Dr Noodles in Perth & Kinross

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Noodle during my lunch! I was passing through while working and searched on Google for food places near me and decided to give this one a shot. I’m not normally a review writer but….the flavors were outstanding, and the staff provided top-notch service. The variety of noodle dishes offered catered to my taste, I was asked about each individual ingredient I would like added to my box which is rare for a noodle bar and the ambiance added to the overall enjoyment. I'll definitely be returning the next time I pass through

This is the second and last time I will ever eat here. I was violently ill again! No idea why because it tasted ok. I'm not slating a business just saying how I have found it.

Actually ordered online so can only comment on the food. I’ve ordered loads from them. Food is always great and consistent. It is expensive but a healthier choice than other fast food chains. Will pay a visit in future no doubt as it’s my favourite eatery. Food always arrives on time and nothing is ever missing.

The food is rotten and disgusting , smell urine.. Staff rude without basic customer service training. Hope they will have FSA inspection soon.

I am so glad Dr Noodles is healthy. It tastes so good, I assumed it was unhealthy 😂. Thoroughly recommend the spicy satay sauce.

I have been to Dr Noodles in Perth many times before and have always loved it, however tonight I went in immediately the staff were very rude and I got no smiles from either of them, I have dealt with many of their other staff who have been lovely but the ones tonight were not. I then ordered my usual but as I got home I realised there was a lot of chilli's on top of my noodles, so I had to come back to say it was not the correct sauce, but the woman was adamant that it was the correct sauce and that I was wrong, I ended up having to come home with the wrong noodles and I couldn't eat them. No dinner for me. Disappointing.

Visited tonight Sunday 5th December, no smiles, no customer interaction, no thank you, have not seen staff so miserable, this normally means that the management are either treating the staff badly or they are not employing the right staff. They also managed to miss out the hot sauce and considering how quiet it was, not great. I have visited several times in the past and the staff were excellent, engaged well and food correct. Some retraining in customer service is badly required or perhaps getting rid of the current managers if the staff are not enjoying their jobs.

Came in all jolly and said hi- no reply given. Me and my friend ordered the same food and when we were asked to pay we said we will pay together then she asked one of us to pay and we said we’re paying together and she out loud sighed and shook her head at us. Then we were enjoying our not very nice noodles that didn’t have any taste. I then was rudely interrupted by a loud screech which happened to be the manager shouting at one of her minions I looked over and she is blowing bubbles with her chEwing gum. Following on the worker situation she dropped something and one of her colleagues looked over at her and she said what you staring at in a rude manner. Her colleague then said sorry and a very scared voice I can see him no shaking. Don’t waste ur money. Go to dominos

I don’t normally write reviews on here, but I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received on Monday, 13th of September. I simply asked if it was possible to have two separate dishes in the same box, for example Chicken curry and honey chilli chicken. The staff didn’t seem to get this straight forward request and the female manager rudely exclaimed that I was not making any sense. I would have been understanding if they explained that this request was not possible, but instead they started asking if I wanted two boxes and separate sauces? I tried explaining my request countless times, but they kept jumping the gun and didn’t bother to hear me out. Unfortunately, I had to leave because of the terrible service and disrespect. Waste of time and energy!

Really good teriyaki and rice, quick, tasty and very reasonable price. They can cater for my onion phobia which is a must for me.

Nice food Small portions Paid £10.95 for the box and also tipped delivery lady. Wish I hadn’t now. Expensive for a small box of noodles ☹️

When I went into the shop the service was appalling. The place was empty and when I enquired about how you ordered the server was obnoxious and unhelpful. I ordered regular rice with regular spicy chicken coconut sauce. When I got home and opened the carton there was little or no sauce...and to add to this there was s large black hair. I couldn't find a contact to complain about this so I surmised this is the reason that everything was so poor I certainly would eat this food if it was what you got as description. The whole experience was bad and the hygiene of the hair in the food horrendous. Standards are below acceptable and I'm starving right now . Saturday 3rd August Served 5.45pm

Choice of noodles or rice. Choice of meats or veg and loads of different flavours of sauce. You can have a healthy option if you want. Great place for friends and a quick bite to eat. Staff are lovely

Mostly a takeaway place but we decided to sit-in (seating and tables are limited) this time. As before, the service was brilliantly conducted and in a friendly manner. As we were sitting-in we were offered a choice of either takeaway cardboard container or a proper bowl and chopsticks. Ended-up with a surprisingly large bowl of beef and noodles which we enjoyed thoroughly - substantial, tasty and inexpensive meal. Ticks all the boxes if friendly service, cleanliness, value for money and fast food is on your agenda - but sure doesn't feel much like the typical fast food joint.

Eat here now and again and have never had a bad dish yet. Really yum and really healthy. Staff always friendly, place is always clean and decent prices.
