Food is okay, but very slow staff. Around 20 minutes wait for a box of noodles even when the place is empty

Nice food but a little overpriced. Also, it seems poor organisation when you want to sit in and you’re told that they’re out of bowls and therefore have to serve you the food in a take away container. I would advise the place to invest in some more crockery and also to serve the food with real cutlery as opposed to plastic as for your environmental record this is really not that great.

ordered Satay, got soy sauce...too salty.

Probably ordering about 10th in a row best noodles ever but 10 in a row hardly any sauce noodles very dry same with chicken. It's not that hard to put some sauce. It makes me not going back there.

I'm starting to think this Dr. Noodles guy specialises in flavour bypass surgery. The myriad options on the menu gives the team ample opportunity to mess up spectacularly, and there is less salt in the sea than was in our meals. It was completely inedible. I'd sooner perform my own dentistry than go back here. AVOID!

Didn’t reserve all of my items

I’ve been coming here for 10 years, and Dr Noodles quality has been amazing. The customer service is nothing short of amazing, where the staff go above and beyond for customers with certain dietary restrictions (namely using veg stock for their halal chicken as the standard chicken stock isn’t). I’m impressed with their new menu, and layout of the restaurant and feel it’s a nice update which exceeds the great standard of service from previous years.

I paid for beef and no beef in the order other than that still very nice

Fair warning: Food was blant with no seasoning and scarcely any sauce and I was charged £3 extra for chicken in chicken curry rice as apparently it's a common practice to add that fee to what's advertised as £7.95 bowl (yes, £10.95 without drink for cooked chicken stripes, overcooked veg, tiny drop of curry sauce, no seasoning whatsoever and boiled rice).

Placed an order at 2.50pm for delivery for 5.20. Tipped the driver and everything. The food arrived at 5.50, cold and the driver shoved the bag in my face said ‘Here’ then took off without so much as a Hello.

Noodle shop that works according to the modular system works You decide on a size (regular is really a lot), noodles or rice, type of meat or tofu, vegetables or not and sauce. The food is delicious, but the amount of vegetables was too little for me. There are a few tables or you can take it away with you.

Average noodles. Decent service. Food not that hot. Price is ok.Doubt I'll return

Initially the delivery time was 2:04 but it kept getting pushed back because the driver was on Spring Gardens for ages!

Healthy fast food. One of my favourite go to places for a quick meal without feeling guilty afterwards.

Order sat on pending for 2 hours only then to be “delivered” when I didn’t receive it. Tried to contact the restaurant but phone calls would not go through.

Said 25mins delivery when ordered came 1 hr 50 mins later! Food was so cold and beef was inedible! Never had such a terrible order!

I ordered a regular noodle box with extra veg and beef. The order arrived with no beef in it at all and hardly any veg. Iv opened up a request for a refund. It was literally just a box of noodles and sauce.

late, lukewarm and was rotten with salt! very badly, overly salted to the point it was inedible

the resteraunt gave us a free extra meal with our delivery as they mixed up chicken for beef. which other place would send you both? exemplary food and service. ++

Had to call the restaurant after our delivery time had passed to be told it was still sitting there. Credit to staff who agreed to make fresh food so we didn’t receive cold food. Restaurant staff were fantastic but Just Eats service was terrible!

The food was lovely but it was meant to arrive at 20:15 (I preordered) and yet it didn’t arrive until 20:50. This wasn’t ideal and the food was a little cold

Order came without can of coke and was filled 95% with rice with little toppings or sauce.

The food was good - hot and tasty, but my order was missing 3 bottles of water. I challenged the delivery driver and he said he was only handed the food and one bottle.

Lovely. My daughter dragged me here as part of our Father and daughter dates, but the other members of the family tagged along. One warning, though, is that the regular portions aren't regular at all but massive.

Food, as always, was fantastic (although tonight there wasn't much chicken in either box), however delivery was over one and a half hours after order...

Haven't eaten here for a while, but it's good to know that Dr Noodles is still as delicious as always :)

Absolutely love Dr Noodles... it's one of our favourites. The very best tasting tofu I've ever had, and the range of sauces is fab.

Horrible Asian food (coming from an Asian). Basically, it’s a lazy people meal that’s it.

There was hardly any sauce included, so the order was basically a box of white rice. This is a shame because we've ordered many times before and the food has been great.

Not as good as usual unfortunately. Food was a little cold on arrival and didn’t enjoy it as much as normal, lack of chicken and veg this time, and mostly consisted of noodles. Good, but not great this time.

Didn't get chicken with noodles in 1 of my orders phoned Dr noodles to make sure no one else has the same issue especially if paying for it , Every time get delivery takes delivery driver to wrong address and always late and they phone I have to explain then stand outside can you change to correct location for 86 kincorth circle

I took soya and honey sauce with noodles. The personnel putting the noodles into the pack was not accurate, some noodles just bent out the box, and the personnel just took the noodles with his hand without gloves and put it inside !!! The sauce is not balanced, a lot of honey it is too sweet! I couldn't eat it. I will never return that place!

Called the store, they waited over an hour for a driver to turn up. Food arrived cold 2 hours after order was placed.

Food was delivered on time but unfortunately all meals were extremely salty on this occasion and were unable to finish due to this.

I use to work quite close by so it use to be my go to lunch place and it is handy and very quick for the level of staff in and the staff are just truly lovely people as I use to enjoy having a nice long chat also the food is amazing and quite good for the pricing

The order was 40-45 mins late and came cold. Had to microwave to heat. No apologies for being late. Order was ready about an hour before we received according to the app. Also the boxes weren’t marked with what was in them. Poor service.

Can i just say i have just received my order 2.5hours after i first placed this... which is totally unexpectable, considering the offer time was 35-45 minutes The order should of never been accepted by yourselves. After speaking to the restaurant twice they informed us that a driver was on his way, to sill wait another hour to be told another driver would be attending, The food was made an hour before we actually got, i also have pictures of the food spillage in the bag, which the driver handed to me after taking it out of his bag, that our order was lying on it's side, so the sauce has gone into the other portions. Never once did i get any update from just eat, only for me to call the restaurant twice which were very helpful. To the driver telling me it wasn't his fault and couldn't help me...

About 50 minutes late. Ordered 1.25 hours before delivery time requested. Pretty poor. Food was lukewarm but ok taste.

The food was good as usual, although a little cold this time, and a few mins late, but not a big deal. The delivery driver was miserable though, when I answered the door he just handed me the food and walked off without saying anything.
