I was working in the local area so booked a night at the Premier Inn, Denton. Booking online was seamless and checking in was just as easy. The reception staff member was super friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and spotlessly clean. The free and paid for Wi-Fi was impossible to access from my room, but I could access in the adjoining restaurant. I had phone signal, so had to use that instead. The bed was comfy and there is plenty of tea, coffee on milk in the room and easily accessible in reception.

I travel up and down the country regularly, and stop overnight, maybe 2 nights in lots of hotels. This one is one of my favourites. I cannot emphasis enough how friendly and helpful ALL the staff are, both in the hotel and, the restaurant next door. I will always look forward to staying here again and again as I know how well I'll be treated. Keep up the fantastic job you're doing. Looking forward to my next stay :-)

A 1 night stay after flying into MAN airport, 23 December. Easy check in as usual, lovely quiet room on the ground floor. We had a meal deal for next door restaurant where the atmosphere was very Christmassy with expectant children waiting for Santa. Staff were incredibly busy and some waiting for meals but hey ho. It can be an odd place to get off the motorway to the hotel but simple to get on the following morning. Would like to see premier rooms here, still I am sure we shall be back.

Great premier inn located in Denton. The staff are really helpful and there is ample parking space. I opted for the breakfast and that was really good. More than happy to return there if an opportunity arises. Nice comfortable beds, almost zero noise pollution and well maintained hotel. Location is a little on the outskirts and therefore limits any activities.

Stayed here last night, as a location to get to CoopLive to see Paul McCartney. Liv (and her mum!) on reception were brilliant. Liv spent time on the phone with us before we arrived, contacting local taxi company to ensure we were picked up and dropped off in easy walking distance of the venue. All the staff we met, both in the hotel, and in the Brewers’ Fayre were brilliant. A real credit to the brand. Thank you everybody!

To be honest the room was its usual standard, the food was mediocre but the saving grace was the staff, from Megan who completed the registration to Katie, who leapt to our aid when needed. All the other staff were friendly as well which got this place thw 4th star..

In order to get in or out of this hotel, you have to go around a major roundabout. Our taxi took 15 minutes to get around it. Apart from that staff were good and hotel was nice and clean.

Was exactly what you expect from a Premier inn cannot complain. They had no air conditioning, and it was an exceptionally warm day. The hotel provided fans for the room, but it wasn't enough to prevent an uncomfortable night sleep. The rooms felt clean and were presentable, though, and the location served its purpose for my wife and I to attend a gig at the Co-Op Live.

The friendliest staff! Really enjoyed our stay here, the room was absolutely spotless, the bed was comfortable and surprisingly we heard no road noise. The staff were so accommodating from housekeeping, receptionists to the restaurant staff. Always welcoming you and asking if you need anything. The food was great at the restaurant, fresh and hot and had vegetarian/vegan options. It was good value for money for sure. We would definitely stay here again. The staff are so amazing. Thank you for a great visit.

As previously visits, the food was really nice, but as per previous visits, the service was not good. No one asks if you want any more drinks, no one asked about dessert. We even give up about the bill and went to the bar to pay. It wasn't even that busy tonight. This is the same every time we visit, it's a shame because the food is really nice. It wasn't just us, we herd other people trying to get the attention of the staff, but with no luck

What an unbelievably rude and unprofessional member of staff experienced today. We went in today and ordered main courses for 3 of us and a portion of Prawns to share as a starter. The staff member (just naturally a rude person) came back and said that they had just had a fish delivery and the prawns might be a bit longer, and I quote "about 10min after your mains". I said to the two people with me, Infront of the staff member, "it's up to you as I know you don't have much time so we can cancel the prawns", the staff member said it won't be much longer, so we proceeded. I ordered a Leg of Lamb but got served a Lamb Chop, when I mentioned this to Miss Rude, she tried to tell me the Lamb Chop on my plate was actually a Leg of Lamb... Anyway, an hour and half later and food and drinks finished but no sight of any prawns, so I went to the bar and asked to pay but for the prawns to be removed as we'd still not received them. This 'delightful' member of staff replied stating that 'you've ordered them so you can pay for them'. I explained that I only ordered them on the basis of her stating that they would be about 10 minutes. Her reply was (incredibly) "I only said ABOUT 10 minutes, not EXACTLY 10 minutes", considering it was now over an hour later, she failed to understand there is a difference between 'about 10min' and 'over an hour'. And I'll quote the rude woman again, "It isn't a fast food place you know". Clearly not, when 9 prawns take over an hour an half. She printed the bill, with the prawns included, to which I said I was not paying for the prawns and to please remove them. She responded by stating that I was rude as soon as I came in and when I ordered, I'm not sure what point she was trying to prove, but I didn't even order the food, my step-daughter did. I insisted that I was not paying for the prawns, to which she said "you're on camera and as soon as you leave it's theft and I'll ring the police", I calmly responded by saying "take payment for everything else and if you want to ring the police over the £11 for the prawns than that's up to you". She refused to take any payment whatsoever (I only had card, no cash). The prawns turned up at this point, where I instructed the waitress that we were not having them as we were leaving. I left and returned within 10-15min with cash and paid for the exact amount of the bill, minus the £11 for the prawns not received. I can imagine she is the kind of person that will post video's on social media claiming that we 'dined and dashed', which is why I recorded me returning and paying. Such a shame as eaten there loads and it's a nice place, but unfortunately customer service is so critical to you're experience and frankly, when my 14 year old step daughter was even calling this member of staff out (in the car after) for her lies and her rudeness, then it's not a very good look. Won't be visiting again.
