We booked a family tea party here for 14 people and 7 young children to celebrate a 90 th birthday in our family taking over the cafe for the afternoon .Making the arrangements with Rebecca beforehand was straightforward and she kindly adapted our food to meet the needs of the group .They were particularly careful to look after the person in our group with an allergy. The food was plentiful, varied, delicious and freshly made -all served with a smile .We had a fantastic afternoon and we could not have been looked after better

Visited today for afternoon tea. We had a lovely time the food was very tasty and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I had asked for outside seating when booked but due to weather they had reserved us both outside and inside, which I thought was very kind. We had a great afternoon.

Lovely surroundings but unfortunately the afternoon tea was very disappointing. Extremely overpriced for what was served & not of the same quality as the Carlshalton venue. Would recommend for coffee & cake but would not recommend afternoon tea - £75 for one standard 3 tier cake stand for 3 to share! Disappointing as it was for a birthday surprise.

After going to Dottys Carshalton in Thursday 13 August , thought I would try Dotty’s tea garden . What a lovely location and pleasant outlook . Enclosed play area for children and lots of grassed area to look out onto and have lovely walks . Free parking along the residential road . Short walk to the tea garden , usual covid precautions , don’t forget your mask until Seated . Seating inside and outside . Booking may be preferable . Whippy ice cream and Candy floss machine . Table service , usual great customer care . Yummy selection of savoury food and cakes . Will definitely be going again .

The first impression we had on arrival this morning was the warm welcome - so important, and particularly as it was our first visit. All the staff here seem to enjoy their work and take pride in what they do. They asked if we were enjoying our meal and welcomed feedback. Covid 19 hygiene procedures were excellent. Everything was spotlessly clean. My husband had the quiche with accompanying couscous salad, which he said was light and delicious. I enjoyed a fruit scone with cream and jam. NIce touch - the scone was warm. To sum up, delightful, reasonably-priced food served in a pleasant and homely atmosphere. I'm sure that we'll be back before too long.

Our son and daughter-in-law bought my husband afternoon tea for two as a lockdown birthday treat. It was amazing! Everything so fresh and so much yumminess in one box, we still have some cakes for later as there was so much. Really really recommend and I only wish we had someone living locally that we could send a box to. Will definitely be visiting in person when Dotty's is allowed to reopen.

We were so thankful to Dottys's that despite everything going on with the Corona Virus, we were still able to hold an afternoon tea for my Mum on Mother’s Day. It meant so much that we were still able to do this and the service they provided was without going over the top, incredible! We were so glad to have been given the option of having our afternoon tea delivered and for that, we thank you. It made my Mum’s day. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed every bite! Thanks again Dottys for being a wonderful local business who goes above and beyond for their customers.

I visited DOTTYS TEA GARDEN, again, this sunny afternoon and are I pleased we did. A china pot of tea for 2 with real tea leaves and a strainer and 2 types of Welsh Rarebit, 1 with caramelized onion and the other with bacon bits, fortunately I got to finish up the former whilst chatting to Chris 1 of the 2 cheerful and attentive staff members. Looking forward to visiting in the summer sun and dining Al Fresco.

This tea garden is a little hard to find - but the owner reassured us that they will put more signs up. It’s worth it though, a really cute little vintage styled cafe with lovely staff. The afternoon tea was of great quality for £20 a head - unlimited tea or coffee which were done beautifully! Everything was delicious. I will return in the summer with my granny this time, thanks for making my friends’ birthday treat special guys.

We were told about this unique tea room that used to be a cricket pavilion by friends that have eaten here. Once we had found it the welcoming was really great and all the staff said Hello. The menu was explained in great detail and especially the daily specials. The beetroot and cheese quiche was really appetising as was the bacon topped Welsh rabbit. As my wife was not feeling well we left in a bit of a hurry and took a couple of slices of the Earl Grey Tea cake home with us. It was absolutely delicious with so much fruit and the taste was amazing. Will definitely come back again and bring some friends with us. Thanks to the very friendly staff.

You know the score... a hard day at the office and the need to chill out. Nowhere better than Green and Blue. Tapas-style sharing dishes are a particular favourite. Check out the midweek specials, when the wine is priced as per the off licence section.

Fantastic coffee, friendly owner, great atmosphere and good pastries. The place has a steady stream of regulars, who the owner knows by name. All in all, the perfect neighbourhood coffee shop.

Cócteles encantadores, buena lista de vinos, pequeño pero muy buen menú para compartir. Definitivamente tenga la bruschetta de queso de cabra, panal y trufa, una de las mejores cosas que he comido. Muy amable y servicial personal capacitado.

We stayed in the Travelodge across the road from Charlie's. We ate here Sunday morning and were pleased we did. The food was so tasty and the staff were very friendly. I had a British breakfast and my partner had a vegetarian breakfast. The food was of a very good quality, no grease left on the plate and our tea and coffee were both very nice too. I would have scored it 5 stars but I felt it was a little expensive even for London. But if I return to Wood Green I'll definitely eat here again.
