Lovely place to go and have breakfast. Very reasonable prices too. Mark and jo make you very welcome

These supplied the food for my daughter's 40th birthday which was excellent. It was very well presented and tasted lovely, all the guest commented on how nice it was, would definitely recommend for functions.

I use doorsteps cafe several times a week for breakfast/ lunch or takeaway sandwiches and all the meals I've had have been excellent. They only serve freshly cooked food, prepared in front of you to your specifications (even how well done you like your bacon). Situated at the back of Churchgate Stores they prepare sandwiches which can be found in the shop even when the cafe is closed.

Doorsteps Cafe is situated at the rear of the shop known as Churchgate Stores. The Store seels a wide variety of products from Frozen Bread to freshly baked Belgian Buns. It is also a Tobacconist and Confectioners, and sells Milk, Cheese and Household Products, Magazines, Birthday and Christmas Cards. It is frequented mainly by locals. The meals are excellent value and the sandwiches are amazing. Eberything is freshly cooked. It is also a good place for a quick coffee or a full English Breakfas or even a salad Give it a try and there is only street parking sadly.

This is actually the cafe of churchgate stores, that also sells newspapers, bread,cakes and milk etc. It is the only shop in churchgate Street. My wife and I sometimes get a coffee there. Everything is cooked on the premises.

Aww what a lovely little cafe!!! Sandwiches are abs amazing!!! Good value for money. Most def recommend!!!

Superb breakfast. Friendly staff making everyone feel welcome. The bacon is even cooked just how you like it. I had one of their homemade scotch eggs, which was still warm, and was the best I've ever had! They also cater for buffets delivered to your location.
