachio and the cannoli cake are heaven! I will buy my birthday cake there for sure. I cannot thank enough this place coz I found my heaven corner in London . Viva l’Italia and the good QUALITY food.

We usually go to another local ice cream shop, but the queue was too long so we tried this newcomer. Wow, fantastic - pistachio is the benchmark and Duci certainly exceeded.

The best gelato in London!!! Such good ice cream, great selection of flavours and fair prices. There is often a queue here and you can see why. They are taking covid measures seriously which is great to see. My favourite flavour is the ricotta cheese flavour. Ps they do a fiver back at the mo for orders over £10 if you pay via Amex.. win, win!!!

This lovely little cafe on a quiet side street in Chiswick does fantastic gelato, which is why we went in. The shopfront and gelato bar conceals the seating area from the street so it looks very pleasant and cosy. The mouthwatering selection of panetonne made me add it to my list of places to shop for gifts next Christmas. Well worth a visit.

Just wonderful. Perfect selection of flavours which are delicious, friendly staff, fairly-priced, generous portions, they even provide somewhere nice to sit. The hazelnut is to die for - one of the two best ice creams I have ever tasted. And I have tasted a lot of ice cream! I am so pleased that Duci has opened in West London.

The staff were very friendly. Although there was a queue it was definetely worth it. We sat down in the lounge area and ate the delicious treat. I had a small cup of half milk chocolate and half vanilla ice cream. We tested the other flavors but found them all slightly on the sweet side. I would absolutely come more regularly!

Delicious gelato! The affogato is the best. Try the expresso-top rate coffee! Tucked away on a quite road, in a friendly suburb of West London. This has turned into my favourite afternoon coffee place!

Used a sample spoon to try duci: it is riocotta cheese flavor -- I did not like it. So, got a cone with a scoop of chocolate chip and a scoop of raspberry. The gelato is very smooth and creamy. 2.90 pounds seemed like a fair price.

Very busy on a Friday night with a mixed audience from families with children to couples on dates. We were unfortunately squeezed in between 2 families and got noisy from 4 sets of handheld devices used for games or videos. I never stop to wonder why the parents don’t give their little ones headphones so the rest of the place can have a nice evening. Starters were really nice, grilled octopus and burrata. Can recommend both of them. Carbonara for main was not good at all. It looked like the dish had been sitting around for a while before it was brought out with the sauce starting to dry. Not a lot of flavour, lacking both salt and pepper. The guanciale on my dish was all fat. I know that cut is supposed to be fatty but lightly fried 0,5 inch lumps of fat was just disgusting! I told 2 members of staff who apologised and promised to deduct something from the bill. That didn’t happen… Not the normal experience but unfortunately the one I’m now left with and I’ll give it some time before coming back.

2 Turnham Green TerraceThis is a place very dear to my heart with strong sentimental value, my late Mother loved this restaurant, and before she died we would come here often as a family for either food but mainly for the ice cream. This is an italian family owned business, and the husband and wife who own this resturant are usually always there and always warm, friendly and accommodating. I often come here to eat when I feel sad and somehow want to feel connected to my Mother but in the summer I usually come a lot more for the delicious ice cream. I recommend their vanilla with mango sorbet! My mothers favourite dish that I usually get here is Salmone, it bursts with flavour and never disappoints, The atmosphere here is nice too, the resturant gives a family feeling, the only thing that would make it perfect is better heating.
