Where do I start? This small café In Southwick has 10 out of 10 service, the ladies and gents serving in there have it down to a T. Food and coffee is of the highest standard Compared to other competing cafés in the Square, and there attention to detail on coffees ect is flawless, Could not recommend this café enough

I went into the cafe the other day and had a drury breakfast which was delicious, with an amazing cup of coffee followed along with a gluten free lemon cake which was scrumptious. Customer service was amazing will be going back

I popped in to this cafe and was greeted with a wonderful welcoming smile by a waitress called Sam. She made me the most amazing cappuccino, a rarity to find a really tasty one these days. Topped off with a yummy slice of cake. I will definitely be going back. 5 stars from me 🤩

Great little coffee shop locally in Southwick Square. Been over a dozen times and each time spot on. Coffee is great and will even come with some latte art. The breakfast wraps are my go to. And the mini and full breakfast I recommend depending on how hungry you are. The cheese twists are delicious and great to snack on before your main round of food while you wait. Prices are very reasonable and competive to the other places in the square. Can get very busy around lunch time so expect some time waiting but overall I wouldn't worry. Highly recommend.

Just a great cafe serving home cooked foods. Cooked exceptionally well. Tasty, hot, good presentation. 10£'s for a very hearty breakfast served at lunchtime. Staff are friendly and helpful. Mixed ages customers. I will return.

Absolutely love going here. The breakfasts are great. The fresh sandwiches and cakes are amazing. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. The only slight negative I have is that they put salt and pepper on your food automatically without asking. As long as you remember to say no seasoning though, it's ok. Otherwise, they're the best.

What an absolute 💯 gem 💎! 10.45 am on a Saturday morning and the place was rammed. There's are numerous reasons why, too. Friendly, courteous staff, clean and welcoming café, and - here's the crucial part - one of the best breakfasts I've had in years. I can truly find no fault with it. I will certainly be returning soon to sample some other stuff from the extensive menu.

Absolute s#@t hole. Rude owner, needs to get a gum reduction to start with before being rude to customers. Hair in the food, complained about it and told its mine, I'm not blonde neither is my partner. Awful place. Would not recommend.

Came here on the recommendation of a friend due to the area having many breakfast spots. I ordered the Drury breakfast which is basically a full English for around 9 pounds. It does not come with a drink so I ordere a tea which make the price just over 11pounds. For this it was an average breakfast, the bacon was ok, eggs were not runny and the hash browns not crispy. The actual place was quite cozy there were many people eating but ample seating. The food came out fast and the service was great. I might comeback but not for the breakfast. My dog was taken care of and she enjoyed my leftover sausage.

Excellent cafe in Southwick shops. Very good menu with some healthy choices amongst the normal all day breakfasts. My wife had grilled haloumi avocado and grilled tomatoes on sourdough toast. Served with salad leaves dressed with balsamic vinegar. I had a chicken, avocado and tomato variant on sourdough toast. Really great. Friendly and very reasonably priced!

Going with a five star review though it’s a mildly expensive full English - must have been the extra Tea that bumped it up

Lovely unpretentious coffee/breakfast/lunch place on Southwick high street. Service was excellent, drink and food very tasty and many choices and extremely good value for money especially if you're used to Brighton prices. Free parking along the street outside as well I think. Think it's open slightly later than it says on Google - 4:30 I think but can't remember the full details.

Had a bacon sandwich and coffee from here .I must say it's such great to have a bacon sandwich with no fat.As found some places you go to bacon sandwiches have so much fat.ive been here several times before I really like this place.when I visit southwick this is always my first place I go.keep up the great work with the bacon sandwiches.will be returning soon for another bacon sandwich and coffee.

Over priced sausage and bacon baguette. Charged more for a baguette than a sandwich and half the amount of filling. Poor show I didn't hang up. I wasn't rude. A sausage sandwich has two sausages in. A more expensive baguette had one. Please explain the reason for this.

My espresso was nice and they made the cappuccino dry as ordered 🙂 Nice local cafe, staff happy to chat with the regulars and newcomers alike, which is nice!...only a little annoying if you are waiting for your order to be done, so if in a hurry make sure you order takeaway.

Lovely owner and staff, i used to enjoy their hospitality in September when i was starting up my business and they never questioned why i was in there for hours on end, popping in and out whilst i was learning and doing some gig economy work. I only used to buy a few coffees and they allowed me to also play my Fifa Mobile game on their public wifi, where at one point i reached in the top 1000 in the world! As well as my own Youtube learning for my digital growth agency. Hard working people , would thoroughly recommend visiting them, especially when this lockdown is over for the ambience, especially when sat outside watching the world go by with a coffee. I normally bump into some old friends when visiting too, especially my friends from the local Cricket and Tennis club. Visit now as they have good quality coffee and the manager is so nice to deal with as well as the understanding and compassionate staff.

Drury is the best cafe / coffee shop I've been to in Brighton & hove . I've been to many cafes as a tradesmen but Drury Southwick is by far the best and won't be topped . The staff are ever so lovely and very quick & clean with their job . The food well That's a different story , it is sublime and ever so tasty ! I have never had a bad dish or bit of grub from there! it's all perfect ! Drury is also a very child friendly cafe and a very warm welcoming place to be with friends or family.

We waited nearly 30 minutes for a soup and cheese toastie. There was no apology and only one order in front of us, which also had to wait 30 minutes. I completely understand that these are difficult times however it was more the flippant response and lack of communication that caused me to review. We won’t be returning anytime soon.
