Amazing food and restaurant 😋 I do love a visit to Taco Bell

Absolutely terrible quesadilla had nothing on it 1 taco soaked in grease 1 with a tiny bit of meat and all lettuce and all of us ended up with bad stomach, never again

4 items missing from order. Service was poor rude and ignorant

Items missing and the items that did arrive were incorrect as they were missing sauces on both the burrito and the fries supreme which wasn’t worth the price either when it was supposed to be a 2 serving as only covered half the box so possibly less than 1 normal portion of chips

Disgusting! Bought large box £10.50 so vile with no filling! No nothing but overly salted lettuce with ....well not much else! Staff dumb as they come! Don't touch!!!!!!!!!!!!

Delivery guy delivered it to number 9 and I’m 24 so it wasn’t even delivered to me

Did not arrive. No call or message from driver. We ordered to a Polling Station which has very large signs up pointing to us with big arrows.

Driver was multi apping so by the time the food got to me, it had been driven all around the houses & was stone cold. They need sorting out the drivers who do this & need banning from doing deliveries. Waste of money!!!!

Came to eat here as a break due to having a long drive. First the restaurant was extremely dirty. Every table was filthy and food and dirt all across the floor. Then I ordered my food and had the worst wrap I’ve ever had. First it wasn’t even wrapped I had to redo it my self. There was also very little filling to the point when I ate the wrap all I could taste is wrap. Service was shocking one of the girls rolled her eyes when I asked which meal it was because I never got an order number. The only decent thing about coming was the chips.

Mostly fully automated, order and pay via the 2 in store screens. Then a young head will appear from behind a screened off kitchen/ staff area, shout out a number and disappear, pour your own drinks and sit at a Formica table to eat. Found the food extremely salty almost as though there’s an error somewhere, and quite underwhelming even disappointing, guess it is what it is. The ordering system needs revision as it’s awkward and illogical in action, having to start over to add the same again ETC

hard bits of meat in the food, wrong taco given, burnt quesadilla, waited 30 mins in drive through, server was rude and gave us wrong drinks, forgot our sauces, gave us one and then shut window and walked off. could see us trying to get her attention but she ignored us so the uber driver had to tell her we needed assistance. overall, i will boycott this restaurant, maybe i will try the taco bell in town centre they might have less incompetent workers.

Delivery was great and on time. Food tasted nice but we were missing the sauce which came with the meal and the quesadilla was not spread very evenly so half of it was just plain wrap with no filling.

Didn’t receive all my order, doesn’t allow me to specify what I didn’t receive, I didn’t receive the chips in my meal just the burrito and the taco ☹️

This was never delivered to my address I have multiple screen shots of the map that shows it was never delivered. This is the reason I made a McDonald's delivery while the idiot was still out driving about. I expect a full refund and a 50% voucher for my next order. the service has been absolutely horrendous and my contact number is on the delivery. absolutely garbage service.

Food was fast, staff were great, but the food is terrible. Massively overpowering, I'm not sure if all taco bell are like this or just this particular restaurant. Like someone dumped an entire bottle of seasoning on my small wrap.

I use to love taking my family here but not any more. You are having to order from a machine that sometimes can be difficult to work round . The food isnt the best as they seem to have reduced some ingrediants in their food and the atmosphere is now non existent, so its now either KFC or McDonalds .

Usually don’t write bad reviews, but this food was not good. It was cold and barely had any meat. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this taco bell, and doubt i’ll go again. Staff is nice tho !

The food is a joke, worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. There’s barely any filling in the quesadillas and burritos. Hygiene is awful, tables are never cleaned. Need to sack staff

Second visit after visiting when it first opened years ago. Gone down hill !!! Service and staff good and quick, however, very small portions, chips and nachos' ' dusted' with far too much spice salt, - spoilt them! Very expensive for what you get nearly £20 for 2, and left disappointed, and hungry! ( 4 burritos, 2 fries, 2 Nachos' and churros'. Got a Chinese takeaway the next day: £10.10 for a main, rice and chips; - fed us both well, both full, couldn't finnish it all. Lesson learnt. Door also stuck open, didn't self close, had to close it manually when we entered, but not everyone did, especially the delivery drivers, not good on a cold, windy January night, eating in!

Did not get given a receipt, my order was given to someone else then given the wrong order and was cold. Fries was soggy, Worst Taco Bell experience!

ordered a chicken quesadilla, specifically wrote “NO jalapeños” as there is no option to remove these, to then be delivered a quesadilla with minimal chicken covered in jalepenos.

Firstly the delivery time was given as 20.25-20.45 but later changed to 20.45-21.05. When the delivery driver did set off he arrived within 6 minutes which was good. However, considering it was 6 minutes, the food was barely warm when it arrived. I ordered fries with cheese sauce. They tasted ok but like I said, barely warm. I also ordered a volcano burrito. I expected it to be rounded and full, instead it was more like a flatbread. Again, the food was barely warm and the spice certainly didn't live up to it's name, even that had no heat to it. Overall, very disappointing. I won't order again.

We had great service here from a lovely young woman who was very friendly and able to accommodate our dietary needs! Very happy that there is now plant protein on the menu too!

Purchased what we thought was a volcano box!! Ended with a wrap and a bag of fries!! Had to go back a second time for the fries! Another chicken strips and drinks, byby to £17.00. Never again
