Nice enough but club music blasting out all the time. Not relaxing at all to eat your meal. Measured via an app and measured 80db. AVOID!

I'm not a Taco Bell kinda guy, but I thought I'd give it a go being in the area. When you look at an unfamiliar menu (which had LOADS) of munchable options, it can be a minefield of choice, especially when you're in Hippo mode 🦛. As you know I'm a Burger King guy, I know what I'm getting for my hard earned, so I looked for a fill of equal measure, with bang for buck included. Food: yeah tasty, although not too aesthetically pleasing, limp lettuce is a big give away. Filling? Er... about a 5/10. Cost? They've obviously got to turn a profit so they ain't filling you up enough to wanna take a nap, so portion size, buy more to feel more full. Service, bang on. Atmosphere, (decor, cleanliness, general standards) a 6, but no more. 2nd place I've visited this month that's showing its age. Rubbed off varnish on wooden surfaces, area manager should be flagging this up with maintenance dept and demanding the company look after their shops. Overall, a 4

The food was flat cold and we were missing an item.

Order was all there, food was hot, all good 👍

Delivery was just constantly put back all the time, in the end was over an hour since the point of ordering, then when food arrived it wasn’t hot, and the quality wasn’t great, the nacho cheese sauce tasted a little funny, almost like it was a bit soapy, really odd, won’t bother ordering here again

Good selection and food was bang on. All staff very friendly. Always get parked as never too busy. Dining area was clean and tidy.

ordered at 4:50 delivered at 7:24. rang the restaurant to be told no available drivers but our food was already cooked and being kept in a heating oven. food arrived sill warm ish but congealed from the heating oven. soggy chips. cheese sauce solid. I get that it's been terrible weather and roads are still bad but I'm just not happy

Midday Friday and the restaurant was quiet and clean. The food was ok, I probably wouldn’t rush back to Taco Bell.

Wrap was basically just chips and cheese hardly any beef in it, also had a crunchy beef wrap instead of the chicken soft wrap what I ordered! Useless

Ordered this food at 20:15 with an eta of 20:45 however the food didn’t arrive until 21:25. With a good 35-45 minutes of that being in the preparation stage. When the delivery arrived the courier apologised for the food being late however his reasoning was he had to deliver another order first. This meant when the food arrived to my house it was cold. I have no doubt that taco bell prepared my food expecting it to be taken by the driver but then it got left waiting on the courier to return.

Did not arrive. No call or message from driver. We ordered to a Polling Station which has very large signs up pointing to us with big arrows.

Driver was multi apping so by the time the food got to me, it had been driven all around the houses & was stone cold. They need sorting out the drivers who do this & need banning from doing deliveries. Waste of money!!!!

Came to eat here as a break due to having a long drive. First the restaurant was extremely dirty. Every table was filthy and food and dirt all across the floor. Then I ordered my food and had the worst wrap I’ve ever had. First it wasn’t even wrapped I had to redo it my self. There was also very little filling to the point when I ate the wrap all I could taste is wrap. Service was shocking one of the girls rolled her eyes when I asked which meal it was because I never got an order number. The only decent thing about coming was the chips.

Mostly fully automated, order and pay via the 2 in store screens. Then a young head will appear from behind a screened off kitchen/ staff area, shout out a number and disappear, pour your own drinks and sit at a Formica table to eat. Found the food extremely salty almost as though there’s an error somewhere, and quite underwhelming even disappointing, guess it is what it is. The ordering system needs revision as it’s awkward and illogical in action, having to start over to add the same again ETC
