This is my local takeaway and have been getting the chicken from here for 2 years. Best peri peri chicken ive ever had. Chicken is cooked and tastes amazing. Friendly staff. Highly recommended. The wraps are great too. Very good price for the food.

Working just round the corner from this place, we never gave it a try until it was recommended by a friend. We were told that they have the best chicken wings in town! So we tried it….. We ordered 10 chicken wings as meal which was big enough for two people… to our surprise; their wings were amazing!!! You must try them.

Don’t order dessert from here, ridiculously expensive. Edit: they replied to me and said they don’t do desserts. I wonder what a Ben and Jerry cookie dough ice cream is

For anyone who values your health do not eat from this place I got seriously sick lost a stone in Bodyweight in 3 days. doctors believe its some kind of bacteria still running more tests I can't keep food down and it's been a month. my stomach is still unable to properly digest. my life has changed so much as my body feels like its shutting down order at your own risk.

Usually this place is praised for chicken. And it's right but please admire their donner box! And chips; no matter when I order them always crunchy and never tasted like old oil. Boss man please keep it that way forever!

This place used to be so good. It's a shame that the change of ownership has led to a real downturn in quality. I've visited this piri piri chicken business for many, many years and became friendly with the people when it was A.M. Piri Piri. When it changed hands, the new people at the till barely registered seeing our faces each week and it didn't feel quite so friendly any more. The hygiene rating has also dropped off and my most recent order was just plain incorrect. The server half-heartedly offered to replace it but it felt like I was inconveniencing them. The main plus is that the piri piri wings are a really good size and flavour (at least, I assume that is still the case, since they served me chicken strips by mistake) and that's why I started going in the first place. Hopefully their hygiene rating will improve and hopefully they can make their customer service feel a little more personal and warm. I'm not giving up on them just yet, but I am quite discouraged.

I come to this shop for many years, since the previous owners and before it was called Doorstep dinner. For me it continues to have the best grilled chicken wings in Bedford. The piri piri chicken and wings is always tasty, well cooked and big meal portions. Will highly recommend everyone to try the piri piri wings.

Every time I order here, the food is incredible! Half peri peri chicken with peri chips is outstanding and they are very generous with their portions. Highly recommend, best takeaway place in Bedford.

THE WORST FOOD AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. Staff are busy chatting with each other. Big guy with black t-shirt was very rude when we asked to take orders. Food was half cooked when we tried it at home. NEVER EVER GOING AGAIN.

Very disappointed Food wasn’t hygienic When I reported to the shop they was blaming supplier. How come they serve this type of food. I’m waving goodbye to this place.

So I came in ordered Burger box two burgers chips and donner Chicken and rice Chicken and rice was amazing For what it was... But the beef burger had hair in them Putting me off my entire meal I'll be coming in for a full refund from the shop I was in a white hoody very friendly I didn't pay 20.24 for hairy burgers mate

Absolutely horrible service! Ordered with deliveroo, took over an hour to come. Never got the food, delivery driver said it wasn’t my order and left. They made me stay up till close to 1am waiting for them just to leave.

useless cant follow simple instructions added to order and then when i found they said its not them its deliveroo they cant even have the manners to sort it rude staff need to be educated in custemer serveice. fell like throwing the burger in their faces. do not order from these people if you have special needs like no mayo as have egg alergie so be warned

Bossman makes the best peri peri wings that just fall off the bone and are charred just enough to be better than nandos everytime! Made to order these wings are honestly blessed and the chips could do with salt but otherwise they are also better chips than most places as well!

Reasonable prices (will try and overcharge you for items and then not give them to you if they can, beware!), always open late and a large menu with chicken, burgers, kebabs etc… The best place to get a kebab out of hours

Ordered the burger box and I must say the double diner by far the best in Bedford! Fresh clean donner, not oily at all! Fresh chips and a lovely salad. Lovely people taking orders, was told 15-20 minutes delivery time, and the food was delivered in exactly 17 minutes! Great service! Great food! Thank you

i ordered kebabs and received some social food for homeless people, you call that a kebab? horrible, never again

Best chicken in Bedford? Yes sir. I am never disappointed with this venue because of its crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside fries and it's peri peri chicken that always comes with just the right spice that I ask for. Don't bother going down the road to nandos when you can get great chicken in under 10 minutes with friendly staff. Best takeaway I've ever been to hands down 10/10.

The worst place and unprofessional staff

First time ordering from here so was sceptical. Very happy with the results the food came on time and the driver was happy and polite and did not forget anything . I got the peri peri box and it was delicious, loved the variety of chicken lots of chips which were really nice the sauce was medium which was again really nice but the main thing is that it was hot and clearly fresh plus salad! Drink was cold also! Il tip the driver next time. Well done and I highly recommend good value too!

The place looks Very clean and well presented staff. Staff are friendly and polite.food is hot and tasty Especially the spicy chicken wings while also a great price.I would definitely recommend.
