Had a lovely breakfast & coffee ☕ with a catch up with my friends in the cafe here. All staff very friendly, lot's of other group activities * Grocery Shop * reduced school uniforms * local community activities, open to anyone, join shop & be a member, all made welcome, located upstairs above Newlook clothing store via lift/walkway/steps - child friendly & wheelchair accessible, take a look 👀🙂

We’ve been here on several occasions and every time the food has been top quality and always lots of choice on the menu..catering for all. The staff are friendly and always willing to help if you need anything. I would definitely recommend Down Town to anyone..and it’s great value for money too😊

Lovely place for a coffee break. Only had drinks this time but will definitely be returning for food and/or drinks. Spacious, very clean, comfortable and welcoming, staff are all very cheerful and friendly and service was excellent. Prices were very good and menu is varied. What a wonderful way to help the community. The teas and hot chocolate were really good.

Absolutely love this little local gem, the food is delicious and service is amazing, always doing everything they can to make your visit a special one. In particular at our latest visit we were served by Lilly who was especially attentive to even the smallest details. Thank you!

Decided to visit as my boyfriend is coeliac and they have an extensive choice of gluten free food. So glad we did as it was the best gluten free pizza & panini we’ve tried. Also decided to try the cassata siciliana cake on a whim, genuinely one of the best cakes I’ve had (and it’s gluten free so even better). Highly recommend, both staff serving were attentive, friendly and chatty. All round wholesome trip, definitely will visit again!
