it came before the delivery time but it was cold

Missing half items and Crunchwrap supreme just salad no filling , phone just constant ringing

looked nothing like photos. Barely any filling and cold again. what there was was tasty just very little of it. loads of empty wrap

The food says it’s been delivered but I havnt got it I’ve been waiting over a hour

I ordered fries supreme and i got a handful of regular fries without any meat or tomatoes or sour cream, nothing.

My nachos were cold and the cheese wasn’t even on them they were at the side and the quesadilla was cold and so was the chips that came with it. But the delivery time was spot on

I ordered yesterday with hot and cold chicken, unseasonal fries, I ordered today no filling in two parts of the quasidilla, this place is a joke, I will not be giving a third chance, awaiting just eat to send photos.

The food lovely though they weren’t labled so we had to cut up each burrito to see what it was

The food was lovely however none of the burritos were marked to differentiate what was what. And unfortunately the chicken tenders were very dry

Put an order for the family (over £40+) only to have 3 portions of fries, a burrito and all cheese/caramel sauces missing from the order. Tried contacting by phone, multiple times, no one even bothered answering.

Not bad snap but jeez what’s with the portion sizes, £19 and didn’t even touch sides, won’t be having it again

The filling in the crunch wrap was very sparse, we are usually happy with the food here but was slightly disappointed.

Food was lukewarm, barely any filling, looked like just thrown a little bit of salad in. Which makes it an expensive meal for what we got

Ordered the other day and found a hair in my quesadilla which has potentially put me off for life.

My delivery driver was amazing couldn’t thank him enough!!!!! for helping me with my grandad who had fallen over outside

Saying it had been delivered but not come

I had a 4 digit code to give to the delivery driver I asked him if he wanted it he said no they need to ask for it because they could be passing food to the wrong people I’ve had food delivered to the wrong house before that’s why asking for a code is essential

food is always cold, I understand we're not a stone throw away but better heat sealed bags or containers would be so much smarter to improve customers experience. I can't understand why they use these brown bags when the food arrives with nothing resembling heat and broken most of the time. It's not the drivers fault either it's down to the restaurant. please invest in better delivery packaging. nobody wants nor should receive cold food at the prices they ask now.

Does the filling now come out of staff wages. Just got a volcano burrito and it's bread and air. Crunch wrap supreme has a slither of meat. Shocking. Oh and wrong sauces sent.

Didn’t know a beef burrito would be so spicy! Churros were rock hard too. Disappointed

Quesadilla perfect. Burrito horrible just a burrito of guacamole and barley any other filling. Chips were cold.

Missed a whole meal and chicken tenders off my order. 20 quid of a 50 quid order. Got to mess about getting refunds and waiting for the money now as well as order something else for the kids. Nightmare

Good place for takeaway or to eat in. We like to try the burrito and other foods.

cold and very small west of money

Very off putting that you can see how filthy the kitchen is from the counter. Young staff members that are friendly but don't seem bothered about keeping the kitchen clean or clearing tables. Unfortunately they were happy enough to laugh and joke but not tidy up the seating area. Food was decent enough but the fries were stone cold.

Missed off half the order. Ruined lunch.

They for got a item we ordered, a carmal sauce.

Never even got my food, I explained to the driver where to go over the phone and he never turned up. He said that he understood my direction and that he would be with me shortly. Been about 2 hours now and still no show. Tried ringing him multiple times and gone straight to voicemail.

Far far too expensive for the amount of food delivered will not order again

we made our order, and after waiting half an hour we asked about our order and was given a poor excuse then when they realised they had put it on the delivery side gave it to us cold and stayal, they chased us and ofer to make it fresh

Ordered a large nachos and got the normal size

fuming, delivered a completely different person's order to my house. tried to get the drivers attention and he just ignored us.

Took an hour and half to come then phoned restaurant 7 times but no answer. Unsurprisingly the food was cold when it arrived

the driver wasn't going to get out off the car. my son had to go to him for the food. I can't walk far. he rung up and said I can't find you but didn't get out off the car

Delivered to the wrong house on my street… by the time located and sorted, food was cold.

horrendous customer service. I went to order a burrito and asked for no beef since i am a vegetarian. the server pulled a very dirty face at me and went “no beef??” “defeats the point doesn’t it?” in a very rude tone. I came here to enjoy some food not to be judged. it’s none of his business. his name is jack he has a little beard and long hair.

The driver was great early and super helpful. I have rang tacobell over 72 times to no answer each time to tell them I need help with my order as I could not cancel it and due to an allergy I cannot give this food to my children, there is no way on the menu to update or leave a note about this so I Ring taco bell and tell them everyttime I make an order I now have over 45 pounds worth of food and hungry children! Unbelievable

i ordered my food and it was spilt all over the bag

Definetly avoid, I went here and I was given a rather atrocious case of food poisoning which also caused internal bleeding. I did not take action because accidents happen but definetly will not go back, I'd recommend you avoid too, purely from a health and safety point of view.

The lava sauce felt like it had ALOT of spicy peppers or spice in general, no where near what it was when it was calmer and enjoyable, made the burrito unsatisfactory

delivery driver had been out 2 times in the time of my order and my food was ready for 1 hour and 50 mins still waiting for it now and its been marked as delivered i think the driver has taken my order (just had it remade in store).

it said the delivery driver had my food, delivered somewhere near me then the driver ended up going back to the restaurant to then bring my order. not impressed

order left restaurant and on the map showed him the opposite end of town to where I live and stayed in that area quite a while before leaving and heading in my direction. the food was stone cold when arrived. surely leaving the restaurant with 2 orders in different areas is not a good idea!!! 🤬

Absolutely disgusting carry on! Placed an order at 17:34. Was estimated to arrive between 18:00 - 18:20. It got to 18:40 and no food so I rang Taco Bell, said no drivers would accept the order. Didn't receive the food until 19:26!!!

Barnsley needs a proper Mexican restaurant….. Food arrived flat cold, beef wrap supreme no meat. Ordered 3 tacos 2 beef and one grilled chicken no grilled chicken in sight. Spoke with establishment that just kept pushing back to just eat, which I understand that’s where I need to complain and get the refund back from however surely the manager at Taco Bell should be quality checking food on a daily bases to stay up to standards. Won’t order from here again £28.92 rip off for the lack of food.

7 layer Burrito was cold & the Black Bean Chalupa was beef, which isn't much use to a vegetarian.

Food came earlier than expected, it was all warm and asked for extra seasoning and they put a tub in for me, lovely staff.
