Great delivery time. Food was stone cold tho

Both of the wraps had some beef inside. I’m vegetarian so couldn’t eat it.

Good selection and food was bang on. All staff very friendly. Always get parked as never too busy. Dining area was clean and tidy.

Only sent my drink. Sent me no food from my order and then do not pick up the phone to resolve my issue!! Rubbish.

ordered at 4:50 delivered at 7:24. rang the restaurant to be told no available drivers but our food was already cooked and being kept in a heating oven. food arrived sill warm ish but congealed from the heating oven. soggy chips. cheese sauce solid. I get that it's been terrible weather and roads are still bad but I'm just not happy

Ordered this food at 20:15 with an eta of 20:45 however the food didn’t arrive until 21:25. With a good 35-45 minutes of that being in the preparation stage. When the delivery arrived the courier apologised for the food being late however his reasoning was he had to deliver another order first. This meant when the food arrived to my house it was cold. I have no doubt that taco bell prepared my food expecting it to be taken by the driver but then it got left waiting on the courier to return.

Wrap was basically just chips and cheese hardly any beef in it, also had a crunchy beef wrap instead of the chicken soft wrap what I ordered! Useless

Did not arrive. No call or message from driver. We ordered to a Polling Station which has very large signs up pointing to us with big arrows.

Driver was multi apping so by the time the food got to me, it had been driven all around the houses & was stone cold. They need sorting out the drivers who do this & need banning from doing deliveries. Waste of money!!!!

Came to eat here as a break due to having a long drive. First the restaurant was extremely dirty. Every table was filthy and food and dirt all across the floor. Then I ordered my food and had the worst wrap I’ve ever had. First it wasn’t even wrapped I had to redo it my self. There was also very little filling to the point when I ate the wrap all I could taste is wrap. Service was shocking one of the girls rolled her eyes when I asked which meal it was because I never got an order number. The only decent thing about coming was the chips.

Mostly fully automated, order and pay via the 2 in store screens. Then a young head will appear from behind a screened off kitchen/ staff area, shout out a number and disappear, pour your own drinks and sit at a Formica table to eat. Found the food extremely salty almost as though there’s an error somewhere, and quite underwhelming even disappointing, guess it is what it is. The ordering system needs revision as it’s awkward and illogical in action, having to start over to add the same again ETC

hard bits of meat in the food, wrong taco given, burnt quesadilla, waited 30 mins in drive through, server was rude and gave us wrong drinks, forgot our sauces, gave us one and then shut window and walked off. could see us trying to get her attention but she ignored us so the uber driver had to tell her we needed assistance. overall, i will boycott this restaurant, maybe i will try the taco bell in town centre they might have less incompetent workers.

Delivery was great and on time. Food tasted nice but we were missing the sauce which came with the meal and the quesadilla was not spread very evenly so half of it was just plain wrap with no filling.

This was never delivered to my address I have multiple screen shots of the map that shows it was never delivered. This is the reason I made a McDonald's delivery while the idiot was still out driving about. I expect a full refund and a 50% voucher for my next order. the service has been absolutely horrendous and my contact number is on the delivery. absolutely garbage service.
