The Waffle of the Moment was a resounding hit! Full plate of waffle, sponge and ice cream and the filter coffee is excellent. Maria and her staff were very attentive and polite.

Very helpful staff who were very allergen aware ,helpful with what flavours of icecream were gluten free which was grareful for as be shame to ruin a nice day on hol with tummy ache. The icecreak m lovely and also sell small selection of seeets and souveniers.

What.i went to this place way before closing time and they’re out of waffles? esxcuse me? i want my nutella waffle. what waffle place doesn’t have waffles like that’s criminal

I wish I could say what the food was like but no one came to serve us. The staff could see us because we could see them, but they seemed to prefer to loudly discuss pronouns and what gender neutral meant and other similar topics than actually do their job. We waited and waited and waited. And then decided to give up. Pity as the tour guide in the house told us the ice cream was second to none. We had no chance to find out.

Waffles and ice cream in the grounds of Samlesbury Hall. Huge portion sizes. Lovely seating inside or outside in the pretty courtyard.

Just had the most amazing waffles. The staff are so friendly and the food is amazing. Definitely coming back soon.

We had the childrens waffles, which were really good value for money (half a large waffle, ice cream, syrup, smarties and a fruit shoot for £5) Two very happy children!

I only had an ice cream but my daughter had a huge ice-cream waffle complete with sauce and banana. Ice cream was very nice and my daughter loved her waffle. Sat outside in the lovely gardens on a sunny Friday morning.

This is a great little cafe, friendly staff and delicious waffles. We chose the cherry bakewell waffles, which was served with jam, almonds and local vanilla icecream. And the breakfast waffle, which came with granola, fresh berries and yogurt. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
