Calzone not up to usual standard rest was delicious. But please sort out yiur phone lines . Even if it's an emergency mobile till they sorted .

Awful service. Took 2.10hrs for a £10 order. Chips were rock solid and cold. Calzone was OK, ish. Delivery driver ringing for directions and kept hanging phone up, looking for my house for 15 mins. Restaurant said 30-45 mins for food, clearly not. Rung up, said its next out, 40 mins passed once again. Shocking. Used to be one of the best around. Wouldn't recommend again, wouldn't buy from them again.

Food is awful. Turned up 2 hours late. Staff are rude and have no customer service experience at all. I personally think a monkey could do a better job. Wouldn’t recommend any food what do ever. Very unhappy.

Don't bother 2 hours of waiting for food to be lied to been told 20 minutes. 20 minutes goes by no food to call and be told we're making it. If you can't keep up with demand stop leafleting area 😤. All we ordered was 2 burgers

So we ordered from don Pepe’s tonight but due to food allergies asked for mixed kabab without bread, delivered and charged £3 more, when questioned they said it was because they added more chicken, we didn’t ask for that we just asked for bread removing…. Absolutely disgusting attitude when I called

I was order food and received it after over 2 hours. The food was cold, some pieces of chicken from mix kebab was half raw...

Stone cold food arrived after 1 hour 30 minutes wait, after a call to complain I was told they cannot refund but would replace the food. 1 and half hours later still no food.... disgusting!

Can't nock this take away order twice a week never had any issues with the food always been delivered on time and hot. Can tell its all fresh through the taste. Pizzas are on point

Better kebab meat than Town Kebab (in my opinion). The food is decent and the prices are good. Amazing chips. My only negative comment is that it is a cash only business. Which is tough in the digital world.

Ordered a veggie hot shot, margarita pizza and Donna kabab all food came within 40 mins the veggie hot shot had pepperoni in it. This is disgusting as a vegetarian myself. I will never be ordering from them again.

Food was not bad delivery took nearly 2 hours

Ordered food and told I would be waiting an hour. So i said that was fine. Rang after an hour and half and lady wasn't very helpful amd said they were just doing it now. Rang back after 2 hours and was told they were very busy and they were just finishing it off now. Still waiting. I have 2 autistic children and now I'm having to keep them up hoping for our food to arrive. Not be going here again. Staff not nice and delivery is ridiculous. No apology. Still changed full price. I understand people are bust but don't keep fobbing me off.

Ordered yesterday night the 20th of June. Ordered a chicken burger with Mayo & chips. Spent all day today in A & E being treated for bacterial food poisoning. Thankfully, after a hospital trip I’m much better but I would highly recommend staying away from this place. I also ordered my 2 year old chicken nuggets and chips, but she didn’t eat them thank god! I would of hated to see how poorly she would of been, I felt like I was dying. This can happen from people not washing their hands, not cleaning stuff properly, cross contamination. I don’t know what it was but I will not be ordering again.

Thought we would try a new takeaway. Deeply regret it. Other food was ok but wouldn't order it again. I had cheesy chips. Although they didn't look it they tasted burnt. They went in the bin

Food was nice. Didnt have to wait long. In my opinion the pizzas could do with a little extra tomato puree but as I stated. Great food. Polite staff. Highly recommend

I've been here last 6 year's, foods been bang on most times, however had a overcooked, dry, near enough burnt pizza delivered. Kids starving so.of course just munched in but through gritted tastebuds. Called, explained and got a very rude manager. Wont be using again and stated that, they wasn't bothered, sign of a great company that!

First time I have ordered from these on a friday night. I only ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my daughter and still waiting 2 hours later.. when it did turn up it was horrible and chicken was chewy and she didnt even eat it. Even I tried a piece and spat it out..... never again

Absolutely fuming phoned for delivery they said they have no drivers and I couldn't collect then my next door neighbor gets a delivery 10 mins later fair to say they dont want custom n I wont be ordering from here again

LOOK so this place, does have good food if they ever get your order correct. Countless times I have been missing sauces, asked for no onions, but yet still comes with onions. Asking for cheeses inside calzones, where is the cheese DON PEPE. but other than that the food its self is nice.

Absolutely appalling service tonight. Ordered pizzas at 7.30 was told up to an hour. 2 hours later after several calls from driver. It turned up. COLD . Had to take it and pay full price. Because I would have had to wait another hour else where. Would have put no stars but not an option.

We order for collection and pizza is very good every time. Not sure if delivery service is the same looking at the feedback but nothing to complain about here.

A few weeks ago I ordered a meal for delivery and after about an hour and a half the meal turned up cold. I put it down to the fact they were busy. Tonight, I decided to go in and order the food and wait. I ordered a Chicken burger, Cheese burger, Garlic Pizza and Donna kebab and chips - It came to about £18.50. After about a 15 minute wait they handed me the food and I went out to the car and ate on of the chips and found them barely warm. Apart from the Pizza the other food was cold. It appears they had made and bagged the food up whilst the Pizza was being made hence why it was cold. I went back in and informed the staff and I was rudely informed that it had just been cooked in front of me - I told them it was cold and to check it as it had been left standing whilst the pizza was being cooked. I was rudely told to get out. Don Pepes obviously don't care about their customers and as there is plenty of other takeaways I will spend my money elsewhere - Their loss I would recommend you look at Just Eat and Hungry house for other reviews as they appear to have a habit of serving cold food. Customers - Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere where you will get Hot Food Rating 0 out of 10 for Customer service and food quality

Ordered chicken kebab, and a donor kebab, salad was rank old an slimy an chicken burnt to a crisp dry and inedible. Worst I have ever had. When tried to ring them they hung up an wouldn't answer, never again..!!!

I am honestly reluctant to give this a 1 star as I feel that is too good for what I received. Ordered food came in 20 minutes thought mint. This morning I woke up and I cannot stop throwing up and checked on the internet my symptoms and from what I can relate i now have food poisoning this place needs shutting down it is dirty and cannot even cook I will be speaking to food standards agency about this

I rang up to place an order I ordered a thin peparoni pizza with chips, when I got it, it was deep pan tomato and cheese so I rang up and said I've been given the wrong pizza , she said no you've ordered cheese and tomato I said I know what I ordered, anyways she said we will send another out to you fair enough easy mistake no problem but the complaint is the correct pizza that came was like sloppy sick it was the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life I will not be ordering from there again then and they had cheek to charge me £1 delivery even though they got the order wrong 😤

Food was absolutely horrible, I live in S71 which is basically up the road from don pepes my order was freezing and tasted disgusting, the food didn't even come out of a warm bag. As I was so angry due to me wasting money, I rang up to be answered by a rude women who wasn't bothered at all. We asked for replacement food they told us they couldn't do that so we said can we have our money back. The answer to that was no she then had the cheek to put the phone down on us. We then called back up and asked to speak to the manager, we didn't get to speak to him till about an hour and half later when he phoned me back up. He had the cheek to offer us a FREE BOTTLE OF POP! My order came to £10 which I wasn't going to accept a free bottle of pop! So at the end of the day I wasted £10 and my time. Worst take away ever. Never going again and I warn people to stay away as well.

I specifically asked for delivery to be at 19:30 and to knock quietly as I have 2 small boys who would not long be in bed. The delivery driver came at 6:50 knocking extremely loudly. My boys were not in bed and became irritated. By the time I got them settled my food was cold. If it had been delivered for 7:30 I would of been happy
