If you’re looking for a unique dining experience Dubberley delicious is the place to visit in Lichfield. The moment you arrive you are made to feel so welcome by Jack and Lucy. The restaurant seats up to 16 with two tables of 8 so great for that special occasion. There were only 4 of us dining on the evening we went and what a great private dining experience it was. The menu was emailed a week before to see what delights we were expecting,Also anything that was not of your preference you was given the choice to change a course from viewing other options they have by contacting Lucy. The 8 course taster menu was absolutely outstanding from start to Finish. Consisting of freshly sourced produce to a very high quality. Cooked to perfection and each course explained in detail. The mangalitza pork course was one of my favourites,with presentation cards explaining about the pork and its background (nice touch ) Watching Jack cook in the open kitchen and explaining the food he is preparing is a great personal touch and also answering any questions you may have with his high knowledge of food. The Wine selection is very good and Lucy gives great recommendations. The experience is a must A hidden gem in Lichfield.

Truly fine dining. Dined here for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding dinner. The food was exceptional, as was the service and hospitality offered by Jack and Lucy.

Food was delicious. Our party of 16 couldn't find a fault with any of the 7 different dishes. It was all cooked to perfection, plated and served wonderfully and the interaction was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and would return. Thanks so much for a great evening!

Amazing. Jack and Lucy have made Dubberley Delicious private dining an experience not to be missed. Eight course fine dining menu tailored to our tastes, all prepared and cooked fresh in the kitchen next to your table. Nothing is rushed, we were there for about 3 hours, each course being explained with extra insight given into the preparation. Seasonal menu that prides itself on using local and British produce, even the Wagyu is from Welsh Wagyu cattle. Private dining isn't cheap, we paid a little over £135 each including drinks. Already checking our dairy to see when we can go again.

I booked this fine dining restaurant for my husband's 60th birthday meal and we weren't disappointed. Contact with Lucy and Jack in sorting out the menu and arrangements were spot on,they couldn't have been more helpful. I am gluten free and this was not a problem at all. We chose the 6 course tasting menu which was amazing. We'd never done private fine dining before, we have visited a number of top rated restaurants in London prior to this but the intimate dining experience and exquisite food out shone all of these. The restaurant had amazing interior and having the place to ourselves was wonderful. I don't know if I want to eat with anyone else now!. We had the most wonderful Guinness bread and I had a tomato GF bread. Local Asparagus with Yuzu, Monkfish,Lamb, Wagu beef. Also alternatives for fish were a tasty curried cauliflower and a strawberry dessert to finish with homemade chocolate and petit fours. Full menu on my photo. We had our wedding dinner for 16 at Dubberley Delicious and it was magnificent! Jack and Lucy met with us beforehand to discuss the menu- so many incredible choices. Communication was always seamless, Jack and Lucy were so friendly and professional. The restaurant itself is lovely and intimate. The food was absolutely delicious (I can’t stop thinking about the salmon we had!!! All the other dishes were spectacular as well!) and we would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking to host an intimate wedding dinner, special dinner or just to have dinner! It was perfect. Absolutely amazing! If you are a fan of fine dining and want to take a few friends somewhere in Lichfield, this is definitely the place! The food is excellent, it is such a beautiful and wonderful experience and very personal. The chef gives a very special touch. Went here with a few foodie people from work, and it is one of the best experiences we have ever had. We will definitely be returning.

The food in this restaurant is at such a high standard. If you go there, you will not be disappointed. They cater for 16 people Max minimum of four definitely an individual dining experience. They cater for your every need and preferences and allergies. I’m always very excited to eat in this restaurant. Jackie Lucy are amazing with what they present to the public. The restaurant is amazing it’s very chilled out place to eat. If you’re visiting Lichfield make sure you book it as you can see the food it’s just outstanding.

Booked a slot with ease for my anniversary and my wife's birthday with a couple of friends. We were blown away by the level of expertise and quality down to the very last detail. They even made a birthday card for my wife. Extremely happy and would totally recommend to anyone. Guinness bread was to die for.

Amazing food, already looking to book again.

What an amazing & unique experience! After making an initial booking online Jack contacted me by email to find out our groups main likes/dislikes & produced a perfect sounding menu, It lived up to it! The courses were delicious, incredible flavours, beautifully presented, paired with great wines. Jack is not only a talented Chef but a lovely & interesting person too, the whole experience is one we won't forget. I can't wait for another special occasion to return :-). NB. We also had 1 Coeliac (gluten free) in the group, the only substitution she needed was the crumpet, Jack had made a fresh GF sundried tomato bread for her, she said it was the best she had ever tasted.

