Would be a zero if possible. Raw, uncooked and flat waffle thought I'd been given a pancake. Wouldn't recommend it and won't be ordering again.

Haven't been for a while but decided a visit to discover the portion sizes slashed by more than half the ice-cream with the waffles was pathetic in comparison to our first visit a few months ago we won't be going back disappointed

Ok. You're getting mugged off on the 16oz milkshakes. The tango iceblast is 16oz.. there's a substantial difference and they cant get away with it by saying the milkshakes are pumped up to the top of domed lid because this wasnt the case. It was a tasty bubblegum milkshake.

I was craving chocolate cake last night, my husband went to pick it up from these guys. I’ve had lotus milkshake from them before which was nice. This cake however was extremely bad. The chocolate covering was nice, but the cake itself was extremely dry and almost burnt tasting. Very disappointing. I’m not sure if these cakes are outsourced or not. But if so, should probably change supplier if this wasn’t just a bad batch.

Usually, visit and eat in or take out with friends and family but had an horrible experience with them recently, giving us the wrong desserts and when calling up about it the person on the phone being extremely rude and disrespectful towards us. Staffs behaviour was absolutely disgusting which is disappointing as normally when I go in person they are respectful and pleasant to talk to.

Waited over 1hr 15mins which should have been about 20 mins for a few chocolate cake and custards with only living 2 mins away this is horrendous I couldn't collect has have young children at home I rang and the customer service was shocking lied about timing I wouldn't go back here for nothing it's a shambles Sprinkles is much better on colne Rd that place is highly recommended

☹️ We ordered some food and were really disappointed with the sevice, this is the third food order we were having to chase. we rang up to chase our order after an hour and 10 minutes and the staff on the phone said he’s gonna be five minutes, he’s round the corner, but after waiting for another 25 minutes I rang again chasing my order, and the staff was trying to explain to me about the driver doing a lot of deliveries etc. Eventually the food arrived after another 10 minutes, the driver just handed me the food with no apology and why it was soo late, he just smiled and went, we opened our food and it was cold, we ordered some with custard and some cookie dough and waffles, just really bad.

Awesome place to eat delicious desserts! This eatery has everything. The decor and atmosphere is really nice, it provides a family friendly environment. There's plenty of indoor seating. Situated in a prime location with parking close by. The food is delicious and well known, especially the milk cakes. The staff are super hardworking and friendly and the food is well priced. Will be returning soon! Would definitely recommend 10/10

The dessert I had the ferror Roche waffle and the Vanilla latte was really good. On point did not take ages and the waffle was nice as it had a crunch taste to it.

Menu doesn't match the prices, what's the point of a menu

I don't really leave reviews but had to on this one. I must say, very impressed from walking into the door until I walked out. Very nice and clean place to eat in, suitable for families. Very well presented and nice relaxing atmosphere. Staff are really good, lad at the counter had really good manners and is polite, opened door for a customer who had hands full, asked us how food was etc. Ma sha Allah, good place.

Took an hour a 25 minutes for them to deliver a milkshake and 2 desserts. No answer each time you ring the shop. Shocking service, will never order again from here. No apologies when the desserts finally did come.

Milkcake used to be banging, gone downhill sadly, bang average nothing special. Feel like dessert places will begin to struggle due to the cost of living crisis as the demand for desserts can be viewed as price and income elastic. Bit of a harsh review but we move.

Ordered milkshakes had piece of plastic in it It nearly went down throat Told girl who served us she just walked off? Then Ordered from home for grandkids it came hour half late after 2 phone calls and when it arrived it was all melted.

I always get MILK CAKES (TRECH LES) FROM HERE, AND THEY ARE BY FAR THE BEST . I say this because I have tried many places for them and always found something wrong with tjem. Not here. Try it for urself

I have had a waffle and a ferrero shake from here and was really impressed. The shake is thick, and u can taste the ferrero, which means they not stingy and cutting corners like other desert shops. Service is good as they turn orders around quick. Keep going guys

Ordered the nachos with cheese, got it delivered and there was no cheese! Rung them up and they said there was none so we didn’t give you any!! Would have appreciated a phone or tell me when i rung to make the order as i would have cancelled! The cheese is the main bit!!! I have been to Craves for the first time today and the aura of the shop is amazing, whole of the shop is brightly litted & decorated elegantly. Staff was polite and smiling. We ordered carrot cake, ice cream (3-4 flavours) ,their signature waffle and milkshakes. Each and everything tasted really nice and yummy. Waffles were freshly made, cake was out of the world. It is no doubt the best dessert shop of the town and I shall definitely come here again and again. The quality you get here is way better than alot of big brands in Manchester or Bradford.

I went into craves deserts on Sunday evening. They were very busy. I ordered strawberry deluxe waffle. My order came quickly according to the amount of customers there were. The waffle was amazingly tasty and fresh. Would highly recommend this place.
