Dough & Co in Cheshire West and Chester

Just visited the Bishops Stortford branch to celebrate my sons birthday 16th birthday. Pizza’s were filling but so light and so tasty and went above to make my sons birthday an amazing experience. Service was awesome and so friendly. Can’t thank the staff enough!

My family went in to Dough & Co for a hot chocolate, we asked if they did hot chocolate and were told yes. We ordered a vegetable cone pizza and wee told they didn’t have any. So we opted for a square of marguerites pizza and a square of focaccia. Then we were told after the server looked briefly round the back of the shop they had no hot chocolate. By which time our food was being warmed. We opted for a can of of coke instead. We then had to go up to street level to pay as the signal was poor on the lower ground floor. I happened to have cash so asked how much? £9:50 I was told, so I handed over £10. I never received any change. Then I realised I had basically been charged £3.10 for a can of coke! The pizza and focaccia were £3.95 each. There is something really off about this place. Leonidas next door gets a perfectly good signal in the same level. The focaccia was light and fluffy but dry and tasteless, the pizza wasn’t very pleasant. The overpriced coke was well chilled. Unlike us after our visit.
