Door To Door Pizza in Ealing

What's happened 🥲 Been a door to door Customer for many years. The pizzas have always been delicious with a lovely crust and bass. I'm not sure if the owners have changed but the pizza was horrible. The base and crust was hard and tastest stale. Such a shame !!

Usually it’s good but yesterday was disappointing. The garlic bread looked hard and old, but the chicken wings were the worst. It smelt so bad and off and I could not eat it. The texture was rubbery and dry. The food was not as fresh. Spent £20 which was disappointing

The only thing I can write positive is unfortunately that the cola is tasty. Fish cutter so hard that you can break your teeth. Garlic bread without garlic. Pizza scorched and instead of two burgers only one. Instead of coleslaw it was supposed to be sweet chilies and I got spicy. Extra delivery was to be green perła and they brought white perła. Unfortunately, even if I wanted I could not find anything positive 😢😢

Really disappointed the pizza was awful and over cooked, partially burnt, the whole pizza was dark brown way to over cooked, could not see the cheese it was like a crisp bead.. Such a shame, my kids did not eat and had to be thrown away. Burgers were okay.

PIZZA DISASTER , food from this place is health hazardous , please do not order , it's not worth a penny, it's oily pan cooked , cheap cheese, don't be fooled with their price offers, these guys will spoil your evening. the good reviews are all fake . please don't let your kids and family eat it. i strongly recommend not to order.

Delivery was ok but food was basically burnt

They forgot the cqke the food tasted great( got a refund for the cake) but defo would order again :)

The pizza was burned and very bad quality. The coleslaw was off and smell very bad. Sorry never again. Can’t believe the hygiene this bad.

Perfect timing, very polite when I called and asked when the driver will be here and the pizza came Hot and tasty 10/10

Food was okay quality, however ordered garlic bread (did not receive) and ordered coleslaw (instead got garlic sauce) which is not a common preference for my family at all. We ordered take out for my brother 16th birthday so not very happy .. will not be ordering from here again

To us nothing to do with Italian pizza, I never buy again , and I don't recommend! Very expensive too!

Enjoyed the pizza, wasn’t too bad still. However, the wings are disgusting and dry, leave a nasty aftertaste in ya mouth too, if you want wings this isn’t the place. Also the garlic bread was dead, tasted like nothing, I would not recommend at all. Overall, DEAD. Separately the delivery was good, so I rate my man for dat, but it’s probably cos no one is ordering.

First time writing a bad review for this place. Hardly any pepperoni on what was meant to be double pepperoni but definitely got the double cheese part. Coleslaw was not coleslaw but some garlic dip thing.

Favourite place to order pizza. Dough, sauce, and toppings are all perfect. Service is excellent too, would highly recommend.

The only thing, they don't read the notes, I always write without jalapenos, but they still put it, apart from that, the best pizza so far.

We've had several pizza take away and their taste were satisfying. They have some good value offers on Monday and Tuesday which I don't think is comparable with others around. Also their menue gives you a lot of options to chose.

Everything would be fine but.....ordered 18" pizza with the "buy one get one free deal" and apparently the 18 doesn't count although didn't say that on the website only that the deal doesn't cover the 'stuffed crust, extra toppings and margharetta' trying to argue with the restaurant was useless I was told to complain to just eat about the issue...above all I attached a message with the order asking for a different second pizza and when confronted the restaurant employee laughed disrespectfully saying 'mate the two 18" pizza's would have to be £24 when the deal was £13.99...was told there is nothing we can do you need to call the just eat customer service as it is not our fault...

We have had good satisfaction several times but the last order disappointed. One pizza was as ordered but the other, instead of double pepperoni we had sparse pepperoni with sweet corn. Not acceptable.

The food was horrible and it was missing something and when I called them I have been told that they will send me,but they never show up again. The food was very bad and not fresh. I will never order again I paid £14 to throw it away.

Was charged £8.64 for burger, mushrooms, potato wedges and dessert with £0 delivery charge but the delivery man rudely demanded £10. It was only a few pounds difference but I was incredibly disappointed with the misleading information and the rudeness of the staff. The delivery time was also apalling (40 mins) considering the restaurant is less than 15 minutes from my house and that I only ordered a few items. The food was satisfactory, because the burger patty was small so there was too much bread (very dry) and the wedges were soggy. The stuffed mushrooms were the only good part but the portion was small. I would not recommend this restaurant as I am so upset with the misleading information.

Terrible service. The order was £8.50 as it was the minimum delivery charge but I was charged £10 at the door. I will definitely not be using this service ever again and will not recommend to anyone.

The guy delivering was rude and kept the change without been given. First time and the final service was poor.

Had to wait ages for food and it wasn't hot when it finally arrived. They blamed it on traffic but I only live very close to the restaurant. Pizza wasn't nice either. No I won't order from them again. Very poor service

I have been getting Pizzas here for years and are even better than the well known international brands, myfavourite has to be the meg meat which is absolutely fantastic, with double peperoni coming a close second/ They also a rangr of other dishes including chicken and burgers but I can't resist the pizzas every tome I order from here!

Called in to ask about special requirements got told to make sure I put them in the comments section. So I did. Pizza arrived when I wasn't home like I had noted on the comments section. Also asked for particular toppings to be taken off/ replaced with and that was completely ignored leaving me with two pizzas I couldn't eat.

Worst food I've had from here. Chips were so oily, bun on burger was burnt. Disappointed 😞

The wings looked pink on the inside and tasted very dry. Won't be ordering those again. Burger meal and chocolate fudge cake were awesome as usual!

After placing our order we was told our Delivery would take 30 to 45 minutes. After one hour wait our delivery came. Surprisingly our food was hot and delicious Will order again.

On the website it said 12.99 but when they bought the food he said it was 14.00 and wouldnt leave me alone as i told him i go by my receipt not theirs

Not the best, but cheap and cheerful and tastes good. Eat here on a regular basis and never had a problems and friendly when you go in.

The driver had extreme difficulty finding the address. Took over an hour to receive partly warm food. While directing the driver many times to no avail, the security guard at my place of work even tried to help with directing. I then spoke to the person back in the shop to get somebody else to deliver it, he had the nerve to tell me the post code didn't exist. He was also being rather rude and didn't even apologize. Never ordering from these people again. No freebie, not even one apology. This is terrible customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Pizza was covered in toppings and really tasty, even reheated the next day. In fact enjoyed all the food here except the garlic bread which was a little over cooked

Their delivery was on time. Food not so much. The burgers were horrible, bread was too hard and too big for d chicken and beef pieces. I did not get the exact pizza toppings I wanted too. Got the wrong drink too. Wanted tango and got fanta instead.

Ordered to be delivered by a specific time with plenty of notice and it was half an hour late. Rang twice to ask where they were and all i got told was soon so asked for money back to which they refused. If your not in a rush then fine but i dont think they have clocks or watches in this place.

We have used door to door for over 5 years now and the food has always been amazing. The pizza has always been delivered on time and has never been cold. Will have more orders from me for many years to come!

Ordered two pizzas and there were messed up and trying to resolve it they were very rude and pretended to not understand pure and simple english

What a bunch of loosers.... Tried to order 2 times in the last 6 months and there always a problem.... Very unreliable. My question is how are they still staying in business with spending all this money on they crappy leaflets but not delivering food. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