This was our second meal with Jack and will go back time and time again beats any other restaurant in town Well done Jack wishing you well in your new place x

What can I say, one of the best experiences ever! We've previously dined at the holy trinity of Lichfield fine dining establishments and Michelin starred establishments around the world but stumbled over DD when we saw its amazing Trip Advisor reviews. It is in a different class, the experience of creating your menu with Jack and then the private dining experience is truly in a league above anything else we have experienced. Just joyful from start to finish, could not recommend enough.

If you are looking for a restaurant that cooks food you and or your party likes, then you must come here. This is the ultimate way to dine. First book a table, then the Chef will contact you to discuss your requirements such as number of courses, type of dishes per course and dietary needs, then this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a fine building with lots of room, then don’t come here. However if you want food that comes to your liking, a Chef (Jack) who can converse about what you’re eating and a cosy place that seats up to ten - this is the place. I can honestly say this is a venue you shouldn’t miss. This is the place that others will copy. Mark my words. I didn’t know what I missed in a restaurant until I came here. You won’t be sorry.

I booked this for my partners 50th Birthday. It lived up to all my expectations and more. Jack and Lucy were more than accommodating. Jack cooking is sensational, some of our guest came from 2 hours away and they said they would book this themselves in the future. The ambiance and quirky nature of this venue also added greatly to what was a very memorable evening... highly recommend, and thank you dubbery for making it not only delicious but delightful.

Wonderful fine dining in Lichfield.

I took my wife there yesterday for her birthday, we had a fabulous meal, great conversation with Jack and lovely wine to complement each of the four courses. I would highly recommend visiting either for lunch or evening meal and we will be visiting again in the future.

Me and my girlfriend went to this restaurant and it was so perfect. The food was perfect and cooked to perfection. It was a great date and my girlfriend and I really enjoyed it I really recommend dining in as the service and workers and really kind. Best restaurant I have ever been too.

What a great time this was! Given as a gift, my wife and I had a fabulous five course private dining experience. We drove an hour and a half to attend this today and it was totally worth it, in fact I'll be looking to book it again myself this time. Jack is a great chef, passionate about what he does and fully recommend you talk to him about it, during your experience. Great food and great dining experience with a quality chef.

We’ve now visited Dubberley Delicious twice and literally cannot fault it. Jack is so talented, his food is truly delicious and made with so much care and attention to detail and he’s just a really lovely guy too. To have your own personalised menu tailored to your needs and to be able to watch Jack skilfully at work as well as having the chance to ask him any questions is such a wonderful and unique experience. It’s all done in such a beautiful, cosy and relaxed setting and in such a welcoming and unobtrusive way, which is remarkable and one that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I am so glad that I found Dubberley Delicious and cannot wait to go back to try more delicious food soon - thank you so much Jack.

From the moment I booked through to our fabulous dinner last night, everything was perfect. Great communication, fabulous food and excellent service on the night. The menu was tailored especially for us with a superb drinks flight too. From the garlic popcorn and Guinness bread to start, the succulent waygu beef, celeriac with apple, delicious monkfish, beautifully pink lamb and chocolate and passionfruit - everything was amazing. Jack cooked a delicious dinner especially for us and he let Pete and Nick play with his knives! Lucy was extremely attentive throughout - we felt very well looked after. Thanks guys - we highly recommend you support this small, local business!

My husband and I visited Dubberley Delicious for our anniversary! Wow Wow WOW! It was amazing!!!! The setting is so cosy, quirky and romantic. Jack was amazing, the food was so so delicious, we didn't want the courses to end. Honestly, one of the best places we've been to eat! Would definitely highly recommend it and definitely will be going back! From booking to planning and attending, it was an amazing journey and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Today I attended Dubberly Delicious for a 3 course tasting menu to celebrate my partners birthday. Firstly the atmosphere is incredible, nice and warm, comfy and cosy. The service that Jack provided was amazing! From the drinks to the food, the whole evening was amazing. I can be quite fussy when it comes to certain foods, however, Jack went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my dinner choice. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening here and will definitely be booking again. Thankyou Jack.

The most amazing food served in an effortless way. Such an attention to great quality ingredients and plate aesthetics, along with immense flavour sensations. Lovely experience even down to the great quality cutlery and crockery. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious meal. Hard to select our favourite course (pictured Creedy carver duck breast- cherry- celeriac - duck fat mash- duck jus- spring onion and Lemon curd- raspberry gel- raspberry sorbet- Italian meringue- shortbread crumb). Very enjoyable with two teen-agers in tow, one of whom was delighted to have a go at plating up his own duck dish. Highly recommended.

We stopped at Dubberly Delicious for a bite to eat whist visiting the Plant Pot Garden Centre. The Al Fresco food off the Big Green Egg was amazing, would definitely recommend!
