First time ordering from Donatello's, and have to say I was really impressed. We had the Cheese and Bacon Burger with Chips, which my son enjoyed, while I had the half Peri Peri Chicken with chips, which was so tasty and succulent, I almost regret not having ordered the whole chicken! The prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food provided, and I'll certainly be ordering from here again.

This was the best food I’ve ever had and it was sensational the food was lovely and so was the donner and pizzas they were made with such elegance and I really enjoyed them and the Donatellos workers were so caring and loving as I walked in.

Always great food together with great service, highly recommended.

Excellent food, we’ve tried a few different things from here now. The meat is well cooked and juicy. The calzones with pizza toppings are incredible! The pizzas are generously topped. We took ages to try this place but we are so glad we did. Highly recommended!

The best pizza shop in denton and Hyde that I have visited. I have visited many times the staff are very friendly including the delivery driver and it’s also the cleanest takeaway I have been to. Amazing food quality I definitely recommend it to everyone.

First time ordering from here, arrived early, pizza was hot and fresh, would have preferred the base to be a bit crispier but that's just my personal preference, the toppings were absolutely delicious, will be using Donatello's again for sure.

Usually good but,recently Food is always COLD . Lettuce is AGAIN ,brown,1 hour 20 minutes wait, even after email confirmation saying it's on it's way after 35 minutes. I live 3 minutes away ( still took money though ) very ignorant, cheeky delivery driver. Hung up when I rang to complain .won't be going again .

When I started the order it said approx 30 mins delivery time , I chose the food , clicked complete and the delivery time changed to over an hour !! The pizza was barely warm and the crispy chicken was sweaty and practically cold. I was recommended this pizza place by a friend but it didn’t live up to expectations.

This is the last time we will ever use. £43 order taking 2hrs to deliver. We understand Fridays are busy all we ask for is honesty, we were told twice they were on their way 30 mins apart, first call was over 1.5 hours after ordering. When the food arrived it was stone cold! Kids were starving by 8pm when it arrived!

Kebab was not good and the chips smelt weird as if they had been reheated in a microwave in the cardboard box, won't be using them again!

Cheesey garlic bread tested like tomato pizza. Too much peri peri seasoning on chip. Popcorn chip was ok but mayonnaise was not nice normal love food from here looks like it's having an off day.

Shocking, no salad on both burgers even tho it states it comes with it, the chips were sharp and hard other than the odd few, the Donna meat was very nice but very hard and dry, other than that the delivery guy asked for a review as it would help him so He was very polite and nice

Absolutely beautiful pizza and garlic bread that actually tasted of garlic!! Arrived over 20 minutes early and was piping hot. Lush.

I used to order from here all the time but then the delivery started to get slower and slower, so I stopped but I thought I’d give it another go but not only was it slow it was cold as well! It’s such a shame because it has such potential and use to have a great reputation, it’s clearly getting managed badly because the food (once microwaved) is nice! However that’s me for another 5 years, I’ll try again, sort yourself out before everyone stops going to you, PS the reviews are there to see about cold food delivered.

When the option isn’t available online and when you ask for items you assume to be there and instead of rectifying you are questioned so food going cold while they challenge . £55 order .. well we won’t be repeating it and custom lost . Poorest customer service I’ve ever received. Food cold before it was resolved

Chips were rock hard and my calzone was all over the box when i opened it.

Lovely pizza and calzone. Would be nice to have the option of adding toppings (salad, sauce etc) to the spicy chicken burger but otherwise really nice food.

The pizza was nice the mix grill was cold and bloody and the Donny was warm and wafer thin naan bread, all in all I would recommend going somewhere else for a takeaway 🤮 we won't be getting from there again....

This place was 100% 7 days a week but unfortunately over the past 2 months ive had a few donner meat meals that the donner meat is not edible asif its a few days old and hard

Judging by the location, I didn't expect much. But it's clean, friendly, very decently priced and very good food. I am a new regular customer, after living in the area for 4.5 years and always ordering elsewhere.

I order from this shop at least once a week sometimes serveral. Tonight’s experience was completely different to the past, food wasn’t great and the order was wrong.cold and not so tasty. Soggy chips and cold burger. When I phoned about the issues he didn’t seem to fussed maybe with it being nearly home time. A loyal customer lost.
