Double Bubble Tea Ltd in Peterborough

This is the most beautiful bubble tea shop, I've been a few times now and is our favourite bubble tea in Peterborough. I love the style of the shop and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend you to visit.

Visited many times. So nice to have a bubble tea shop having had bubble tea in other cities for many years. Very clean. The staff are very polite and friendly. But why are you closed on a Saturday???

The drink's not that great, the tea can be a hit or miss in terms of flavour, sometimes you'd end up with the drink being really watery with a hint of whatever flavour you want. The tapioca bubbles aren't great. Every time I had it, the boba's were always rock solid, they were barely squishy. I always drank boba tea when I was in university in London so I knew the ballpark of how it would normally taste, but now that I'm back home in Peterborough, if I was really badly craving some boba, I might consider Double Bubble.

walking next to Asda and went through Thank you for your Arcadia, saw this place and beautifully decorated. had to try out and was not disappointed. slightly high in price but certainly different for the taste buds.

Never having had bubble tea before we thought we would give it a go and wow, certainly not disappointed, huge choice of tea options and you pick which bubbles you want, beautiful cookies, rolled ice cream and candy floss. Definitely worth a visit and we will definitely be back!

My Mum and I went for afternoon tea and it was amazing! It has a beautiful aesthetic with pastel walls and furnishings and the staff, Karen and Klara (when we visited), were wonderful. We’d never had bubble tea before so they gave us recommendations, which were delicious. I had the popular Mango tea with green apple bubbles and my Mum had the mint chocolate with raspberry, blueberry and cherry bubbles. They were both extremely good and for £3.95 such good value! The cakes were beautiful too, couldn’t fault any of it. Loved visiting, will be back soon!! Jess

Visited with family yesterday. This place could do so much more with a little more thought. I’ve never once been to a cafe style place with such open floor space wasted, huge areas which have not been filled with tables and seating. The ice cream preparation area is something to be seen, kids will love this part. As for the the bubble drinks, I’m sure I’ve experienced these elsewhere where they didn’t have to be tea based - substituted with juices instead. I had a peach tea with pineapple bubbles which was quiet nice. Others in group had Oreo flavour, cherry flavour, tutti fruity. Staff were friendly and had good product knowledge. Shame more choice not available. Strangely we tried to take our empties up to the counter after to free up the table for others waiting to sit down and we was told to put them in the bin... the bin was tiny and completely over flowing. I feel the 3 staff that are on were so busy trying to try get the queue down that the floor area is left as is.
